You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Refunds are determined by cancelation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancelation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. Marcus (10/5): Amazing and relaxing time in a beautiful, spacious and confortable white sand beachfront property. - Everything. I was amazing how much care the host puts into the house. House is confortable, Clean, Property is amazing, beach is beautiful, Other guests in other apartments quiet and cool. It is worth. I would improve few things which are quick wins and cheap to do: I asked for batteries for the remote control of the tv.. no one answer it. (at least i did not see it). Had to use my own (so have it spare somewhere would help). Considering the property, the TV in the living room is much below expectations (small, old, and for some reason kept disconnecting from wifi), I guess coco loco service could be easier if there is a WhatsApp to order from (maybe there is and i did not see it). And last one, I guess if the Bar Pool guy offer drinks (Eventually coco loco snacks - cocoloco guys could go there and do it) for guests close by the swimming pool or even at beach chairs, people would consume much more and maybe would enjoy more.
