• Arwyn (3/5): Disappointing - Location Hi We were pretty disappointed to be honest with you. For the money we paid the level of cleanliness and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. As you know, we were very surprised when we got there to find out there were 40 steps to get from the car to the first floor, and that was a challenge for one of our group who suffers with asthma. Having been to the property we realise the steps were required, but that information should have been made clear in the property details and advertising, but it wasn’t. And this is honestly the first holiday rental property we’ve used (in over 30 years) where we’ve had to provide or hire our own linen. Again, for the cost of hiring this property, good quality linen should have been provided. The cleaning around the outside of the property left a lot to be desired. The windows and fly screens were very dirty and damaged in places. The outdoor table was so dirty it was unusable (without a lot of work). I have already sent you photographs of the state of the BBQ which had obviously not been cleaned for a long time. The fact that birds had built a nest inside the BBQ, laid eggs, hatched their chicks and fledged them means this would have been months. Needless to say we did not clean out all that mess so the BBQ was unusable. Despite there being a washing machine in the property there was no where to hang clothes to dry and we had to organise a clothes airer so we could wash and dry our clothes. There is no ventilation in the bathroom/laundry downstairs so trying to use the tumble drier turns the entire room into a sauna, even with the door open. On checking the doors before our first outing we found that the rear sliding door in the TV area would not latch closed or lock, so we had to organise a locksmith to come out and fix the problem to make the property secure.
• Keivan (9/5): - It was spacious and clean with good facilities. Lack of linens and towels was a bit of a bummer.
• Nivedita (9/5): Lovely and pleasant stay! Comfortable for going as family or group. - Spacious, well kept holiday home. The view from balcony is pleasant. Warm cozy decor. Equipped with all essential white board appliances like fridge microwave oven Air conditioner washer dryer It has utensils, cutlery and everyday kitchen requirements like dishsoap foil baking sheet , cleaning spray Spider webs inside the bedrooms and all around bbq equipment & area.
• Lexi (8/5): Great house, great location, memorable stay. - I appreciated that they had a few extra items that I had forgotten to take along in the kitchen. We couldn't get the BBQ to work.
