Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upstairs and downstairs have only external access by stairs on the side of the house, creating 2 private places for your enjoyment. For an upstairs-only booking, the backyard and front yard are shared spaces.
Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.
On booking, you will receive our digital house manual and will be able to access the property's short-term rental agreement. By attending the property, you agree to this agreement.
This property is on a private road adjacent to the main road that runs along the coast, so there is some road noise during the day.
Once booked, we ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as through the house manual and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.
On booking, we'd like to know a little bit about you. When enquiring about availability, please ensure you have completed your ID verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay.
