• pilar (10/5): Si - Lo mejor la localización, al lado del castillo, cerca del duomo. Muy bien equipado y limpio. Estuvimos solo dos noches pero nos gustó mucho todo. Por poner alguna pega que el sofá cama era un poco incómodo. Nosotros además tuvimos un problema con la cerradura, pero vinieron y muy amablemente nos dieron solución.

• Elke (8/5): It was a great weekend with wonderful friends. The accommodation was great. The location perfect. The staff was very res - Great All was good. We just thought that to have some minimal goodies would have helped us at the first night e.g a simple salt and pepper dispenser. One of the showers did not have much pressure and if 2 guests had a shower at the same time the water would note warm up.

• Marie-Estelle (9/5): Petit séjour à Milan tout confort - Nous n’avions l’habitude de ce système clé électronique, mais c’était très pratique. Appartement idéalement situé, calme, très jolie avec coursive intérieur. Le lit du canapé est un peu moins confortable que celui de la chambre.

• Maria (5/5): Prachtig appartement op goede locatie, maar kan verbeterd worden (toegang, verduistering, badkamer) - De locatie is fantastisch. Leuke buurt, en veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het appartement heeft een goede sfeer en is comfortabel. 1. Het gebouw binnenkomen is gedoe. Je moet een code ingeven, maar er is geen apparaat waarop je het kan intikken. De digitale sleutel werkt bij vlagen en is waarschijnlijk afhankelijk van je telefoon/browser/internetconnetie of een combinatie hiervan. Ik stond elke keer minimaal 5 minuten voor de voordeur om deze te openen (zeker 20 pogingen per keer). 2. Wij verbleven met 3 personen, waarbij een persoon sliep op het bankbed. Het bankbed is oké. Maar wat niet in orde was was de verduistering van de kamer. Slechts 1 van de 2 ramen kon verduisterd worden. Contact gehad met de host, maar zij konden het niet oplossen. Gevolg: elke ochtend veel te vroeg wakker. Dat kan echt niet. Wanneer je een slaapplaats aanbiedt, ook al is dat de woonkamer, dan moet je daar fatsoenlijk kunnen slapen. In het donker dus. 3. De badkamer is prima, maar heeft wat issues. Er is een dubbele douche, waarvan er 1 werkt. Op zich geen probleem. De grote putdeksel (die lost ligt) ligt precies onder de stortdouche, waardoor je lastig kan staan. Niet erg, wel een design flaw. En de wc bril zit los (geen probleem, maar toch..). 4. De airco's werken goed, maar je moet wel een rookgeur op de koop toe nemen. Dat is jammer. 5. Niet alle stopcontacten werken. Check dus even of je opladers werken. Niet alle lichtknoppen zijn functioneel. Even zoeken dus. Al met al een fijn appartement, we hebben het er zeker goed gehad. Maar er zijn wel issues, wat voor mij de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding naar beneden haalt.

• Carmen (8/5): - Locație excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții. Apartamentul este foarte curat, iar paturile sunt extrem de confortabile. Șederea a fost foarte plăcută și recomand cu încredere! Nu am primit niciun răspuns la mesajul meu referitor la parcare. Chiar și o simplă recomandare ar fi fost utilă, nu neapărat un loc de parcare.

• Kosarenko (2/5): This home has no owner. If you're attracted by the price, you'll pay with comfort. - The location is impeccable. Historical building. A decent toilet with good plumbing. I got my 65 euros back. It's small consolation. There was no heating and no one solved this problem. There was no microwave oven, although there should have been one. Nobody has solved this problem either. The lamp is broken.

• Mounir (8/5): Top Lage mitten in Milano - Top Lage - sehr zentral und gut erreichbar von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten aus. Gute Restaurants direkt in der näheren Umgebung und Shoppingmöglichkeiten.

