Thanh (6/5): Ban công không khoá được - rất nguy hiểm - Phòng rộng, vị trí tốt. 1. Cửa ban công không khoá được. Tôi phải chặn đồ ở cửa. Cả đêm cứ sợ có người leo vào phòng. 2. Nhân viên gọi không được, nhắn tin không trả lời. Khách tự đến tự đi, tự giải quyết issue. 3. Sàn nhà dơ, rất bụi

Dan (1/5): IRRESPONSIBLE AND MISMANAGE - Outside feels safe Address on the app is not precise. Search the address on google map and it will show you 4 different locations. Hotel has 2 names and this doesn’t show to any maps. The staff has given me information irresponsibly, like, main door was open but it was lock. The staff then went there and had to open thru her fingerprint. Had to contact the other staff for the key for 30 minutes. Time unmatched. Then after 2 hours of chaos, I was informed that they overbooked and there is no available for me.
Triet (5/5): Passable - I did stay at the hotel per my booking and also paid the amount I was due. How come they canceled it and claimed I did not check in? Plus they did not give me the type of room in my booking!
Kukakaracha (10/5): Exceptional -
Thuy (7/5): Good location, good value but communication & management should be improved - Good location & very good value. The room has good size for one person stay. There were some issues with my stay: (1) the host did not provide me the room type I booked in the first night (I booked a room with balcony but received a room without balcony). I had to ask & wait for the room availability from the second night. (2) I booked none-refundable room (means, booking.com already reserved my credit card for payment even I stay or not) , but then the host asked me to pay for the first night before my stay (?????). (3) It was very hard to contact the host before the stay (email or message on Booking.com never worked. No whataps or Viber. Not responsive with SMS. Had to call many times which was not easy when I was abroad). He was more responsive after I stayed there.
