• Boston (10/5): Beautiful location and venue. Great gym and pool and so close to Cole’s - In a more quite location but still 5 minuets from the main city The arrival was kinda tricky

• Linda (7/5): Although the apartment & building were nice the interaction from the host was very disappointing. - The apartment was lovely, great location & the facilities in the building were exceptional When we arrived, the apartment was extremely dirty. It took 3 days of emails & phone calls to the host to get the apartment cleaned. We couldn’t unpack our cases as a result of this. A cleaner came & gave the apartment a basic clean using wipes which wasn’t sufficient for the condition it was in. It needed a deep clean. The Balcony was filthy also. I felt we should have received compensation for this. Also, when we did arrive, we couldn’t locate the lockbox for the key to the apartment. We were given the wrong instructions. It took hours to get the correct information which wasn’t ideal after a long haul flight

Com it’s all sold out thank you

• Sarah (5/5): Passable - The property gave me the wrong address, an old photo from google maps was provided for the key placement to access the apartment. I called the property and waited 45 minutes for someone to finally answer and assist.
• Meg (2/5): Very poor - The couch was not a pull out bed as advertised so we had to share a bed, there was no wifi, the keys were difficult to find, the building was called The Iconic not Serain Residences which made us unsure if we were even at the right place, and the people at the front desk were there to serve the residents only and would not help us with anything. Very disappointed.
• Michael (9/5): A good place to stay in with a nice kitchen area to cook food, comfy bed and a good view. Worth the money paid - Liked how it was a spacious area to live in, felt like a second home On the first day we took the elevator and it got stuck. We were stuck for roughly 40 or so minutes. Then other elevators were closed off (i assume for maintenance)
• Miroslawa (7/5): One bedroom in one of the new highrises - Modern, basic but comfortable The location is between old warehouses and new building sites, surrounded by cranes. Very cold, the heating is not sufficient ( winter time). Incorrect checkin information ( it is NOT a box on the fence of the storage company, but a fence around the building site about 100 m away.. in the dark, with Incorrect information, it took me more than 1 hour to find it (and calling support did not help. No access to the gum or pool.

• Tony (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay again - The property was clean and right where I needed to be for this trip. Seating on the balcony would have been nice. The sun come in during the day and it would have been pleasant sitting out in the fresh air. Also a box of tissues would have been good in the apartment.
• Chen (10/5): Great Stay. Cleaning and comfort apartment - The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
