• David (8/5): Très bon séjour, tout le confort y est, très bon emplacement ! - Très belle espace et un très bon emplacement pour visiter Vienne en prenant les transports en commun. Tout le confort y était. Je recommande chaudement. Il manque peut-être quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine comme par exemple une passoire pour égoûter les pâtes. La literie est peut être aussi à revoir avec des lattes un peu branlantes.
• Anne (2/5): Komplett anders als angegeben, lasst lieber die Finger davon - zentral gelegen, 2 Minuten entfernt vom Schloss Belverde direkt nebenan ist das Day House für Obdachlose, dementsprechend hatte man schon ein unwohles Gefühl das Apartment zu verlassen. Außerdem ist es direkt an der Hauptstraße, selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster war der Verkehrslärm unerträglich. Das Gebäude ansich ist komplett unsaniert und sieht aus, wie zu Kriegszeiten erbaut. Leider sah das Apartment auch absolut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die angegebene Ausstattung war teils auch nicht vorhanden. Außerdem war das ganze Zimmer voller Flecken, sogar Schuhsohlenabdrücke auf dem Teppich. Am nächsten Tag habe ich direkt eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und nach ewigem hin und her mein Geld für die restlichen Nächte zurückbekommen. Nie wieder!

• Päivi (6/5): Sijainti hyvä, asunnossa useita puutteita. En itse menisi uudestaan, vaikka melko nopea yhteydenotto. - Hyvä sijainti liikennevälineisiin nähden. Patteria ei saanut pois päältä (oli kuuma), ilmoitin siitä ja nopeasti vastattiin, mutta asia ei edennyt mihinkään. TV kanavat ei näkyneet ollenkaan, sanottiin että palataan asiaa , eikä koskaan palattu. Asunnon naapurissa oli todella äänekäs perhe ja heräsin aamuisin todella aikaisin naapurin koviin elämän ääniin. Asunto sopi yöpymiseen, mutta ajan viettoon se ei minusta ollut hyvä.

• Mohd Zakir (6/5): Trouble at Belvedere - Location is close to Wein Hbf, about 5-8mins easy walk. The unit is spacious and warm, while the beds are comfortable with clean linen. Checking-in was a disaster. The instructions were too simplified and being new to Nuki app (must install), we had problem. The unit door does not resemblance any possibilities as automatically operated caused confusion. The owner was very slow to respond on eash message and would not talk on phone for us to get clarity. We were stranded for more than 1 hour in cold and had decided to abandon the apartment and checked-in at nearby Novotel hotel wich cost us €322 for 2 rooms/night. Only then, the owner later informed that the door had now been opened automatically by him/her/somebody. (I wish that Booking.com can impose a step-by-step instructions with photos to all self check-in unit) The building was not well maintained. Elevator was not functioning until the last day which has caused us to carry the heavy bags up 3 level. The owner simply implied that this is not his/her problem. The unit toilet has bad smell and one piece of wall paper was falling down. There was no hot water until the handyman came the next day late afternoon. Cleanliness of the sofa and carpet was not great.
• Izabella (1/5): Nie polecam mimo świetnej lokalizacji - Pokoje przestronne, ogrzewanie działało sprawnie, wygodne łóżka, zestaw kosmetyków do mycia, kawa, herbata, świetna lokalizacja blisko dworca i Belwederu Kiepski kontakt z wynajmującym, brak normalnego klucza do wejścia lub kodu przy drzwiach. Za to była aplikacja, którą trzeba było na miejscu zainstalować, obejrzeć film jak otworzyć drzwi za pomocą przesłanego kodu. Zły kod wysłany przez wynajmującego kilkakrotnie, co opóźniło wejście do mieszkania o godzinę. Winda zepsuta przez cały pobyt (mimo, że wiemy, że było to zgłaszane wynajmującemu przez sąsiadów), a do pokonania było blisko 120 schodów z bagażami… Telewizor też nie działał (trzeba było zainstalować aplikację T-mobile). Codziennie widywaliśmy osoby koczujące z walizkami i próbujące wejść do apartamentów. Osoby starsze lub nie znające języka niemieckiego lub angielskiego podejrzewam, że by sobie nie poradziły z wejściem … System wejścia i zamknięcia drzwi bardzo nieintuicyjny(kilkakrotnie drzwi same nam się otworzyły)… Na dodatek trzeba mieć pewność, że po całodziennym zwiedzaniu bateria w telefonie jest naładowana, bo w innym wypadku nie wejdzie się do mieszkania. Klatka schodowa niezbyt czysta. Mieszkanie też nie było bardzo dobrze wysprzątane (w zamrażalniku zamarznięta wylana coca cola…).

