• Giovanni (7/5): Appartamento carino ma necessita di qualche piccolo ritocco. - La posizione, il silenzio la notte, il palazzo abbastanza moderno, anche se le serrature erano un po difficili da aprire. L'appartamento pur essendo moderno, aveva decisamente bisogno di un intervento da parte di un idraulico per far funzionare o sostituire i rubinetti.

• Margarita (9/5): Buen apartamento - La ubicación y la cama, muy cómoda Algunas cosas del apto necesitaban alguns reparación o estaban desajustadas... El TV de la sala, el fregadero, el desagüe de la ducha... no obstante, todo funcionaba.

• Robert (7/5): - Łatwy kontakt z obiektem, Możliwość zostawienia bagaży zaraz po przyjeździe, Internet - OK, Bardzo miła obsługa. Było kilka usterek które można by usunąć - urwane drzwi od szafek w kuchni położone na szafkach. Kran w kuchni do naprawy - zamocowany na jakimś drucie i chyba ktoś podjął nieudolną próbę zabetonowania go na zlewie - coś dziwnego - czegoś takiego jeszcze nie widziałem. Ogólnie czysto, ale chyba jak to we Włoszech deska sedesowa latała a sedes niby czysty ale gdzieś tam na rantach niedomyty i niestety nie pachniał zbyt fajnie - na dodatek brak kostki WC.
• Matthew (5/5): - Comfortable bed and use of kitchen was nice,clean and spacious for a couple. Noisy road and bad experience with entering the apartment from the street ,the locks on the doors especially the one entering the building are old and will leave you locked out.despite trying to contact the owner, very bad communication and failed to highlight about the release button on the exit gate.Would not reckoned this place also a smell in the bathroom as the shower unit floods the floor.
• Guest (10/5): - It has good access to the Vatican Basilica and Museum. The metro station to get to the city center is about a 15-minute walk away, but the route includes walking along the roadway, which is a bit dangerous. Everything else was great.

• Steward (10/5): - Ottimo soggiorno. La camera era pulita, ben curata e tutto funzionante. Il monolocale molto bello anche dall’esterno, e la camera interna è molto confortevole. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle esigenze degli ospiti.

• Siviero (7/5): - Il fatto che avesse un'esposizione interna rendeva il sonno tranquillo. Il parcheggio auto a due minuti Top. La doccia dovrebbe essere più pulita soprattutto le macchie di muffa sulle pareti non erano il massimo. Il divano letto per un adulto è un pò piccolo.

• Gg (10/5): Exceptional - We were at this property in September, it was easy to find it, it was clean, with all the facilities, even a washing machine, it was very useful, the owner was so nice, we received answers very fast, i totally recommend this apartment.

• Johannes (5/5): Very mixed feelings - Let's start with the positive things: The private parking (200m away) is super convenient and it was also no problem to unload the car right in front of the entrance. The location is also a plus, with a bus stop just outside of the building and a Metro station (Valle Aurelia - with a mall next to it) only around 10 minutes away. The bed was very comfortbale. At a first glimpse the apartment looks quite ok. But when looking closer you get a feeling that the owners never had a look at the apartment in the last couple of months or simply don't care - both is not good. Even the Wifi password on the welcome sheet never got updated (found the right one on the router), but that's just a side note. To give a few proper examples: The tap in the kitchen is almost falling off, the door handle of the bathroom door is no longer holding, there's lots of mold in the shower (and also the curtain of the bathroom), and - most annoying - our clothes really smell bad after using the washing machine. A day to repair and clean a few things would really be required to bring the apartment back to a basic level. In case you plan to use the sleeping couch: one short person max.
• Florin (7/5): OK - The location is good. The bus stop is right in front of the building. You can quickly reach Piazza Venezia with it. The parking lot is very safe.To get to the apartment you have to open 4 doors. It took me a while to get used to the 4 keys because the doors don't open easily. The internet didn't work on the first day. The owner answered my message after 12 hours. After I used a different WiFi password, the internet worked. The owner must repair the door handle from the entrance to the bathroom, one of the 2 curtains in the bathroom, the hood. There is mold in the bathroom. The bathroom has no ventilation.
• Kakizawa (9/5): Superb - The host responded promptly. There was a washing machine in the kitchen and it seemed new. Inside of the washing machine was clean so it was comfortable to use it. Nothing in particular.
• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, clise to Vatican, near the bus stop. Clean and well equipped apartment, ideal for 2-3 persons. Elevator. Clean and nice linens and towels. Excellent contact with friendly and helpful owner. Almost no objections. The apartment would benefit from a two-hour visit by a maintenance man to fix minor technical defects.

• Łukasz (7/5): Good - This apartment is very well equipped. There are: oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, washing maschine, dishwasher, iron, air condition, hair dryer. Beds are very comfortable. The host is very nice and he responds quickly to reported problems. It is next to the busy street, so there was quite noisly during the night. There is no ventilation in the apartment and it's damp so you have to keep the windows open.

• Isabela (10/5): A charming and elegant apartment next to Vatican, close to the center of Rome - We really liked this comfortable and elegant apartment, which has a typical Italian charm that we adored. It is located very close to the center of Rome, right next to the Vatican, but it is in a very quiet area, where you don't feel the congestion and traffic from the center. Next to it you have a small shop and a cafe that has the best coffee in Rome. Right from the street you have two buses that take you to Via del Corso or Piazza Venezia in 5 minutes. We will definitely come back!

• Sarat (10/5): Cosy Home Away From Home - It was a cosy home away from home with excellent facilities in an excellent location...quite near to a metro station. The host was excellent and helped us to make our stay very comfortable. A bus stop right in front of our building was the ice on the cake. I do recommend this accommodation.