• Sonia (4/5): Appartement bien situé et agréable mais système d’ouverture des portes 100 % électronique insupportable voire dangereux. - Appartement très bien situé, très propre et décoration sympathique. Bruits de climatisation des appartements voisins très importants. Système d’ouverture des portes uniquement possible avec l’application Sweet sur mobile, absolument incompréhensible en arrivant et surtout, bloquée dans l’appartement en partant. Système 100 % électronique très limite surtout quand personne ne répond le soir de l’arrivée (j’ai essayé le chat, l’e-mail, whatsapp et le téléphone dans le numéro était erroné) Je me suis retrouvée enfermée après avoir fait mon check out en ligne car cela a bloqué automatiquement le système d’ouverture de la porte alors que je n’étais pas encore sortie de l’appartement. Ces systèmes électroniques et automatiques me semblent très dangereux en cas d’incendie. J’avais demandé deux fruits et un morceau de pain pour mon premier petit déjeuner, ce qui avait été accepté, et il n’y avait rien quand je suis arrivée. J’avais aussi demandé comment organiser un vélo sur le fil whatsapp qui m’avait été proposé. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse. La literie est très ‘cheap’ L’appartement est beaucoup plus sombre que ne le montre les photos. Beaucoup de bon marketing autour de ce concept! Service client inexistant.
• Ariel (9/5): excellent choice in Milano - fantastic location, in one of the best neighborhoods in Milano, and a great spot to anywhere in the city. Also, right next to the park. the apartment itself is well kept and clean, the kitchen and utensils very good, the bathroom large. If you like getting around by bike like i do, there's a bike rental station right nearby at the metro station. The team at sweett were super attentive and helped with every need we had, quickly and efficiently. the sofa bed is not for everyone but we managed. the digital entry keys are fine but if you are technically challenged may be difficult, although i found them simple and easy enough to use.

• CBlower (8/5): - Nice apartment in a fabulous Brera area of Milan. Two bedroom and two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge. Good storage for clothes and for kitchen. Air-conditioning in main bedroom and lounge. Secure access. Fifteen minute walk to centre of Milan and very close to Castel, close to tram stop. Supermarket close by with reasonable options. Large number of restaurants very close by. No air-conditioning in second bedroom, limited utensils in kitchen and oven not working.

Dåligt städat med med döda utsmetade insekter på väggarna, osmakligt kaffe men st - Storleken och två badrum Dåligt städat och knapphändiga instruktioner vid utcheckning. Fortfarande döda insekter kvar på väggarna i nästan alla rum som tidigare gäster dödat, det var inte fräscht.

Restaurants and bars aplenty near by but easy to escape to the sanctuary of the wonderful apartment. The electronic key system was an absolute winner which made life easy for us all! Nothing

• Mira (7/5): Great location and clean apartment near services - Great location and clean apartment The apartment was on the second floor and there was quite a bit of street noise. Luggage storage was only available on weekdays which was a bit disappointing.
• Kalliopi (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated, spacious and provides all basic facilities. The location is amazing with nice shops, coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars around and just a short walk to the city center. There were some imperfections: the bathroom hanging light and one of the heating units were not working and the shampoo/shower gel was almost empty. Salt and olive oil would be a nice addition. Nevertheless none of the above really disturbed our stay. I would gladly stay again.

• Hugo (6/5): Great location but definitely not for a family of 4 and arriving with a car and luggage - Location is great, clean place Absolutely dont even dream of coming with your car. You need to park 3 blocks away minimum to unload. This was not informed. Also of course, no public parking nearby radius of 100 m as street has restricted access. Digital keys are a nightmare, especially with a family and kids that want to come and go, fold out bed was crooked, main bed not too comfortable, could not open main room shutter for light until last day, no main light in main room, windows face inward, faulty bathroom light, hot water definitely not sufficient for family of 4

• Belén (8/5): Very good - Great location and nice neighbourhood. The appartment was very well equipped for a family of four, even for a longer stay. You can easily access the area with any means of transport, the kitchen is very functional and modern. Some lights were not working, so the appartment was a bit dark, specially in cloudy/rainy days. The sofa-bed is not comfortable for two people, maybe just for one.

• Sabina (2/5): Not worth of money. - Location is excellent. Apartment is clean. Upon arrival the door lock was not working. Had to request reset of digital keys. Once it was done we could not lock the apartment. Customer service staff came and fixed the door. In between we had to leave our apartment unlocked. The apartment is not as nice and cosy as in the pictures. Furniture is worn out. There is lack of natural light. All windows are facing inner yards and if you want some privacy you need to close curtains. Then the apartment is too dark and you need to switch on the lights which were insufficient. Electricity outlets are in bad shape, not safe. There is no flexible shower head in the bathroom. Overall very poor experience. Previously I had very positive experience with sweet inn but Milan Moscova II is no go for me!

Digital key is useful. Small kitchen kit that I especially appreciated. The master bed was over soft. One bedroom is without air conditioner, just with fun.

• Olessya (8/5): Very good - It was great to check-in and check out without human only via application. Everything was explained perfectly and work very good. This is very convenient. Location is perfect, street with a lot of bars and restaurants. I liked sleepers:) water in the fridge and coffee capsules, tea pods. Matrassse was so uncomfortable that we could not sleep but this is very personal. Not enough electricity sockets in the bedroom - only two near bed from each side with lighting in. So you need to choose or lighting in the room or charge your phone.
