Зубов (6/5): Cozy hotel at good location with no service - Rooms are nice and have enough space for comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is great - just a few minutes' walk to Galataport, T1 station, Taksim square and Istiklal street, yet not in a crowdy street. The breakfast was good, even though the variety of food could be better. Staff at the reception has been kind and responsive. There is no room service at the hotel. On check-in, the bathroom was dirty as if it was not cleaned at all. In a room booked for 4 guests, bedding and tea were provided only for two. During 5-night stay, the room was cleaned up exactly 0 (zero) times. Drink water was provided only once on check-in.
A (8/5): شكرا لجميع طاقم الفندق على حسن الاستقبال والمعاملة الحسنة طوال فترة الاقامة - الموقع استراتيجي بجانبه مسجد وقريب من غلطة بورت وشارع الاستقلال وميدان تقسيم وبرج غلطة، وأقرب وسيلة مواصلات عامة ترام محطة توبهانه الذي بجانبه جامع تاريخي كبير لايحضرني اسمه. الموقع على مرتفع ويجد مشقة المسافر بصحبة اشخاص كبار في العمر او من معه عربية أطفال، لايوجد عوازل (سواليف جيرانك عندك)، الموكيت متسخ لكن اجمالي الشقة نظيفة ومتكاملة الاغراض، السرير غير مريح لمن يفضل المراتب غير الهابطة

We were concerned about the internet, but we did not have an internet issue in our room on the 3rd floor, and it seems that they have made every effort to achieve this. 👍 Many thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back. 🙏 The carpet needs renewing.
Yifan (8/5): I think this is a good hotel if you plan to spend more time in your room and maybe do some cooking. I would recommend ch - The location is great: it's close enough to very good restaurants and bus stations, yet also far enough to be sufficiently quiet. The size of the room is larger than some others at the same price range. And I guess it's always a bonus to have cooking equipments. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel locates on a hill, and you need a bit of climbing if you plan to travel with public transportation. So it might be a problem for people who have difficulty walking. The furnitures feel a bit basic for this price. The air conditioner only does warm (it's not a problem as I lived there in late spring). The exhaust fan is very loud and cannot be turned off separately from the toilet light. The only trash bin is in the toilet and very small. The lack of washing machines is another downside. The biggest problem is, you have to manually request room service to have your room cleaned and towels changed. And this is not clearly stated! We spent the first two days using wet towels.

LEIRE (6/5): Correcto - La ubicación al lado del Tranvía de Tophane y Galataport. El desayuno, muy poca variedad y sin apenas opciones para niños. Sin opciones de calentar/tostadora. Mucho calor en las zonas comunes debido a la calefacción. Limpieza mejorable, no nos hicieron la habitación un par de días y nos dijeron que teníamos que dar aviso previamente en recepción si queríamos que la limpiaran.
Martina (9/5): Výjimečný hotel ve skvělé lokalitě - Poloha hotelu je absolutně skvělá. V ulici spoustu obchodů a kaváren a přitom to je velmi klidná lokalita. Tramvaj kousek, Galataport kousek. Na Galata věž jsme koukali z okna. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Snídaně by mohly být bohatší a pestřejší.

issam (1/5): Hotel avec un sérieux manquement aux règles d'hygiènes - L'emplacement Séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet établissement. La chambre était dans un état d’hygiène inacceptable dès notre arrivée : présence de poils un peu partout, salle de bain visiblement non nettoyée, verres contenant des résidus et des poils, ainsi que de nombreuses traces et taches orangées. Nous avons signalé le problème dès le lendemain matin. Une partie seulement a été nettoyée, et il a fallu insister lourdement auprès de l’hôtel pour obtenir une solution. Nous n’avons finalement changé de chambre qu’au bout de trois jours, sans réelle amélioration de la situation. Le ménage est réalisé de manière très approximative : absence d’aspirateur, déchets laissés au sol, entretien global négligé. Les draps ne sont changés que tous les quatre jours, contrairement à ce qui nous avait été annoncé. Pire encore, le personnel a retiré les savons de la salle de bain avant notre départ, comme s’il craignait que nous les emportions, ce qui reflète un manque total de professionnalisme. Globalement, un établissement sale, mal entretenu et mal géré. Expérience très négative.

