- Paul (10/5): We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our time in Japan, and Hana House was perfect. - The host was very kind and thoughtful, and he always responded very quickly to my communications. The house was modern and clean and it has a good vibe. The air-conditioners works very well. It is in a peaceful area, and also close to a train station for easy access to Tokyo and to Haneda airport. nothing :)
- Stephanie (8/5): Clean, comfy, and the projector room kept the kids happy, our family of five would absolutely book again. - We loved our stay here. The property felt new, modern and fresh, and the beds were absolutely amazing so was the host. It was the perfect place to wind down at the end of our Japan holiday. Not many food options nearby unless you’re happy to travel, and the KK Line was super confusing. But we picked this place because it’s close to the airport, which was perfect for our early morning flight.

- Peter (10/5): Excellent stay The property is in a residential area so we saw how the locals live. Very interesting - Self catering. 7-11 very close. Easy access (30 minutes or less by walking & catching the train) to Haneda airport for our early morning flights. Around an hour to the centre of Tokyo. Check in was 3pm but we arrived early at 9:30 and the host allowed us in free of charge. Description was exactly as the property presented on their website with raised platform with cushions in the main living area. In hindsight us old westerners would have liked a comfy chair.
- KL (10/5): - I had a great experience staying at this rental house. The property is equipped with high-quality electronic devices and well-maintained furniture that truly made it feel like home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The washing machine worked flawlessly, making laundry a breeze. Every appliance, from the kitchen gadgets to the entertainment system, was modern and in excellent condition. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The host is excellent to deal with our problems, highly recommend!
- Peder (10/5): Excellent place close to Haneda - Clean and nice.
Good location if you want to stay around Haneda
- Julianna (5/5): Passable - The property itself isn’t bad. The location is close to the airport which is why I picked it. The washing machine is a full size and works great. There’s gravel Leading up to the property so it’s really not ideal to have luggage on wheels. They stated there are two bunk beds and a standalone bed in one room totaling 5 beds but there’s only one bunk bed and a standalone bed. That room also has see through glass door which doesn’t give you any privacy. Since there’s no actual road in front of the property and only gravel surrounding it, you have to drag your luggage several houses worth of distance away from the property to get to a smooth road or access to a street to get to a car/uber. That made having luggage’s on wheels extremely difficult since initially the uber driver couldn’t drop off near the property and then you have to drag your luggage on gravel late at night which probably disturbed the neighbors since it’s loud. However what’s worse is having two less beds in a room that stated it had TWO bunk beds but only has one bunk bed misleads the description. Hopefully they remove the illustration of two bunk beds on the listing description for the future. Keep in mind even if the roads are fixed and smoothed out with gravel, there’s still no immediate car access near the house. If you have older people in your group also keep in mind that there are no chairs in the dining/living room area and you need to sit on the tatami mat to eat.

- Anna (10/5): The Hana House is a really nice place to stay that is close by to a lot of places. All the amenities you need are provid - We really enjoyed all the amenities available. I would like to recommend a full size mirror in the house, if possible. The only thing that was difficult was locating the property. We didn’t realize it was in between houses. Fortunately, we had some very helpful people in the area that was able to help us find it. Once we found it, it was easier to locate after going out.
- Stella (10/5): Wonderful accommodation near Haneda - Very clean and neat accommodation. Easy access to Haneda airport. Washer & dryer works really well! Nothing but adding a mirror in the rooms would have been perfect!
- Greer (10/5): Short stop over as we return from our trip around Japan. - Beautiful clean property 5-10min to train station.
The projector room was a hit with the family as we got to relax and watch a movie. Nice and cozy.
Host were lovely polite and looked after us for our short stay... Nothing not to like.
- Razel (10/5): Enjoyable stay as all amenities are there at Hana! Perfect score because we were happy customers! - Very spacious and complete with furnitures and fixtures! Exceeded our expectations! Need mirrors in bedrooms 🙏
- Gaibriel (8/5): Handy if you're flying into Haneda airport. - Hana House is located in a nice neighbourhood, handy to a supermarket, train station and several restaurants. The apartment was nicely decorated with a great kitchen and family friendly sitting area. The location is ideal if you're flying into or out of Haneda airport. We used it as a base for our 4 night stay in Tokyo and found it a bit too far out of the city to be convenient.
- Tamika (10/5): We had a wonderful time. - Spacious and clean
- Tamika (10/5): The hospitality was wonderful. - The small, local neighborhood
- Tamika (10/5): My son and I had a wonderful stay. - The bath was wonderful!
- Tessa (10/5): Exceptional - The house was great, three stories so lots of nice separation if you wanted it. The loft was a fun added benefit! No fault of anyone, but Google maps struggled to find this place. It's not car accessible which is fine but just use the direction button from booking not typing in the address when finding. Really lovely house though that met our needs!
