Et l'emplacement au centre historique (si fenetre insonorisee) Le manque d insonorisation totale de la fenêtre donnant sur rue pour toutes les nuits (des bars aux gens qui discutent, des livraisons la nuit, des taxis et des groupes de personnes emmechees....). Özellikle turistlerin yurt dışında interneti olmayabileceği veya telefonların şarjının bitmiş olması durumunda kapıların açılabilmesi mümkün değil.

• Chouaib (7/5): Central stay in Malaga - Nice facilities and perfect location. The room was pleasant. The shared spaces were not crowded because only 4 (or 5) rooms shared 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Worked well for being a room with shared spaces. The check-in experience. Maybe it was our fault not to read the check-in before arrival, but it tooks us a while to figure out how the "technologically advanced" locks and keys work. After that everything was smooth.Too much technology is sometimes overwhelming even for an engineer :).

Reservé el lugar por booking , pensando que era un apartamento privado y no fue hasta llegar allí que me di cuenta de que era una habitación con baño y cocina compartidas. En booking en su anuncio solo aparecía esta información cuando clickabas de nuevo sobre el alojamiento y estaba en inglés. Así que no me gustó nada. Lo único que me gustó fue la chica que atendía el teléfono del Apartamento, María, muy amable y empática. El anuncio en booking era engañoso. La habitación estaba en una ubicación excelente del centro de Málaga pero estaba al lado del mercado de abastos y por la noche el ruido era insoportable, imposible dormir sin pastillas y tampones para los oídos. Cuando tienes que ir al baño, no puedes olvidar tu móvil pues corres el peligro de que, como me pasò a mi, se te cierre tu habitación y te quedes en la calle….contraté y pagué tres noches y solo me quedé una.

• Mateja (9/5): - Največja prednost te nastanitve je top lokacija. Skrbelo me je kako bo s čistočo v skupnih kopalnicah, vendar nisem imela pripomb. Soba je nekoliko majhna, vendar meni je bilo ok,ker sem bila sama in ne prav veliko v nastanitvi. Bila sem en teden, mogoče sem imela srečo, pa takrat ni bilo veliko gostov...ampak nisem imela občutka,da si delimo stanovanje. Glasovi iz ulice - za tiste z rahlim spancem ni priporočljivo. V bližini so bari, restavracije, fast food in klub - tako da je kar glasno in se precej sliši v sobo. Mene sicer ni preveč motilo.

I informed staff about this, and they assured me they would clean the room, but did nothing. Also, the isolation is terrible - you don't sleep properly because it's really loud from the outside.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 8 Tage gebucht. Leider wurde das Zimmer in diesen 8 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt. Aich die Klimaanlage funktionierte irgendwann nicht mehr.
• Kwan Tak (5/5): Buen precio, habitación con ruidos - La ubicación, precio competitivo. En la habitación se oyen ruidos de otras partes del edificio. La habitación es muy pequeña, para llegar y abrir la ventana hay que ladearse. Abrir la puerta con el código hace ruido y puede ser molesto.

• Aoife (4/5): Great location but no housekeeping service and only shared bathrooms. - Excellent location. Rights in the city center within walking distance of most major attractions. I was very disappointed to find out that there is no housekeeping service for the rooms, only the common areas. I stayed for 5 nights so I would have really appreciated fresh sheets and a clean floor. They only give you two small towels for the duration of your stay. The walls were quite dirty in my room, and the room was extremely small with a tiny window and no view. I booked a double room, which is advertised to have a coffee machine but this is only in the common area.

• Rojda (8/5): Loved it - The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was quit. Sharing the bathroom was not a problem at all. It was cleaned daily and you share it only with one other room. 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms. The fact of having a washing machine and iron was very nice too The room and apartment was small/narrow and quite dark. Also the air in the common area is quite humid due to the washing machine.

