• Aintza (8/5): Bien - Muy buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo y con todo muy cerca. El anfitrión estuvo muy disponible y amable en todo momento. El colchón es algo incomodo para dos personas adultas y la conexión tanto wifi como de cobertura no es buena, entiendo que por la construcción, para nosotros no fue un problema pero puede serlo en caso de que necesites conexión para trabajar o preparar el viaje.

Jedynym minusem było to,że Pan który zajmował się sprzątaniem pokoju i przygotowaniem, w trakcie naszej nieobecności wszedł do apartamentu. Rozumiem że chciał naprawić coś w prysznicu ale nie podobało mi się, że chodził pod naszą nieobecność po pokoju gdzie były nasze prywatne rzeczy.

• Kim (7/5): Lille pensionat tæt på færgen til en rimelig pris. - Beliggenhed og pris Toilettet brugte meget lang tid på fylde cisternen. Sengene var ikke de bedste. Der lugtede virkeligt kraftigt af parfume fra 2 parfumekanoner, måske for at fjerne en fugtig lugt? Det er ikke sundt.
• Tabitha (7/5): Affordable, good location but needs some repairs - Pretty close to most things, easy to walk or get a ferry. Very affordable price for the location and had all the basic things for a short stay. The room was cosy but also spacious and the apartment was nice overall. There were a few things broken including the shower. One of the settings did not work/the nozzle was broken so flew off the wall when we turned it on and the other setting was for the detachable shower head which when in the holder pointed straight out and the shower screen so my partner and I had to hold the hose for each other. The shower door was also a bit broken with one of the handles coming off. A few things just weren’t very convenient such as the coffee machine which we had to place on the floor for the cable to reach the power point, could easily be resolved with an extension cord.

При открытие окна хорошо проветривался и чувствуешь приятный бриз. Посуда для приготовления и приёма пищи достаточно. Интерьер Венецианский. Хозяин очень хороший человек! Приятно иметь отношения с достойными людьми! Нет электрочайника, думаю это легко исправить.

This charming guest house is perfectly situated just a short walk distance from the Rialto Bridge and Basilica San Marco, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Venice's highlights while enjoying a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with traditional Venetian touches and ornate details, creating a cozy, authentic atmosphere. I loved the fully equipped kitchenette with an espresso coffee machine (including lots of coffee capsules), microwave, stovetop, and fridge. The air-conditioning kept everything comfortable, and the free WiFi was reliable throughout. I have read in the other comments that the air conditioner can't cool the room, but I haven't experienced any issues. Since it's in the corridor, it needs a little time to cool simultaneously both the bedroom and living room. Last but not least, the host, Massimo, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, providing clear information that made our trip even better. I highly recommend CA' DI LUNA VENEZIA for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and Venetian charm.

• Hanna (8/5): - La casa era piccola ma molto accogliente con tutto il neccessario per passare più giorni a Venezia in totale comodità, la camera da letto era molto grande con un armadio capiente e la cucina benché piccola era più che funzionale. È in una buona posizione vicina al centro e vari negozi di alimentari. Ma in generale ci siamo trovati bene, se proprio dobbiamo cercare il pelo nell'uovo si potrebbe migliorare il piano cottura, cambiare il microonde e magari si potrebbe mettere uno cestino un po' più grande in cucina, per il resto era tutto funzionale.

• Calou (7/5): Linda com excelente localização. - O apartamento é muito bonito, com decoração clássica. Excelente localização e fácil acesso, com uma praça/largo muita tipica de Veneza. Lençois e toalhas de excelente qualidade. Cozinha equipada. Todas as informações para a chegada foram precisas. Fiquei no terceiro andar, e para pessoas mais idosas (eu estava com a minha mãe e tia), não foi muito seguro. A escada é muito íngrime, com um carpete. A cama que fiquei era dobrável, e não lembro ter sido informada sobre o estilo desta cama. O ar condicionado é bom, mas não fica dentro do quarto, então a refrigeração não é adequada. Apesar dessas observações, recomendo essa hospedagem, entendendo que isso pode ser ajustado.

• Lidia (7/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - Great location, near boat transport, Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal. The apartment was on a quiet block close to the city centre. We stayed only for one night, so this was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and big enough for 2 adults and a child. The apartment is walking distance from all the good sights, and I can highly recommend this for a short stay. I enjoyed the Nespresso Coffee machine in the flat :-) It was a bit tricky to get into the flat with the self-check-in box. Luckily, I had an Italian speaking friend with me - otherwise we would have had some serious problems ... There was quite a steep set of stairs to get into the flat: if I've known this, I might have made another booking as my elderly mom travelled with me; and really struggled to use the stairs. The apartment was quite hot ... even with one aircon only in the passage, the apartment didn't cool off. Fans or more aircon would have been great - especially during June in Italy! :-) The Wi-Fi wasn't great either. Luckily we only stayed one night so it was not too problematic. However, if we stayed longer, it would've become a problem. The owner was very responsive though and supportive. I would still highly recommend this as an option in Venice to be walking distance from all the good sights.

