• CamilleVid (4/5): Very disappointing - The apartment was clean and well located, but unfortunately our stay ended with a very disappointing experience. Our stay ended with a very disappointing experience. While my mother was opening the shower door to exit the shower, the sliding door suddenly came off its rail, fell to the floor and shattered into hundreds of pieces. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured, but she was understandably very shaken and shocked by the incident, which could easily have resulted in a much more serious accident. We immediately informed the host, remained cooperative throughout the entire process, and allowed access to the property on three separate occasions, including one intervention lasting around two hours, so the area could be cleaned and the shower enclosure replaced. We did not make any complaint or ask for compensation despite the inconvenience and not being able to use the second bathroom we had paid for during the last two days of our stay. What surprised us was what happened afterwards. During our stay and before our departure, we were never informed that we might be held responsible for the damage. Several days after check-out, we unexpectedly received a request for nearly €500 and were accused of damaging the shower door by pulling it instead of sliding it, which is completely untrue. We strongly disagree with this allegation. The door came off its rail while being opened normally, and no evidence has been provided to support the claim of misuse. More than the accident itself, we are disappointed by the way the situation was handled afterwards. We acted honestly, responsibly and cooperatively throughout the entire process, so receiving such a substantial payment request only after our departure felt both unfair and dishonest. Unfortunately, the accusation and the handling of the situation completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the accommodation, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it.

• Lloyd (9/5): - Locatie, dicht bij de tram, bus,trein, supermarkt, een bakker voor de deur en een ijssalon aan de overkant. Kitwerk in de douchen vervangen.
• Maaike (9/5): Heerlijk, komen graag nog eens terug. - Mooi ruim appartement. Fijne nieuwe keuken en twee badkamers. Locatie is goed met een supermarkt vlakbij, lekker pizza’s twee deuren verder en station Roma Trastevere voor de tram. Goed contact met verhuurder. Airco en stil in de slaapkamers. Er zouden iets meer kookspullen mogen zijn. Bijvoorbeeld een ovenschaal. En het zou fijn zijn als je meer dan twee pitten kan gebruiken (er wordt nog gewacht op een onderdeel).

• Muneeb (7/5): Apartments is neat, clean and spacious…toilets are good… Hot water supply in the bathroom is not adequate in the morning - Apartment is spacious and clean…great location with proximity to public transport. Very small elevator, which can barely fit 3 people. Staff is not flexible. They charged us €50/day to accommodate a small child, who was missed during the time of booking. Hot water supply is not consistent. No washing machine in the apartment.
• Martin (8/5): Una opción posible si no querés alojarte en el centro o en Trastevere. - Es un lindo departamento en un barrio alejado del centro de la ciudad y de sitios turísticos pero en un barrio que tiene su encanto. Hay colectivos para llegar a cualquier lado sin mayores complicaciones (generalmente conectando dos). Es muy luminoso. La cocina podría ser más completa si te gusta cocinar.

Les équipements Ne pas pouvoir allumer le chauffage dans la salle de bains et c'est peut être du luxe, mais la présence d'un porte manteau et de crochets pour accrocher ses vêtements et ou serviettes dans la salle de bains seraient les bienvenus.

• Zmira (10/5): Great and lovely apartment, clean, close to transportation - The apartment was above my expectations, a clean, spacious apartment with plenty of space, we were 5 people, two in each room and one in the living room, all the beds were made and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. There are two showers and toilets, which is enough for 5 people. The apartment is located on a shopping avenue and a 9-minute walk from the central train station. The apartment is renovated very modern and has a nice balcony. Everything was just great, because it’s an apartment you need to change bins and buy more toilet paper as it’s wasn’t enough for the whole time we stayed.

El departamento esta totalmente renovado por dentro, muy bonito!! Pudo tener Lavadora de Ropa en el departamento y hacer mantenimiento a los A/C porque no llegaba a enfriar bien el departamento con este calor

• Abi (6/5): Not suitable for young families - Two separate bedrooms, light and spacious. 1. We didn’t feel it was safe enough for littler kids - the windows weren’t guarded. 2. We expected some basic things in the flat eg dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee pods and maybe some water - which was a bit annoying. 3. The check in experience was long and painful. Guilo said it was typical - but compared to other places we have stayed - it was laborious. 4. The area wasn’t great - lots of homeless people so again, felt a bit unsafe for a young family when going out for dinner. 5. You aren’t allowed to flush anything down one of the toilets (because it’s a macerator) - a minor point but a bit annoying.
• Hanna-laura (7/5): Okayish stay - Nice appartment, good for a stay with friends because of the big balcony, big couch, good table to sit together and the two bedrooms / bathrooms. Nice nighbourhood with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The equipment in the appartment was not good (especially the kitchen; cooking there was not in any case possbile). The smaller bathroom only has a electrical toilet, which was not mentioned anywhere (means: absolutly no paper possbile to throw in the toilet..) The cleanliness was poor from our German point of view (mold in the showers, water supply not consitent warm, not well cleaned beforehand, electrical toilet smelled consistently). Moreover, this appartment might be only 600m from Trestevere Station, but it is NOT in Trestevere

• Callum (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment: very large rooms, 2x bathrooms, huge TV, good wifi, large balcony, etc... I was very impressed. The place had great air con in everyroom which was a lifesaver after long days in the Italian sun. I found the location great as it was slightly out of the city which I prefer, but still only €1 to catch a train into city centre. The host Guilio kept in touch throughout the stay and was easy to connect with him through WhatsApp.