Pas de clé .Un système électronique qu'on aurait dû nous expliquer à l'avance. 1h de plus sur le palier à comprendre le fonctionnement...(même déboire pour nos voisines polonaises le lendemain....) Pas de micro ondes, four et grille -pain inutilisables. Un petit filet d'eau sous la douche, parfois chaude, puis froide,puis chaude..... Ascenseur en panne le jeudi (je l'ai signalé aussitôt),le lundi à 10h00 il n'était pas encore réparé...108 marches à monter ou descendre...avec les valises le dernier jour !!!! Ça fait vraiment beaucoup !!!! On aura vraiment du mal à reprendre Booking et à le recommander. 099.

Csak javaslat: Ha tudtuk volna, hogy az ajtónyitó linket csak WhatsApp-on tudják küldeni, akkor előre letöltöttem volna az app- ot, és még gördülékenyebb lett volna a bejutás. Nálunk megoldódott elég hamar, mivel szerencsére volt a családban, akinek eleve volt WhatsApp letöltve.

• Ștefan (7/5): - Locația apartamentului a fost perfectă pentru ceea ce am avut nevoie. Nu mi-a plăcut deloc salteaua patului pentru că este foarte moale și am avut dureri de spate din cauza asta. De asemenea este destul de zgomotos în apartament din cauza traficului de pe șosea. Dar per total mi-a plăcut șederea la dumneavoastră.
• Priscilla (2/5): Worst stay ever in my life, and I have traveled around. - The location is central and well-connected, and very close to Belvedere, though it is on the Gürtel (a big street with heavy traffic, so it's quite loud at night). The apartment itself is acceptable. The price is on the lower end. I booked it for 15 nights. I definitely DO NOT recommend it. Here is why: 1) Keys: There are only electronic keys available. For the door downstairs it's an electronic lock with a code, and for the apartment you need to download an app which serves as a virtual key. The app key worked at least, after the hassle of downloading the app and setting it up. The downstairs lock didn't work for a whole day (or more) after we checked in, because of some electricity problem in the building. So a few times, we had to wait outside for someone with a physical key to be able to go inside the building. We also ran into some racist neighbors who shouted at us "we don't want foreigners" (after understanding that I speak German, repeated it in German too), and shut the door to our face. 2) Building & Apartment: The hallway inside the building is not well-maintained at all, and kind of dirty. As someone who is used to the living standard in Vienna, I was surprised to see it when I entered. The apartment is in a better condition, and equipped with the essentials. Not super clean but acceptable. 3) Hot Water: The apartment was without hot water at all for 2 days during our stay. It took 1 day for a handy man to come and fix it. 4) Elevator: The elevator was not working for a few days. One resident of the building told me that it gets broken easily because it is old. 5) Communication: It was not possible to call the owner / customer service. We could only communicate on Whatsapp, so sometimes messages were not replied with urgency. They were replied eventually. 6) No compensation was provided to me for all the problems I had, and I could not get any refund (paid upfront) if I wanted to leave earlier. I was told to contact Booking, but I already contacted Booking once before and it brought nothing except for wasting half an hour of my time (even though the customer service was nice and helpful).

• Svetlana_M_V (10/5): Крартира джекпот для туриста за низьку ціну - Ця квартира стала просто джекпотом. За таку низьку ціну ми отримали простору квартиру з безліччю спальних місць, яка знаходилася в мега зручному для туристів місці. Квартира була дуже охайна та чиста, коли ми вийшли, в ній пахло чистотою, що було дуже приємно. Чиста постільна білизна та рушники, зручні широкі ліжка. Поряд палац Бельведер, станція метро, трамвай, залізничний вокзал, смачні ресторани та кав'ярні. Все, що було потрібно для нас. Вікна квартири виходили в зелений та тихий двір, тож нам було комфортно спати. В квартирі була праска, пральна та сушильна машина, фен, чайник, кава та цукор. Більше нам нічого не було потрібно, бо ми не купували продукти та не готували вдома. Якісний інтернет.

