• Herbert Francisco (10/5): Excelente apartamento próximo ao centro de Toronto - Apartamento muito bom. Bem decorado, mobília de qualidade e bom gosto. Próximo do metrô Bay Station e do centro de Toronto. Tem um Whole Foods Market que pode ser acessado por uma entrada em frente ao prédio.
• Joe (10/5): Great Place - I was leery at first because the large deposit and cumbersome check-in process. However, once we saw the apartment it was totally worth it. Beautiful view, cleanly, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Will be back!
• Paul (6/5): - Mixed feelings about our stay. Excellent room, great view. I was a little taken aback when the $100 “facility fee” is added onto the advertised price. I received two bogus noise complaint emails while we were out which was a bit unprofessional. Finally, I noticed a piece of metal sticking out of one of the receptacles that looked like it had been broken off of a plug. This piece of metal was sticking out of the hot receptacle pin, and was right between the end of the bed and the wall. I’m astonished I managed to notice it before I or someone else got shocked. I removed it with a shoe so that it wasn’t a danger to other guests. I will not be returning.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The property has an amazing location. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants. The subway stop is also a few minutes away.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not worth the lower rate - There was an $100 unadvertised management fee added on after I already booked. The many emails I got from them made it seem like it was an inconvenience I booked the room at all. The cleanliness could have been better, food crumbs in the kitchenette, garbage left in the window sill.
• George (8/5): - The ad mentioned two TVs but the TV in the bedroom was not connected. It would be helpful to have some directions about adjusting the thermostat. But overall, the condo was comfortable with a great view and location.

• Verified traveler (2/5): A total disaster before, during and after my stay - I have just sent out a review under separate cover. Please refer to that so that I do not have repeat myself. All in all, it was a terrible experience before, during and after my stay there since after I had checked out, a Quickstay executive contacted me and asked me where I have left the keys to the unit since the cleaning staff could not locate it. While I had tried three times to send an SMS message via international roaming to them without success, I had to call them instead and informed them that the keys were left on the dining table where I had picked up the same at the time of checking in: the cleaning staff had to be blind not to have seen it to start with. What an unpleasant stay with harassment even after checking out. :-((((((((((((((((((
• Lynda (10/5): - Airbnb type of accommodation in a luxury condo situated in upscale shopping district of Toronto. Check in instruction was fairly simple. Booked and parked at an assigned spot, but was taken the second night- which QuickStay didn’t have any other solution except suggesting a reimbursement of parking at another nearby parking lot. Luckily, the parking security at the building was able to assist. Throughout our stay, had to make a couple of calls to QuickStay. Condo itself was spacious. Some minor repairs such as the diverters of the sinks, futon bed frame, missing light bulbs, and perhaps better cleaning is needed. The main bathroom inside the master BR tub is slanted, my husband almost slipped during his shower. Since friction mat wasn’t provided, I ended up placing a towel inside the tub to prevent the slipping. The shower in the other bathroom was missing lightbulb- didn’t use, a bit dark inside. A couple of Metros are nearly. Very easy to grab foods and convenient to get around. The minor repairs didn’t bother us much, since the price was very good considering it’s a 2 BR and has a good view- on 14th floor. Great Wi-Fi was also added bonus! We would definitely consider staying there again.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Condo in midtown. There is a nearby subway stop. Plenty of cabs available. Restaurants nearby. Most tourist attractions downtown. Walked there but took at least 45 minutes. Condo equipped well. It even has a washer/dryer. We did not use kitchen as we ate out primarily. Comfortable beds. I would stay here again.
