- Baum (1/5): Miserabel - Erst hat der Strom nicht funktioniert! Dann war das Badezimmer komplett dreckig, sowie der Kühlschrank, der hat total gestunken, die ganze Wohnung hat gestunken...Verletzungsgefahr vor dem Gebäude... Wir und das Kind haben sich total unwohl gefühlt vor und im Gebäude... Sind nach einer dreiviertel Stunde wieder raus und mussten uns was neues suchen. Sehr enttäuschend

- evgenii (5/5): - spacious apartment. cleanliness When checking in, the owner takes a deposit in cash and returns it when checking out: I was not informed about these conditions. Wi-Fi does not work. No hot water in the kitchen and in the sink.

Communicatie met Beheerder zeer slecht. - Het appartement was ruim De accommodatie was in een nogal vervallen en slecht onderhouden gebouw. Ligging langs een bovengrondse U-Bahn, wat veel en frequente geluidsoverlast gaf. De televisie in de huiskamer werkte niet (niet aangesloten aan een werkend antenne systeem) Parkeren in de omgeving was moeilijk en vereiste lang zoeken. Communicatie met de beheerder heel slecht! E-mails en whatsapp berichten werden niet beantwoord. Telefonisch overleg zeer beperkt.

Location isn't close to attractions, but obviously you can see where it is before booking and price is likely lower due to location. Just had to do more Ubering than I typically do.
