- Annette (3/5): Sehr endtäuschend, da die Bilder bei der Buchung anderes waren. Man fühlt sich reingelegt. - Die Unterkunft hatte eine Klimaanlage und eine Terasse , die man sich mit 3 anderen Zimmern teilte. Der Ausblick auf den Vesuv und den Hafen war schön aber durch die Strasse sehr laut. Das Zimmer war klein. Der Schrank ohne Tür, keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Beleuchtung nur eine Deckenleuchte. Die Wände mit Flecken. Die Schiebetür zum Gang dünn, so dass man seine Nachbarn hörte.
- Lutz (1/5): Hände weg! - unfassbar schlechter "Service". habe vor Monaten ein DeluxeSweet mit Whirlpool, separatem Wohnraum und Blick auf den Innenhof reserviert und bezahlt. Zum CheckIn weist der Routenplaner einen Weg von 35 m auf. Dort befindet sich ein Büro, in dem Apartments in der Stadt betreut werden. Wir hatten dann plötzlich eine andere Adresse, statt der gebuchten noch einmal 400 m mit den Rollkoffern durch Neapel. Den Manager gefragt, ob es trotz neue Adresse der selbe, gebuchte Standard ist. Der log uns einfach an und sagte ja. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer, das an sich völlig okay war, nur eben mit dem gebuchten überhaupt nichts zu tun hatte, zudem an einer viel befahrenen Straße an, der nach 5:00 Uhr nicht mehr ans Schlaf zu denken war. Was wir nicht wussten: es handelt sich eben nicht meine Hotelkette oder Hotel Anlage, sondern ein Geschäftsmodell, bei denen alles nur online erfolgt, selbst im Büro wird das Checkin nur über das Handy durchgeführt. Die Art und Weise, wie die Mitarbeiter dort mit der Kundschaft umspringen(wir waren nicht die einzigen, die Probleme hatten), spottet wirklich jeder Beschreibung. Es ist definitiv nicht das, was ich in vielen Jahren als Standard bei booking.com kennen gelernt habe.

- Yasmina (1/5): Basura de apartamento - Nada era una basura Ha sido de las peores experiencias que he tenido nunca, te cobran por todo y cuando llegas a la habitación está sucia y no se parece a las fotos. Habían pelos en la bañera y mierda en el WC, la cama estaba rota y las paredes sucias... Una vergüenza. La ubicación está bien, pero bajas del apartamento y toda la calle está llena de vagabundos durmiendo en la puerta. En conclusión una mierda.
- Mhoria (1/5): Do not trust the photos that is posted on BOOKING.COM - I did not like anything about the PC Boutique The woman manager was extremely rude, she was not helping at all and then shouting on us. The rooms were nothing that is advertised on the booking.com website. We paid for sea view rooms then the property did not have any sea view and was at the middle of the city. The rooms were having over-powering bad smell coming from the bathrooms which was impossible to stay with the windows closed.
- Mhoria (1/5): Never choose this PC Botique this is a SHITHOLE - The woman who received us was extremely rude and shouting on us, we were having children in our group who were horrified from her behaviour. The property was nothing that was on the website, it was looking like a shithole! The bathrooms were smelling so bad that we could not sleep without leaving our windows open the whole night and then we had to deal with the noise from the street and mosquitoes attack. This has been the worst experience and the most deceiving photos that was shown on @BOOKING.COM Everything, the rooms, the location and what we paid for and we got. I booked and pain for SEA VIEW ROOMS the property was located in the middle of the twon. The rooms were dirty, moulded and the bathrooms were very smelly to the extent that we had a couple of people with asthma which worsened their condition.
- Kevin (1/5): Everything was great once we moved to a different Hotel. We would go back to Naples again. - There was nothing to like with the accommodation. It wasn't what was advertised. Plus a big security deposit of 200 Euros. Did stay, booked into another hotel, with a few, and friendly staff, breakfast too! Would never recommend this place to anyone, only to warn them! Very small room, couldnt walk around the bed, no hair dryer, no drinking glasses, one coat hanger, curtains with holes in them. No smoke or heat alarms, shower awful, and an unpleasant smell from the soil pipe works from bathroom. Four Star....not in a long shot, not even one star!