Ammar (9/5): Comfortable stay! - Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Spa facilities were also good. Very good location, 5 min walk from Tram station. Nearby you will find restaurants, supermarkets and juiice shops. Breakfast was good but repetitive, and for initial 2 days there was no buffet breakfast possibly due to low occupancy. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved however once we raised this they did sort it out..

hasretim (9/5): komme gerne wieder - die Lage ist sehr toll. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett. Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Fernbedienung um 2:00 Uhr nachts kam innerhalb 1 Minute hat es gelösst gar nichts für das Preis Verhältnis ist es super man kann sich nicht beschweren für das Geld!

Kerem (10/5): - I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the very first moment I arrived, the warm, friendly, and professional attitude of the staff made me feel truly welcome. From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, polite, and solution-oriented. I would especially like to thank Haso, Elmo, Kerem, Oğuz, Minna, Vildan, Sude, and Sema. All of them were very kind, attentive, and professional. Kerem Bey in particular really stood out with his personal attention to guests, his helpfulness, and his friendly attitude. Employees like him truly raise the overall quality of a hotel. The room was very clean and well-organized. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt at home throughout my stay. In terms of value for money, it exceeded my expectations. If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Профессиональный подход и ориентация на удовлетворённость гостей со стороны управляющего господина Огуза напрямую отражаются на общем уровне сервиса. Сотрудники Хасан, Эльмензо, Мина, Керем, Вилдан и Сезини продемонстрировали высокий уровень ответственности, вежливости и клиентоориентированности. Слаженная работа команды и внимательное отношение к гостям подчёркивают корпоративный подход и качественную организацию работы отеля. Номера чистые и комфортные, общие зоны ухоженные. Процессы заезда и выезда прошли быстро и эффективно. Все запросы обрабатывались своевременно и профессионально. Natacha (10/5): - كنا سعداء للغاية بإقامتنا في اسطنبول. كان مدير الفندق، السيد حسن، ومساعده السيد أوغوز، وكريم، وإلمينزو، ومينا، وفيلدان، جميعهم ودودين للغاية ويقظين. كانوا دائماً يهتمون بنا، بل وكانوا يقدمون لنا الشاي والحلويات كهدية؛ وكانت هذه لفتة لطيفة للغاية. موقع الفندق ممتاز؛ فهو يبعد حوالي 10 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام عن شارع الاستقلال في تقسيم و6 دقائق فقط عن غالاتابورت، مما يجعله مريحًا للغاية. تم افتتاح غرفة الإفطار مؤخرًا، لكن تنوع ومذاق الإفطار كانا جيدين للغاية بالفعل. كما أعجبنا الشاي المجاني الذي يتم تقديمه للضيوف طوال اليوم. تراس الفندق على السطح رائع ويوفر إطلالات بانورامية خلابة على اسطنبول. يمكنك رؤية العديد من المعالم الهامة من هنا. للوصول إلى التراس، ما عليك سوى إبلاغ مكتب الاستقبال؛ وسيقوم الموظفون بمرافقتك. لا يتم تنظيف الغرف تلقائيًا كل يوم؛ ما عليك سوى إبلاغ مكتب الاستقبال عندما ترغب في ذلك، وسيقومون بتنظيف غرفتك عند الطلب. بشكل عام، تجاوز كل من الموقع والخدمة توقعاتنا. إنه بالتأكيد فندق سنختاره مرة أخرى بكل سرور في رحلتنا القادمة إلى اسطنبول.

Un ringraziamento speciale al direttore, il signor Oğuz, per la sua professionalità impeccabile e la sua straordinaria attenzione verso gli ospiti. Grazie al suo supporto cortese e sempre disponibile, ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e a nostro agio. Le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli, la posizione è eccellente e tutto il personale è molto gentile. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti!

Hazem (5/5): Value for money, good staff, do NOT expect what you see in the pictures. - Location, Staff is good. Reception team well communicated in English. Special thanks to the Egyptian lady (forget her name) in the reception. She is very supportive and helped us to change our room the next day and arranged the transportation to Airport. Her attitude was great. Room comfort below expectation. One of the elevators did not work probably. Breakfast was simple and basis considering the hotel level.. Booking.com showed the hotel as 4 stars but I can not rate it more than 3
