- Andreea-Georgiana (1/5): Very bad - The only thing I liked was the location, although the street was not very clean (we found garbage left just outside the main entrance of the building). Everything was horrible, from the poor treatment of the host to the state of the apartment, it is a total rip off for the money you pay and what you receive.
Problem 1.
We booked this apartment especially because it said that there is indoor parking that needs reservation and costs 35€/day. When I asked the host about this, they asked me where I read something like that. After I sent them the proof, they said something like “we said it’s public parking”. I replied with “Well, yes, it says public parking but it also says that it is indoor and it costs 35€/day and that it needs reservation”. After this, they ignored my message and kept sending me other stuff for the check in. You can not lie like that in your parking description and then not even say “sorry, we will update our parking info”. You should learn how to treat your clients.
Problem 2.
It says the check in starts from 3 pm. When we arrived, the cleaning stuff just started cleaning. We were 5 people, waiting outside, with an old lady with us, in full august heat. When we asked the cleaning stuff to let the old lady sit on a chair inside, they told us to wait. So, we had to wait outside for almost half an hour.
Problem 3.
The apartment was the most filthy I have ever seen, even the door knobs were sticky. Also, everything is overly used there from electronics to furniture and they did not bother to change them. Of course, if you think only about the money you wont invest some back for your client’s confort. Also, you can hear everything through the walls, so keep that in consideration if you are a light sleeper.

- Adriana (7/5): - Hosts were great. Location is excellent. The facilities could use improvement. The kitchen was quite small and not practical for preparing meals for a family. Also, each room had its own air conditioner, and we had to be careful not to let the water containers overflow on the balconies—something to keep an eye on during your stay.
