• Silviya (10/5): - Мястото за настаняване има всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Имаше комплимент към нас-бисквитки, сокчета, вода, бира, кафе, различни видове чай, тоалетни принадлежности. Намира се в центъра. Има места за паркиране и платен паркинг в близост. Домакинът е отзивчив.

• Vanya (10/5): - Отседнах в този апартамент и останах изключително доволна. Локацията е много удобна – близо до всичко необходимо, а самото място е тихо и приятно. Апартаментът беше безупречно чист и много добре поддържан. Условията са отлични – има абсолютно всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Личи си, че е помислено за детайлите. Определено бих отседнала отново и горещо препоръчвам на всеки, който търси удобно, чисто и приятно място за престой.

• Tim (9/5): - Sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Kommunikation der Vermieter im Vorfeld. Das einzige, was mir einfällt, ist, daß das Bad kein Fenster hat und der Toilettensitz zu klein war. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung top.

• Cristina (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant visit. The location is excellent, close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet area. It was perfect for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

• Blood (10/5): Really immaculate apartment and had everything needed, very happy with our stay - Great apartment, Netflix worked perfectly, everything was comfy and clean. Really nice touch was there were drinks in the fridge which on a really hot day was appreciated. Aircon works great, the cupboards are fully stacked with cups, plates, cutlery, pans, chopping board, potato peelers. We could have easily stayed for a week and lived as it was our home

• Laura (10/5): Great stay and a lot of attention to detail. Very comfortable :-) Recommended! - We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights and it was a really good experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern. But what really stood out was that the hosts clearly thought through many details that would make for a comfortable stay. The aircon was switched on before our arrival, cold drinks were in the fridge, tea, coffee, and sweets were provided, etc. All was really very well organized. We would definitely come back again and recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay for a few days in Burgas.

The location is excellent, the management is warm and helpful, and the apartment itself is a cozy, well-designed hub for relaxation or work. What really impressed us was how professionally managed everything felt — from the welcome touches like water and beverages in the fridge, to detergent and supplies thoughtfully provided for the washing machine. Every detail showed care and a high standard of hospitality. Everything works, everything is super-clean, everything is convenient, everything is prepared for you. The facilities are spotless and stylish, clearly maintained with pride. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Absolutely a place we’ll return to again. ❣️ nothing

• Radu (10/5): Definitely a good pick ! - After we booked the central house 3, the owner reached us and we switched to central house 2. The apartment was huge, and very clean, and the location was perfect if you enjoy 5-10 minutes walk to everything you need( restaurants, beach, etc). We will definitely come back here. We booked only one day 🥲
• Daniel (9/5): Comfortable place for exploring Burgas. - A big, spacious place, very comfortable for three people. There was beer and fresh water when we arrived at the apartment. The washing machine including the drier was a plus. The location was very close to everything downtown. The stairs for getting into the room are not the most comfortable way of getting there. The sink is a bit too small for the size of the bathroom. There is no parking, although there is a public one (paying) really close.

To her surprise a selection of small cakes were - Everything was exceptional, from the apartment itself and the facilities, to the host being so incredibly generous… everything was perfect nothing to complain about.
