• Andrea Patricia Andrea (1/5): Un desastre - Nada, ya que ofrecen un servicio completo y la verdad es que deja mucho que desear empezando por la mala disposición y amabilidad de los anfitriones. Mala disposición, mala voluntad y para más el anfitrión o anfitriones te AMENAZAN que si pones una mala evaluación en Booking " ellos tienen todo registrado". Es simple uno llega y tiene que arreglárselas solo, no hay nadie quien te pueda asesorar, cero empatia, no contestan los mensajes y cuando lo hacen no dan solución, pero para cobrar y exigir son super insistentes. Habían huéspedes que llegaron a las 2 de la madrugada haciendo ruidos, con risas, gritos, dando portazos, etc. obviamente no había nadie que les dijera nada. Cero respeto, le pedimos amablemente que por favor nos guardarán las maletas para poder visitar un poco más de Roma y fue un rotundo NO, sin ninguna explicación. La verdad es la primera vez que me pasa y me siento terriblemente desilusionada. Aparte: No queda cerca de nada, en la semana el metro cierra temprano y debes devolverte caminando por más de una hora por lugares solos y oscuros, obviamente el anfitrión cero ayuda. El baño suena como cacharro viejo No hay privacidad El Internet es malísimo La taza del baño sucia En fin, un desastre.

• Valeriia (7/5): Comfortable living conditions, late check-in, it is better to know Italian. - Convenient location, spacious and clean room. The shower is on the floor, but it was clean enough too. There were all shower accessories and a full set of towels. The staff doesn't speak English (only Italian) , so when we called, they told us to write to them on WhatsApp. No one answered our messages there for 2 days, I asked several times about the luggage storage room at the hotel, but I never received an answer. They only wrote how to get into the accommodation and check in on their own 20 minutes before check-in.

• Claudia (10/5): Un po troppo costoso per quello che effettivamente è, però essendo a Roma va bene. Ci ritornerei - Struttura molto ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto (a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione della metro e degli autobus di Cipro, grazie ai quali si arriva facilmente e in circa 15 minuti in centro). Le istruzioni per prendere le chiavi della stanza chiare. La stanza da letto e il bagno molto grandi e puliti. Nel bagno non funzionava il bidet, una volta usciti dalla doccia si bagnava il pavimento dato che non erano presente un tappetino. Un solo asciugamano a testa dato in dotazione.

• Blas Eliel (1/5): Dirty, unanswered, and without assistance. - Nothing When I arrived, the room was filthy, the towels were wet, there was food on the floor, and the sheets were covered in hair. I was so disgusted and so tired from the flight that I had to go to another hotel, and they didn't refund my payment. They never responded to me; they just sent me instructions for the key and left me stranded in the middle of Rome. My honest advice: never rent this house. It's a disaster.

• Sofia e Rodolfo (5/5): Good location and value. I don't recommend it if you arrive when the building door is closed. - Location Communication with the staff was poor. They never communicated via WhatsApp, and I had to ask for clarifications that they never sent. There is also a problem with this place. The entrance door does not have a code; it works with a key at night. If you arrive late, as I did, there is no way to enter the building. Luckily, someone came in, and I was able to access the box with the keys.

Bathroom facilities were not sufficient for 6 people. Picture of washing machine in bathroom was deceptive. It was only there for decorative purposes.

• Paavali (8/5): Quello che ci vuole - La zona è molto bella e fornita di tutto. È tutto molto pulito. La cucina è generalmente ben attrezzata e ha un bel piano a induzione. Il bagno è molto bello, pulito ed è munito anche di due phon e di dispenser di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Avrei preferito avere la macchina del caffè, anche senza capsule, ma non sarei dovuto scendere ogni volta al bar. In camera metterei un appendiabiti per le giacche, o anche solo dei ganci a muro. Sarebbe meglio anche fare la raccolta differenziata. Forse avrei preferito anche un po' più di interazione umana con i gestori. Il bilancio è comunque molto positivo.

Pedí check in entre 1 a 2am llegue a las 2:15am y no pude entrar porque la cerradura no se abría, entiendo las normas pero lo que me molesta es que nunca me avisaron de eso , debieron hacerlo dicho antes.