• Volodymyr (7/5): Вдруге я б не заселилась в цю квартиру. Хоча росположення чудове. Попрацюйте над чистотою будь ласка. Бо в такому випвдк - Близьке розташування до вокзалу і парку Бельведер. Хотілося б щоб підлога була чиста. Бо наші білі шкарпетки стали чорними в перший же день. Відчуття що підлогу не миють взагалі. Або кладіть одноразові тапочки, вони коштують копійки. Заселення в 16:00! Виселення в 10 ранку. На прохання заселитись раніше вони просять 55€. «Чудовий» доп заробіток я вам скажу. Напишіть що у вас в квартирі є праска. Бо я везла свою, а виявилось що вона є, хоча в переписці ви не підтвердили точно що вона буде.

• Tomas (10/5): Familia de visita por Viena - Si vas a Viena de vista este es tu apartamento, enfrente del metro , tranvía y bus , supermercado enfrente , si vas en coche hay un parking a 10 minutos dentro de un centro comercial que el día te cuesta 15€ , cocina súper completa , horno grande , nevera mediana , el apartamento es enorme , podéis dormir 6 adultos tranquilamente , comer y cenar también, un lugar perfecto para visitar Viena a un precio asequible.
• Sara (5/5): - La zona de las habitaciones era confortable y el piso era amplio y cómodo. La ubicación era muy buena, cerca del Palacio Belvedere y la estación central. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, especialmente en la cocina y la vajilla. El horno tenía la puerta estropeaba y no cerraba, con lo cual no calentaba, y además la puerta se caía con facilidad siendo peligroso para la niña. La nevera no enfriaba, avisamos varias veces en la semana y no fueron capaces de arreglarlo; si bien es cierto que cuando avisamos finalmente nos hicieron un reembolso económico como compensación a las molestias y pérdidas causadas. Las fotos de la cocina y el baño no corresponden a las del anuncio. La conexión wifi no funcionaba.

• Jose Andres (8/5): Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación central de tren de Viena - La ubicación. La amplitud del departamento. Tiene café complementario. No habia aire acondicionado, solo ventilador de pie. No habia jabonera en la ducha, donde apoyar el jabon. Si bien habia dispenser de jabon liquido, faltaba una repisa para colocar el jabon en pan y shampoo & acondicionador. El check out es a las 10.00 am, tenerlo presente.

Mutfakta gerekli herşey var. (ekmek tost makinesi sigorta attırıyor :) ). genel olarak temiz diyebiliriz. olumsuz bir durum yok.
• Mercedes (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - Pasamos toda la estancia sin frigorífico ni congelador. tuvimos que tirar comida, comprar lo justo y sobre la marcha. Con la calor que hacía todo caliente. Nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario/a, pero pasó totalmente de nosotros aún sabiendo que el frigorífico estaba averiado. La puerta de horno rota, que al pasar junto a ella se nos cayó en el pie.

• monifa (10/5): كانت إقامة جميلة - الموقع ممتاز جداً وقريب لمحطة القطار وللسنتر الشقة واسعة جداً تتسع لأكثر من 8اشخاص الفرن الكهربائي يتوقف عن العمل فجأة المدخل للعمارة مظلم المغسلة يتسرب منها الماء بشكل مزعج على الرغم من أنهم احضروا سباك ولكن المشكلة مازالت موجوده تعطل وتوقف التطبيق الخاص بفتح الأبواب لذا انصح بطلب مفتاح يدوي لأن التطبيق يتعطل فجأة كماحدث معي واضطررت للنوم بالفندق المجاور وتم تعويضي بدفع فاتورة الفندق ولكن لم يتم حل المشكلة والتجاوب معي بسرعة العنوان بالبوكنق غير واضح ولايمكن الوصول لها عن طريقة استطعت للوصول للموقع بعد مراسلة صاحبة الشقة فأرسلت لي الموقع وصور العمارة من الخارج ليست من ضمن صور البوكنق فلابد من وضع صور للعمارة من الخارج ليسهل معرفتها

• Juan José (8/5): - La amplitud de las habitaciones. Un apartamento que se alquila a un número amplio de personas debería tener, al menos, una mesa con sillas suficientes para todos y una equipación de vajilla y cubertería mínima para hacer una comida al mismo tiempo.

