• Sorin Cristian (5/5): Pretenții si preț prea mare pentru servicii oferite - Locația destul de aproape de gară și mijloace de transport. Condițiile foarte stricte impuse printr-un contract, solicitarea unei garanții de 300€ în condițiile în care curățenia cam lasă de dorit și nu am avut nici măcar un espressor mi se par exagerate.
• Vivian (10/5): Fabulous Thomas was very helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.! - Fantastic location beautifully quiet and peaceful yet central to all the action within an easy walk. The Property itself is better than photographs however the lighting is quite poor particularly in the bathroom.

• Joaquim (10/5): Claramente recomendável! - O apartamento superou largamente o que estávamos à espera. A localização junto à estação de comboios Santa Lúcia é o ideal para quem também quer conhecer outras cidades como Verona, Pádua, … Está localização permite-nos chegar à praça de S. Marco caminhando para desfrutarmos de Veneza. O apartamento é climatizado e inclui piso aquecido, o que o torna muito confortável durante o inverno de Veneza. Gostei de tudo.
• Irma Del Carmen (3/5): Lindo depto en Venecia cerca del tren , cómodo para 3 - Linda ubicación y cerca del tren en zona tranquila . Los colchones bien y amplio todo . El baño era muy lindo y moderno Poca comunicación con los propietarios y complicado para poder entrar , un lío el tema de la basura no fueron nada colaboradores con eso y frente a un problema que tuvimos con un paro de trenes ni se dignaron en ayudar ni nada . Muy caro para lo que incluye pero bello estar en Venecia

Riscaldamento eccessivamente alto: difficoltà di abbassamento della temperatura negli ambienti, sopratutto in camera. TV da aggiornare: più grande e, magari, con disponibilità di piattaforme di streaming (es. Netflix, Now, Prime, ecc.)

• Rebecca (1/5): Do not stay here stinks of mold see photos - Nothing property stinks of mildew and mould please look at my photos The property smelt so bad of mildew and mould it cause breathing problems for my asthmatic husband we contacted the owner to advise, he had a friend come he was rude and not interested look at my photos they say it all, do not stay here we left and booked new accommodation owner would not refund any of our stay and was not helpful or interested.

• Lisa (10/5): - Die Lage ist super, direkt am Bahnhof. Das Apartment ist neu, es war sehr ruhig und kühl (wir waren im August da). Auf all unsere Wünsche wurde direkt eingegangen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen.
• Jakoviča (10/5): Jaukās brīvdienas - Atrašanās vieta: netālu no stacijas un autobusu pieturas. Tuvumā veikaliņi, pārtikas veikals, dažādas ēstuves un sabiedriskais transports(laivas). Uzturēšanās vietā bija viss nepieciešamais, jutāmies kā mājās. Viss patika!

• Emily (5/5): Ok - The location was nice. Close to the train station but still relatively quiet. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. The smell in the shower was very musty. The humming vibrating sound from the UTA was VERY annoying. Also, a pain to have to take the trash out when they don’t collect on Sunday. Otherwise I didn’t mind doing it as the boat was parked right in front in the canal. No working batteries in the remote for the TV and when asked was told I could buy them and be reimbursed. I didn’t like this option. Also, cleaning of the kitchen should be included.
• Kisha (10/5): Exceptional - The propertt is fully loaded with all amenities. Washer, stove, microwave, fridge, ect! This is the first condo we stayed in out whole italy trip with this many amenities. Thomas is also very easy to reach and responds very quickly. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is amazing! This place is close enough to the main sites but far enough from the tourist crowds and noise. We absolutely loved our stay here.
• John (8/5): Relaxing - Location near train station yet quiet. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Soap bottles, kitchen seasoning etc were all empty or nearly so. No spare toilet paper roll onsite. No laundry detergent. No cooking oil, no coffee. All empty. No instructions to use range or HVAC.