• Vittoria (5/5): - La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua professionalità. Biancheria letto e asciugamani pulite. Camera spaziosa dotata anche di divano. Tv smart e wifi disponibile. Condizionatore per aria calda ben funzionante. Il bagno era al di fuori della stanza e in comune con altri ospiti, molto vecchio, con il bidet rotto e inutilizzabile e la porta difettosa da chiudere, tutto alquanto sporco. Nella nostra camera c’era una porta murata, mentre la porta di ingresso della stessa era in legno e con una sorta di plexiglas colorato che lasciava intravedere le sagome all’esterno, sottile e anch’essa vecchia. Per una notte a queste condizioni pagare 95€ è stato sproporzionato, quindi pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Odori nauseabondi e condizioni - Purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via e con non poche difficoltà abbiamo dovuto trovare una sistemazione lampo che ci consentisse di pernottare a Roma. Non prenotate qui. La host ha mentito su quasi tutti gli aspetti della struttura. Partendo dalle foto alle condizioni igienico sanitarie. Siamo arrivati alle 18 pagando anticipatamente e versando poi le tasse di soggiorno tramite un link poco chiaro, una volta pagato si era dileguata e se non avessimo chiamato da un’altro numero non avrebbe risposto. Le modalità di Check-in non sono state secondo legge, e le condizioni igienico sanitarie erano pessime, escrementi in bagno e la camera sporca con divano pieno di macchie giganti, pavimento appiccicoso. La prenotazione era per “la mia casa di Roma” poi diventata, “Donatello” e di Donatello non aveva nulla. Noi nel panico ad attendere notizie su come entrare per poi avere questa spiacevole sorpresa. Malgrado abbiamo documentato con foto le condizioni in cui versava la nostra stanza tramite whatsapp, la host ha continuato a controbattere. Ringraziamo infinitamente l’operatore di Booking che é intervenuto dopo la nostra segnalazione e in maniera tempestiva ha cancellato, e ci ha permesso un rimborso e siamo andati via da quel “Tugurio”. Non allego le foto del bagno per educazione e per non turbare nessuno.

• Viktoriia (6/5): - Чудове розташування до Ватикан музею. Кімната простора, має ліжко, диван, стіл та шафу. Має доступ до охайної кухні. Справедлива ціна порівняно з іншими помешканнями Риму. Жахливий старий замок та ключ, дуже складно ним закривати персональні двері в кімнату. Душова кімната спільна і стара, у пральної машини не було прального порошка, а також не працювало біде. Сусідів з інших кімнат чутно, абсолютно відсутнє відчуття приватності.

• Jarred (6/5): An overall decent room in a good location - The apartment was in a convenient location, the room was large and comfortable, and there was regular cleaning of the common areas during our stay. The city tax charged was (slightly) more than it should have been. I asked the host to explain the difference three times via WhatsApp (the only way to contact them), but they ignored me each time. The advertised washing machine didn't work. They had actually cut the power cable of the machine, but still left it in the apartment, and only advised us it wasn't usable after we asked about it.

Nie było żelazka na stanie, chociaż widniała informacja, że jest i nie ma także salonu, który jest zaznaczony w profilu, to po prostu korytarz. Zwróciłam uwagę na błędne informacje i nadal widnieją.

Come è stata ignorata l’esigenza di aggiustare il condizionatore, che perdeva acqua direttamente dentro la stanza.

Forse consiglierei di lasciare una bottiglietta d'acqua per gli ospiti che arrivano, come punto in più, una piccola attenzione.

Also, our room had poor noise isolation, bathroom has that problem aswell.

Unfortunately, I was unable to check in due to serious issues with the property and your system: 1. The check-in process via your website and the property instructions were completely unclear. 2. When I arrived at the provided address, everything was closed, and there was no way to access the accommodation. 3. I had to stay outside waiting until 3:00 AM with no support, which was exhausting and unacceptable. 4. I also accidentally paid the city tax twice because the process was confusing and poorly explained on your system. Due to these reasons, I kindly request a full refund for this booking. I never stayed at the property, and I faced not only financial loss but also stress and wasted time. I also request a refund for the double city tax payment. I trusted Booking.com to provide reliable and clear service, but this experience was deeply disappointing. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response. The host doesn't write down the steps you need to follow in advance. I had to send a lot of messages and emails to find out. Although I had made the reservation 1 week before, I only found out the details a few hours before.

• Anas (4/5): Mehh, not the best - Good location - Spacious and clean room - Comfortable bed - Kitchen (but you have to bring your tea, coffee, salt, etc...) It's okay for a short stay of 1-2 nights. Very noisy—you can hear cars, movements, and everything happening around - Shared flat with three rooms (worth noting for those expecting a private space) - Warm water wasn’t very warm and didn’t work on the first day - If you are coming late at night, it is better to make sure and probably over-communicate, I sadly had a bad experience where the automatic lock was "offline" so I couldn't get it

Unless I have called the structure owner during the day to organize and to be sure about the keys, when I arrived at the room in late evening i didn't found the keys and i had to wait 1 hour for a solution. Bathroom was nothing excellent.