• Andrés (4/5): Insgesamt eine schlechte Erfahrung, unsere Probleme wurden nicht gelöst, wir haben mehrmals nachgefragt und es hieß imme - Die Lage Sie bewerben die Wohnung, als habe sie 2 Schlafzimmer, sie hat aber nur 1. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Sofabett. Ja, es könnten sogar 6 Personen dort übernachten, aber die Privatsphäre kann man vergessen. Außerdem waren der Kühlschrank, der Gefrierschrank und der Ofen kaputt. Wir wollten eine Wohnung und kein Hotel, damit wir nicht jedesmal hätten essen müssen, die schlechte Ausstattung ermöglichte dies nicht, womit unser Budget erheblich überschritten wurde.

• Matvijová (2/5): Definitely wouldn’t recommend. - Good location. The whole accommodation was dirty since we arrived. A ‘pleasant’ surprise was clogged toilet, which remained in the same condition until the next day. We tried to communicate with the host. She responded to texts and promised handyman to arrive the same day, which he unfortunately didn’t. After some time she started ignoring our calls and left 7 people without a functioning toilet for the whole evening and night. The handyman eventually arrived the next day without any notice, knocking on the door at 8am. In addition, we had to put the sheets on duvets ourselves. The duvets were disgustingly dirty with spots on them. Furthermore, fridge wasn’t working so we had to store our food in the freezer. Apart from having one trash bag for 7 people and 4 days, dishes were dirty and we had to clean them in order to use them for the first time.

• Bettina (5/5): Preis Leistung war in Ordnung. - Preis Leistung hat gepasst, super Lage zum Hauptbahnhof, die Zimmer waren sauber. Lage gegenüber Hauptbahnhof, Straßenseitiges Zimmer Verkehrslärm. Der Türschloßcode wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, nur der Zugangsmodus zum Zimmer. Mussten oft hin und her schreiben, der Code wurde uns dann endlich von einem Gast, der das Haus verließ und das gleiche Problem hatte , mitgeteilt. Die Gangbereiche sind nicht schön, gehören saniert.
• JiříRoh (8/5): Čisté ubytování za rozumnou cenu, ideální lokace pokud cestujete vlakem, dobře dostupná veškerá MHD. - Jako klíč ke vstupu do apartmánu slouží mobilní aplikace Nuki - nutná instalace na váš telefon, platná pouze pro jedno mobilní zařízení, ale je možné požádat přístup pro další telefon. Vstup do bytového domu je pomocí 4místného kódu. Byt je umístěn cca 5min chůze od hlavního vlakového nádraží, cca 2min od metra a tramvaje, zámek Belvedere je cca 5 min chůze, Prater cca 15min městským vlakem, Stephansdom cca 30min pěšky. Bytový dům je situován přímo u hlavní silnice, ale v bytě není problém s hlukem. Kuchyně je vybavená dostatečně. Ideální pro rodinu s dětmi nebo i 2 menší rodiny, které často cestují společně, poměr cena výkon je dobrá. Chyběla nám nějaká lampička nebo menší světlo.

• onur (8/5): Sanki Belvedere sarayındaydık, mükemmel lokasyon :) - Lokasyon olarak U1 dibinde, belvedere quarter dibinde. Karşıdaki modern yeni binalar oldukça güzel. Ev geniş ve ferah. Apartmanda biraz koku ve ses var. Kullanılan halılar lekeli ve kirli olması biraz kötü. Mutdak dolapları eskimiş, cam doğramalar cok temiz değildi.

The room we were given was completely different from the apartment we had booked — smaller, with fewer amenities, and not as described in the listing. Additionally, we had problems with hot water throughout our stay, which made things even more uncomfortable.

Tragedia!!! Ponadto można poprawić podłogę. Brak wieszaka w łazience. Dodatkowo nie można było uruchomić kanałów TV. Zacinało się światło w WC.
• Daniela (10/5): Recomendo - O apartamento está muito bem localizado. Próximo do Belvedere e da estação de comboios e transportes para as áreas mais turísticas. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma uma estadia longa. A rede de Wi-Fi não funcionou durante a parte da nossa estadia.