- Lady (1/5): Awful - Nothing Because I pay already the fees of my stay with booking and they asked to everyone at the arrival to pay a deposit to accès to the room by card which I did and then they did not refund the total amount but only à party. We call this a fraud so I will go to the police in Naples to make a complain as my boyfriend is a lawyer. You should control them as I am not the only one who will come back to you to complain
- Will (1/5): Worst travel experience I have ever had - Absolutely nothing. This advert is an con. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE Con artists the photos are not reflective in the slightest. It is complete false advertisement and it baffles me that Booking.com have allowed them to remain on their website. Attached are the actual photos of parts of the room. This isn’t the worst bit though they also take a €200 deposit off you that they say will be returned in 14 days. It has now been 29 business days and they have still not sent it back

Not to mention, they had made a mistake and checked us in in a wrong room, we had to go back and forth to figure it out and nobody answered the phone when we called. Room was nothing better than dirty hostel level accommodation, prices that we had to pay for one room was 400 euros. It was a scam! Room reservation said "seaside view" but there was no view whatsoever. Toilets were dirty and bathroom slide door was not able to close at all. Beds were very uncomfortable. we were scammed!

- Julie (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Room was clean. Bed was basic and uncomfortable. No kettle or cups, this I would have thought as basic. Being budget accommodation I would expect to buy my own drinks but would like a way of making coffee etc. Also I had to leave a 200 euro deposit in case of damage, there was nothing in the room to damage.

- Madison (1/5): I do not recommend this place at all - it is uncomfortable and made me feel uneasy the whole time. - Absolutely nothing Everything: Dirty towels were left in our room from other guests. It was not at the location / address specified online. When emailing or messaging the hotel to find the location received no response. The reception and “hotel” are not in the same building. Staff are rude and unwilling to help (6 people working and we checked ourselves in). Charged us 45€ (cash only) for parking and then parked the car in the public parking on the street. When asking for our car at check out the lady on the front desk had no idea where it was and was not helpful - we went back to reception 3 times to ask about check out getting our car. Reception doesn’t open until 9am so would not recommend this place is needed for an early flight with a car. 200€ bond taken out of your account and held for 14 days in case of damages to an already poorly looked after room.

- Donna (9/5): Very good. - The location was excellent. Dora, who cleaned our room, was wonderful. We really liked the shared terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine and the price was great. We had to wait 1.5 hours to check in after check in time. We were very tired from traveling and made the best of it waiting at a conveniently located cafe, but we wish they’d had more help to have the room ready in time.

The reception is separate from all the rooms, it’s not a hotel. We were sent with very vague instructions to find our room, and it took us 40 minutes before we had to come back and ask for assistance. There were 3 staff members at reception, however after being told it was only a 1 minute walk to our room no one would show us the way. We were sent away with very vague instructions on how to get to our room and after a very frustrating 40 minutes we had to walk all the way back to the reception. The room was not where it says you are located so he warned. The key for our apartment was not working well but staff treated us as if we were stupid and a nuisance and were very rude on several occasions. If you stay here I would suggest you insist they show you to your room to save the issues we had!! If they are not going to show people to rooms the least they could do is signpost things well, it was a confusing guessing game.

I was then charged an extra 40 Euros for the second occupant even though I'd already paid for a double room. They also charged me 4 Euros per bag for storage after checkout. I was arriving late but found the staff would make no arrangements for access if I missed the deadline. I found this hotel unhelpful and out to get money out of me for any excuse.
- Spyro (1/5): Would not recommend - Nothing. Only takes cash. Check out, to leave baggage they asked 4e per item. Toilet was like a greenhouse, boiling hot when sunny. Long hairs all over the bathroom. Info at the check in all over the place, needed to check in somewhere, the rooms were in a different place, had to leave a card for warranty and they informed me that they usually need a 200 deposit for more than 1 day stay.

I felt like I was paying a fine rather than checking into a guest room. Also there were long hairs on the floor of the room which never got hoovered away over the 3 days I was there

The room was lovely but not what I had booked. An explanation for why I had been moved. I first thought I had misunderstood my booking but once in the room I checked and it was rather too late to change - not least as we'd already had to carry our bags a further 15 minutes.

Maybe just the location close to the port of Naples where our cruise was leaving from The front desk was not very accommodating, the rooms were small and we had problems with no wifi in one room, air conditioner problems in the other and a bathroom that was falling apart as well as a broken air conditioner on the balcony. Noisy with no noise dampening to the street outside. Beds uncomfortable. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said “that is not possible.”