• Naiara (7/5): Good - Nice big place. Easy location if you want to be near the train station. About 30 min walk to Plaza San Marco. Easy instructions to get in. Felt like a safe location. Kitchen fully equipped. The shower had mould everywhere, was pretty disgusting. They gave us a baby cot to use which we appreciated but they didn't give us a mattress or bedding for it. The air conditioning was difficult to figure out so we couldn't change the temperature.
• Golubevaite (10/5): 100% would recommend - Great apartment with all the necessary facilities as well as a great calm location but close to the centre of Venice. Staff were very lovely and quick to help with any issues.
• Мария (5/5): Passable - Very convenient location, there is a real sauna in the shower! very clean, large and cozy apartment. The manager was always in touch with us, but when we first arrived, there were some difficulties with the entrance, but the manager immediately helped us. It was very unpleasant when checking out. The manager wrote to us in advance that in Venice you need to take out the trash yourself early in the morning. We did it. But when we were checking out, the cleaning lady yelled at us because we left one empty bag and did not make the bed. As a farewell, she sent us away :) This spoiled all the good impressions. I recommend knowing before checking in that you will need to do the cleaning lady's work or you will be sent to hell :)
• Justina (9/5): Apartment and communication with host was excellent! besides the shower, everything else was great! - The location was great- very close to the train station- 6 minute walk! Apartment was spacious, air conditioning was adequate. Bed was also quite comfortable. A fan was extremely beneficial to have. Washer, though we didn't use it, is also helpful. Refrigerator and freezer worked quite well! Communication with the host was excellent- his instructions, with photos, were extremely clear and helpful! The shower was not as clean, there was some black (mold?) on the grout. I had trouble finding the light in the shower and the shower head was pointed towards the door so water seeped onto the bathmat and the surrounding floor area.
• Ryan (9/5): Fantastic little apartment near the university and Venezia S. Lucia. - The apartment was very comfortable and immediately felt like I was "at home" despite being in a city I've never been to for only a week long conference. The building itself was easy to access and in a great location for my purposes (though maybe a bit far if you are looking to see the major touristic sites like Piazza San Marco or one of the many beautiful Basilica churches, which are all much further south). Having the ability to open the security door via the app as a backup was reassuring in case anything unfortunate were to happen. The wireless internet was far more reliable than I'm used to experiencing in these booking locations, so the bit of time I needed to use that, it was great. None of this was the host's fault, but the facilities were having some trouble with the heat during the time I was there. The apartment lost power twice during the 6 days I was there (and that was only the bit of time I was actually in the apartment itself) and at one point the apartment didn't have running water for about 10 hours. The AC struggled to keep up on the days where it got to 35-36 and it was so humid that even trying to hide from the heat indoors was a struggle. Again, none of this was the fault of the host, but it was a challenge at times none the less. I'm sure that in a different time of year when it isn't so unbelievably hot, and the infrastructure of the city isn't so challenged, things would have been different.

• Rohit (10/5): A lovely stay in a quite neighbourhood - The property is a 10 min walk from the Santa Lucia train station in Venice, its in a quite neighbourhood and very close to restaurants and historical places. if you are arriving in Venice by train this is a great property, its gives you the flexibility to quickly get to your room leave your luggage and start exploring Venice.

Couch-bed was just ok (our kid slept well). Good communication. Short walk to the supermarket. Nothing. Everything was great!

The location was incredible, within very easy walking distance to all the main attractions. A very clean, large apartment. Given how close it was to the train station, it was extremely quiet. A very safe neighbourhood too. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Venice.

Great size apartment for 4 poor lighting in bathroom, 2 sachets of shampoo for 4. beds could do with new mattress, especially sofa bed. Air con needed to be turned off on fuse board

• Brian (7/5): Great apartment but owner needs better contact options - A large spacious clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment that has well equipped kitchen and modern facilities. Good quiet location yet so close to the main train station. Lift to upper floors. Effective air conditioning system. Despite check-in problem (as we had arrived quite early for prearranged luggage drop off) we gained access to apartment 2 hours prior to the normal 16:00. Unfortunately the hot water service to the complex failed during our stay, the apartment owner's initial response via booking.com was to wait and see if it comes back on, before eventually following up, after a number of message exchanges. Effectively 2 nights with cool and then cold water. Other apartment tenants had reported the matter earlier to their respective owners instigating resolution. Method of check-in must be through booking.com system; no direct phone or email contact, and host does not allow other options. We are seasoned travellers using booking.com extensively for many years. This was the most difficult stressful check-in process we've experienced. Apparently my phone is not fully compatible with booking.com system and had to borrow another person's phone to sort out access to the apartment. Other building occupants saw us waiting outside and allowed us into the complex lobby. And then apologised for this unit owner's poor record. Poor lighting and suspect power outlet wiring - which is not unusual for Venice. Small shower recess without lighting.

• Petroula (8/5): Very nice spacious apartment with all mod cons, near the railway station in Venice. - The size of the rooms, the furniture and décor was nice and the location was very handy (close to the railway station). The building was very modern and the communication with the host was very good. The flat was very clean and the supply of towels was great. All the appliances were provided: fridge (which was turned off at first, probably by mistake by the cleaners), dishwasher, cooker and oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, TV. The bathroom was big and nicely decorated. The décor was nice, but some of the items in the flat (like wash basin, toilet seat, and lamp) were broken and the sofa was a bit dirty. The communication with the host was very good, but it took few days to get a repair man to sort out the fridge. However the main problem was the noise in the flat which came from the air-conditioning system, that was central and couldn't be turned off. Also the disposal of the rubbish was a bit complicated, but that is Venice for you.