• Geeta Raman (6/5): The house looks better in pictures. The area does not feel as safe at night. - The location is the best part. Close to main station and tram. The soda bed is uncomfortable and the toilet and bath are separate. So to wash hands if someone is in the bath you need to wait.
• michel (10/5): Affaire de code - Bon appartement près de la gare person̈nel répond rapidement au message Pas possible de regarder la TV car pas de manuel d'utilisation ( il fallait un code). Le code Wi-Fi sur la tour ne correspondait pas, mais après demande par message il nous a été communiqué très rapidement. Nous n'avions pas reçu par SMS le code d'entrée de l'immeuble.

• Shubh (8/5): Perfect location and spacious apartment - We easily found the access to the apartment with the message received from the owner. location wise - It is very convenient.. just 5 min walk from Wein Haupbahnhof. The bed mattress was sagged... I just fell in.. not okay for me.. I don't know about others.. rest all okay.

• Fazilet Öznur (8/5): - Evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek herşey vardı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Çeşme suyu içilebilir. Ütü ve çamaşır makinası iyi çalışıyordu . Wc banyo mutfak yataklar vs temizdi. Tramvay durağına ve markete çok yakındı ve merkeze ulaşım tramvayla kolay oldu. Sadece Yürüyerek gezmek fazla yorucu olabilir. Yerdeki halılar çok kirli oda kapılarının da temizlenmesi gerekli. Yerler koltuklar ve sandalyeler lekeliydi.
• Alisa (8/5): - The property is good. The location is good . It is close to the U1 metro station. There are many shops near the apartment. The bad is that the one room goes into another one. It was hard to open the door. And the check out was at 11:00 but the host came at 10:40 and asked us to leave .

• Iryna (10/5): - Great location near Belveder Palace. All public transport available. Well equipped kitchen, clean and cozy beds. There was a small issue with door opening system at our night arrival, but customer service was online and helped us immediately to solve the problem. Highly recommended.

• CRISTINA (8/5): - Camas muy grandes y cómodas, apartamento muy amplio, cocina grande. Muy bien comunicado con tren, metro y tranvía. Tiene ascensor Algo deficiente la limpieza, falta menaje de cocina
• snezana (7/5): Sasvim ok - Dobra lokacija. Blizu glavne zeleznicke stanice,metroa i tramvaja. Peske smo obilazili mnoge lokacije Nije bilo drzaca za peskire u kupatilu
• Peter (10/5): - I liked the self check-in and check-out process, it saves a lot of time and coordination. I received all the info in time. The host communicates also through whatsApp, answers are quick. Even though the appartement is near a busy street, with windows closed the noise is really low - that surprised me positively.
• Marco (6/5): - Lage super, unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit Host. Wohnung Preis-Leistung super. Fotos lassen sich nicht den Appartments zuordnen. Betten und Ausstattung bissl in die Jahre gekommen - manches ist locker (Tischbein)... Im Batt Schimmelansätze, Wäsche einparfürmiert.

• Tavor (6/5): If elevator was working then it would be 9 out of 10 - Apartment itself is big and has all facilities. Close to tram and train station.good location. The apartment is on last floor ( needs to climb 4 floors although called level 3 as start from 0) and during out stay there was NO ELEVATOR WORKING. From neighbour's input, it is like that for long time. You must check if elevator works before you arrive as I am not sure it is.

Спасло отопление апартаментов, иначе бы поездка было просто испорчена Многое: грязные стены, ободранные косяки дверей, грязный пол, дешевое да еще и дурно пахнувшее постельное белье ( у нас аллергики, пришлось его снимать и спать без) , ужасные матрасы(!!!! Ужасные не то слово!!!). Парадная - мрак. Жуть и мрак. Есть с чем сравнить в Вене - ужас. Фото не прилагаю ( отзыв пишется в дверях при выезде - не др фото)
• Stiliana (10/5): Перфектно - Локацията е топ за туристи. Просторни стаи и чисто. В кухнята има всичко необходимо. Няма такова.
