• Daniela (5/5): - La ubicación del Alojamiento es genial, en las camas se podía descansar. No nos gusto que, nos llevaron el primer día para otro alojamiento donde la habitación era mucho más pequeña, lo cual hizo que al otro día tuviéramos que trasladar de nuevo las maletas. el orden y aseo de el alojamiento podría ser mejor . Habían almohadas y colchones debajo de la cama.

Pedí un cambio de toallas y no me lo querían dar porque ya me habían dejado 1 toalla adicional el día anterior (eramos 2 personas) lamentablemente para mi, el hotel fue lo peor del viaje. Una pocilga

L'host appena arrivato all' indirizzo di riferimento mi accompagna in un altro stabile più avanti dove al quinto piano si trovavano queste stanze di un vecchio hotel chiuso e riadattato a b&b. La camera orribile, piccola, 2 asciugamani viso, una mezza saponetta e un letto scomodo con dei cuscini alti e duri che non mi hanno fatto dormire per niente. La camera era priva di appendiabiti,armadio, e scrivania. Mi sono dovuto adattare con 2 chiodi al muro,una sedia e sulla soglia della finestra per deporre qualche oggetto. Lo scarico della condensa del condizionatore era in una bottiglia di vetro fatiscente. Il televisore non funzionava e nonostante il reclamo all' host nessuna risposta. Il bagno oltre a non avere il bidet, aveva la doccia in parte riparata con silicone e lo sportello usciva dalla guida. Chiudetelo

• Neyra vasquez (4/5): Mala experiencia - Cuarto amplio Olvidé ropa llamé al encargado y me dijo que no sabía nada ,le mandé mensaje indicando el cuarto en que me hospede y no me volvió a responder más ,olvidé zapatillas y ropa y hasta el momento no se comunican conmigo no se cómo reclamarlos ,mala atención por telefono
• Nicole (1/5): PÉSIMA ESTANCIA, pésima atención. - Nada El tipo poco cordial, el lavado está sucio, con pipi en el suelo, le pedimos al chico que si podía limpiar o si tenía lejía para limpiarlo nosotras mismas, dijo que el limpiaría, al volver dejó un desodorante de axe para axilas. Antes le pedimos lejía y dijo que no tenía, ósea como un hotel, no tiene utinesilios básicos para limpiar baños, le digo como quitan las bacterias, dijo que no habían bacterias, al limpiarlo con lejía EL PISO salía espuma, ósea había pipi en el suelo, y se sentía porque olía a orina. Sin mencionar que nos hicieron levantarnos temprano al otro día para cambiarnos de habitación, le dije que nos dejaran en esta habitación porque ya habíamos limpiado y dijo que no, teníamos que ir is de ahí…. Cosa que arreglamos nuestras cosas y tuvimos que ir a otro sitio. No remeptiria esta experiencia por ninguna manera, además a mi abuela se le quedó el móvil en la habitación dijo que lo esperáramos 15 min cuando el estaba ahí mismo, y también nos quiso sacar antes del check out. Muy mal.

• Rodrigo (1/5): Estafadores - Nada, me sentí estafado y trataron de cobrarme algo que no era lo que había reservado a pesar de decirle que lo cancelara, trataron de hacer el cobro completo de igual forma en mi tarjeta y cambiarme la habitación por otras más caras e igual de malas. Las fotos no representan la realidad porque luego ellos te indican que lo que has reservado está ocupado y te llevan a otro en muy mal estado. Que tratan de estafarte y de cobrarte por algo que no es lo que muestran en las imágenes al hacer la reserva

He takes you to his friends places and tries to subcontract you out to them . I never wound up staying there. I grabbed my bag and left after I saw the scam. DO NOT allow this guy to run this scam in your website. You will lose all credibility . This guy is nothing more than a scammer from India which lies his way through life. This is NOT a real hotel. It’s a doorbell. Nothing more . He takes you to his friends places and tries to subcontract you out to them . I never wound up staying there. I grabbed my bag and left after I saw the scam. DO NOT allow this guy to run this scam in your website. You will lose all credibility . This guy is nothing more than a scammer from India which lies his way through life.
• Hector (1/5): Stay away from this “hotel” - We arrived at the location to find out that our location was changed farther away. They said it was no water then it was no electricity, we walk to the other location that was suggested to see it was on a fifth floor where the room was nasty, bedroom dirty, bathroom was filthy. We refused to stay there and few minutes later we received an email telling us that our credit card was invalid and they will cancel our reservation. So we booked in another hotel. Stay away from this “hotel”. Later we found out they charged our credit card and received the payment. After that they refused to reply to our email and phone call. The lies from this “hotel”