Al llegar no podíamos abrir la puerta con el código porque alguien por error había cerrado con llave pero sobre la marcha el anfitrión lo resolvió Por decir algo, no tiene ascensor y para llegar a la habitación hay que subir una escalera ( por si se va con personas con dificultad de movilidad o equipaje voluminoso) pero para nosotros no supuso ningún problema.

Está casi todo a 15 minutos andando o incluso menos, es una zona tranquila y sin ruido.El chico me contestaba y resolvía mis dudas enseguida y el trato fue maravilloso. Lo único por lo que no le doy 5 estrellas es porque pone que dispone de fogones y sartenes y nos costó bastante averiguar cómo funcionaban porque son liosos, y la sartén al día siguiente me la trajo para que pudiese cocinar así que genial.🥰

Ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni in anticipo ed erano corrette e complete La struttura probabilmente è un po' datata e ha bisogno di qualche piccolo intervento (rubinetti doccia e cucina). Se lo paragono ad altri che ho utilizzato va benissimo per una notte e la posizione è molto significativa ma se fosse stato in altra città avrei dato voti più bassi.

The room is quite small and could do with a furniture refurbishment. The shower head could use a good de-scaling or even better, a total replacement. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and a bit noisy.

• Jacky (9/5): Logement agréable et bien situé - Nous avons aimé le calme, le confort, la propreté, la localisation. Nous avons été un peu dérouté par le sol pas droit, mais à Venise tout n'est pas facile.
• Nuria (8/5): - La habitación muy amplia, la cocina pequeña pero con lo indispensable. El baño muy bien, y limpieza no hay queja, a los dos dias nos hicieron la habitacion y cambio toallas. La ubicación estupenda para llegar desde aeropuerto en barco, y a 15 minutos centro. La zona muy bien y menos saturada centro .
• Maja (8/5): - Die Lage ist super, das Haus ist schön, die Wohnung auch (zum Platz hin gelegen). Beide Fenster im Schlafzimmer waren kaputt und mit Klebeband zugeklebt, die Fensterläden geschlossen = das Schlafzimmer war dunkel, nicht zu lüften und die Feuchtigkeit aus dem innenliegenden Bad konnte nicht abziehen. Eine Vorabinfo und ein Preisnachlass wären schön gewesen!
• Peter (8/5): Donker en Somber - Cà di luna is gelegen IN het Casa Fedora gebouw (of het is gewoon van naam veranderd, wie zal het zeggen), boven osteria boccadoro. De ingang bevindt zich aan de achterzijde van het gebouw. Toegang met een code die men via WhatsApp toegestuurd krijgt, NADAT u een foto van de paspoorten heeft doorgestuurd. Het bakje voor de code in te toetsen, hangt zo laag, dat u op de knieën moet zitten om de onleesbare cijfers te kunnen ingeven. Volledige doch opdringerige en ietwat onbeleefde communicatie door de eigenaar, die alles vanop afstand stuurt (woont blijkbaar in venice mestre). Normaal was de kamer beschikbaar tegen 15:00, doch de poetsman was slechts klaar tegen 15:45 !! (en dan nog na hard aandringen) Zeer slechte WiFi ontvangst in het appartement. Vrij groot appartement trouwens, onderverdeeld in slaapgedeelte, badkamer en keuken. Heel donker appartement, met een mooi uitzicht op allemaal donkere muren. Bed met twee matrassen. In de keuken staat een frigo die constant draait. De frigo maakt een hels kabaal ´s nachts. Het appartement is wel rustig gelegen, op wandelafstand van de boot lijn 5.2 (komende van het treinstation) en 5.1 (terug naar het treinstation) Slechte WiFi

Tornerei nonostante alcune cose andrebbero migliorate - Ottima posizione, stanze grandi; c’era tutto anche il tostapane, io ho usato solo la macchina del caffè e c'erano sia il caffè che il tè e la camomilla. Comodo poter lasciare il bagaglio prima e dopo il check out Innanzitutto vanno sistemate le finestre della camera: ci sono i vetri rotti, anche se sono state messe in sicurezza con il nastro, che si potrebbe comunque togliere per aprirle (soprattutto visto che c’è il bagno cieco ed una è proprio di fronte); in cucina non ci sono prese usabili sul piano, solo 1 accanto al mobile oltre il frigorifero. La ciabatta multi prese sotto il piano lavoro si sta staccando quindi è pericolosa; il rubinetto del lavandino in cucina perde acqua. Secondo me il frigorifero è piccolo. Chi sceglie l’appartamento generalmente lo fa perché approfitta della cucina: in particolare a me serviva la cella freezer, ma era piccola e piena di ghiaccio da sbrinare. Poi, a mio gusto, le luci dovrebbero essere un po’ più forti.