Les draps étaient très sale, au point que je n’ai même pas pu me couvrir tellement c’était sale, il y’avait une grosse tache jaune sur le drap + des cheveux. Les murs aussi étaient sales, on retrouvait les moustiques tuées. La vitre d’une des toilettes étaient absente, et donc il était impossible d’utiliser ces toilettes. De plus le Check out se fait super tôt à 10h. Et c’est un petit appartement qu’on a transformé en rooms + communs, je pensais que c’était une auberge.

• Juliette (4/5): À éviter - La clim on a dû réparer le wi-fi nous-mêmes. Dans notre chambre, un des deux volets ne fonctionne pas donc en plein août on ne ferme pas l’œil. Il y a des traces de moustiques écrasés absolument partout! Les salles communes sont pas propres. Les voisins rentrent bourrés, claquent les portes, prennent leur douche à plus de 00h. La description dit que les chambres sont insonorisés alors que PAS DU TOUT, je n’ai jamais vu une chambre où on entendait autant tout ce qui se passait autour que ce soit à l’intérieur ou dans la rue! En sachant qu’il y a un tacos ouvert toute la nuit! On se réveille en sursaut à cause des machines qui nettoient les rues dès le matin, des jeunes alcoolisés, les voitures qui foncent à toute allure. Impossible de dormir ! On entends tout dans l’appartement comme la salle de bain les toilettes… Le lit grince énormément à peine on bouge.

Muchas limpieza en general.Television con acceso a neflix.Aire acondicionado. No te limpian la habitación ni te hacen cambio de toallas ni sábanas.
• Ezgi (5/5): Hostel experience with hotel price - Location was very central. Bathrooms were cleaned everyday. It was not that clear that it was shared bathroom and kitchen. The walls are quite thin, so we would hear everything in the next room. We didn’t receive any cleaning in our room for 3 days. Because the doors are opened with codes, we would see random kids hanging out at the stairs and it felt a bit unsafe at some point. Due to the very central location, it was quite noisy at night until 3-4 AM. Most annoyingly, we didn’t have wifi throughout our stay, when I got in touch with the property via Booking chat or whatsapp, i was responded by an AI chat. I informed them multiple times, and because they didn’t respond, I escalated the issue to Booking as well, but they don’t respond to them in time either.
• Anjorin (5/5): It was a mid experience to stay at this hotel while the location is fabulous and it is quite clean. I found the staff or - It was clean. Kitchen and bathroom. My room had a really bad odour. The AC would not work so my room heated up so high it was too hot in the room. It was cooler outside. When I tried to find a location staff were extremely extremely rude. I would call them. Someone would pick up the phone and they would pretend to answer my question and cut the phone. This happened at least five times.

Location was amazing. Close to the centre and beach. Staff that i called was nice and helpen me. commen areas were clean. Not much noise at all. expected the room to be a little bigger. asked for another towel but didn't receive it. The door didn't work one night. The battery seemed to be empty of the automatic door so people couldn't get in and we all woke up. I asked for a new towel but didn't get it. The rooms were not cleaned during my stay. Only before and after. The floor got sandy. If the price was lower i would not cared so much but still paid 400 euro.

• David (10/5): Superb all around stay in a great room that excelled expectations! - The room was spotless and the bathroom was even better. The facilities were all much better than I anticipated. The tv services were amazing. Very quiet as other guests respected each other. Fantastic location so easy to walk to all the interesting sights! The only thing I can think off and it's very minor. Some hooks for clothes and towels would have been great in the bathroom. That is it. Amazing place to stay.

• Ayelén (8/5): Good location, not too much privacy - The location If you’re comparing with hostel this is a great option. But if you’re comparing with hotel is not recommended. There’s not too much privacy since it’s a regular apartment converted into a shared housing. The walls are thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the apartment. There are 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms.

Surrounding area is a bit noisy and you can hear people outside having dinner, drinks, etc! Didn’t bother me but if you are very sensitive to noise then it might now be the best place for you :)
