• Adam (7/5): Good but city tax issue - Very clean and spacious apartment. Has everything you need from fridge, dishwasher washing machine etc. Comfortable beds. Good transport links for buses and trams in and out of the city and to the airport. Very quiet area and easy to sleep and relax. We were informed by booking.com of a city tax of around €60 (in writing) for our stay but this was apparently incorrect and the owner said it was €95. I think that sort of thing from a tourist point of view is quite bad to spring on higher charges during the stay. Whether it is correct or not, it should be in line with what Booking.com is telling people in their booking (in writing). Bigger groups and longer stays means this city tax is could be double what booking.com says. The toilet design is terrible, there is barely any room between toilet and shower. Very bad for tall people, it's strange because the rest of the apartment is spacious. Be aware the location is a little way out from the main city. Good transport links but it is far and reliant on transport to get around.

La cucina moderna iperattrezzata, condizionatore e bagno finestrato con tutto il necessario. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni necessità e anche suggerimenti per il soggiorno in città. Bus e tram davanti al palazzo dell' appartamento collegano bene con la metropolitana e con il centro città e la stazione. Una bella soluzione per stare qualche giorno a Milano
• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at the Umbria 60 in Milan. It was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was wonderful overall, though the walls were a bit thin—I could occasionally hear neighbors. It didn’t bother me much, but light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. I will def come back! Also, trolleybuses, trams, and buses are all close by, and if you enjoy walking, it's perfect for you. Linate Airport is super convenien, which is great if you're traveling elsewhere. I was super happy and would definitely stay here again! None. It was perfect!
• Martina (10/5): Great apartment near Milan center - The place is super spacious, and well equipped, it even had a first aid kit. We were 5 people and we were so comfortable! We really enjoyed staying there, plus the hosts were so helpful and kind! They gave us a lot really great tips and recommendations and were available whenever we needed. It’s rare to find people who care so much about their guests. The apartment is in a nice area, not so far from the city center and well connected, there’s a great place to eat just next door and a few supermarkets near. 100% recommended! Will definitely come back. Everything was great!