It felt very safe with a locked front door, a locked door to the apartment, and a locked door to our room. I did think we were going to have a sea view or balcony that overlooked the water but instead we were facing the other way. Could’ve been my mistake in reading the room details.

- Stephanie (5/5): Skip Naples - Large bathroom and slightly larger room. Fridge in room. Small balcony area to dry clothes, no view just alleyway below. Close to metro station so convenient to get around.. we left for the day and went straight down to Pompeii. Shower was not great. Room and whole accom floor seemed like it had been cheaply and sloppily renovated.. tiled floors over previous existing and uneven.. PowerPoints without the covers on.. Check-in was also a run around as you need to go to a different location to check in and get keys which looks close to the location on maps but location of accom is not correct and have to walk back another 750m up hilled cobblestone streets.. not fun with luggage.. Overall the city was VERY dirty... So much rubbish and graffiti.. not a whole lot to see compared to other Italian cities.. would have skipped and spent our time down the coast near beaches or more time in Rome etc instead..
- Kathleen (3/5): Bait and switch- don’t book for the location - The room was small as I knew it would be but not bad I specifically booked this property for the location since I was staying alone and planning on meeting friends who’s hotel was a block away I wouldn’t be left walking home alone or buying taxis to get back and forth and during check in I realized they placed me at a different property farther away and the staff insisted it was the same apartment just a different entrance that was absolutely not the case it was over a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction of the first property listed and defeated the purpose of booking this. There were nicer properties in the area for similar prices when I booked for the location. No help with fixing or changing it. I left some bathroom stuff in the room and tried calling the office who just rushed me off the phone asking to send them a message which they never responded to.
- Krista (3/5): Apartment good, customer service not so much. - The room was good, small but with all the necessary amenities, a good-sized comfortable bed and bathroom with a good shower. Free fast Wi-Fi and AC. The hotel made us pay EUR65 for late check-in (post 9pm), adding 2/3 to the cost of a one-night stay. This even though our flight was delayed and arrival time therefore out of our control. They then organised for us to pick up the key from a secure location nearby, accessible via an entry code, so clearly it would have been possible to do this without the extra payment anyway as nobody was there waiting for us to arrive... Such an incredibly inflexible policy, and they were rude about it too. Beware if you intend to arrive in the evening.

It was reasonable priced Staff is frustrating to deal with as they didn’t explain property location very well and didn’t want to take the time to help us. We actually booked PC Boutique Sea View and they put us in another location called PC Boutique Medina which was annoying to walk to with baggage. Check in and property are always in two different locations. Also came away with about 10 bed bug bites after just one night

We arrived before check in time, so I asked if we could leave our bags, we were told we needed to pay €4 per bag. Although you should never have to pay we were happy to do so but the staff were very rude when we arrived. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, as I am sure there are better places in Naples for similar prices.

Rooms are not in a hotel kind of building but made out from an apartment divided inside by a very thin plaster ready to fall apart. Forget also proper doors, everyone has sliding doors for the entrance of their dorm/room that does not block corridor light or noise so be ready to hear everything! Bathroom was extremely small and made with cheap material ready to fall apart and wobbly. The door ( half broken ) that goes onto the terrace suppose to have a sea view by the description but all you see is other buildings and a small piece of harbour in between. Again good luck in trying to have a quiet and dark place where to sleep as the curtain are cheap and all the balcony lights that by the way never goes off as is a gigantic led lights will keep you awake all night . The bed and mattress were decent but very noisy anytime you turn around. Not only it doesn't deserve the 3 stars but it ralso looks completely different from the pictures. I could go on and on and on in saying all the terrible discoveries about that place but I'll stop here. This place is a disgrace for the honest 3 stars hotel that try to do business and the owner of it should be ashamed.

- Spyropoulos (4/5): Disappointing - It was right next to the Metro station, so It was very convenient. Nice stylish interior and design. The room was quite small, there was a constant smell of sewage in the room coming from the bathroom. There was a gum stuck on one of the tiles right next to the bed. Of the 2 power sockets beside the bed only one was working and there was no other in the room. In the bathroom, there were hair on the floor and in the shower floor clearly not even vacuumed and the toilet paper was left from the previous guests and not sealed as it should have been.
