Geoff (1/5): Couldn't stay because they wouldn't let me pay!! - The property insisted on sending a login detail to an email that I couldn't access (never seen it before). That meant I could not pay the security bond. Despite several emails and a phone call this wasn't resolved, so in the end I could stay there. Very frustrating!!!
Deborah (5/5): Won’t rebook glad it was only a short stay - Walking distance to beach and cafe No aircon only noisy industrial style fans, no insect screens on windows or doors. Sandy on the interior floors, Stains on the towels, dirty and chipped crockery , broken latch on window unable to secure the premise’s, very little hanging space , no cupboards or wardrobes, 1 tiny mirror above bathroom sink for 4 people, no dishwasher, internet would not connect, dangerous nails protruding from boards on the deck, very expensive 70s style basic accomodation for what was charged vs provided other than location
