You step outside to the piazza and are steps from the Spanish steps. very beautiful area, feels safe at night to enjoy. the bed was the most comfortable of our trip which helps you to get a good nights rest! we had some confusion on our part one evening with our keys. we were at the wrong door in the building! it was 10 pm or later and the host communication was prompt to help us! the included breakfast is a short walk to a cafe which is very nice and easy to navigate.

• Béla (10/5): Éjszakák a Spanyol lépcsőnél - Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, akik már a foglalás után megkerestek és mindenről pontosan tájékoztattak. Korábban érkeztünk és ez sem volt probléma elfoglalhattuk a szállást, ami a Spanyol lépcsőtől kb 200 méterre volt. A szállás nagyon szép és modern volt, minden helységben klímával és makulátlan tisztaság volt minden nap. Jó volt ott lenni! Reggelihez picit sétálni kellett, ahol egy édes croassant és kávét kaptunk, ami nem volt laktató, így ez kicsit csalódás volt. Azért kértünk reggelit, mert azt gondoltuk, hogy a szálláson van és jól lehet majd lakni a városnézés előtt.

• CINZIA (7/5): Confortevole ma con qualche attenuazione in più - L’appartamento era molto confortevole, arredato con gusto, molto spazioso ed in ottima posizione. Le stanze erano grandi, c’era il forno a microonde, piccoli fornelli ad induzione ma comunque molto utili, macchinetta per il caffè e capsule a disposizione. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Il bagno, rispetto a tutto l’appartamento, è un po’ piccolino, manca il bidet, lo scarico del wc non funziona molto bene, bisogna premerlo energicamente due/tre volte affinché l’acqua riesca a scaricare nel wc. Il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia, il soffione non funzionava perché il tasto che lo regolava era bloccato, di conseguenza abbiamo utilizzato il doccino che per noi era abbastanza scomodo. Abbiamo segnalato il problema, il giorno dopo sono arrivati con un manutentore a sbloccare il tasto bloccato, il soffione ha ripreso a funzionare ma, credo, dovessero sostituire il pezzo. Inoltre, già dal primo giorno, abbiamo notato il gommino della doccia quasi interamente sfilato, di conseguenza non si riusciva a chiudere correttamente la doccia, l’acqua fuoriusciva sul pavimento bagnandolo e rendendolo scivoloso. Abbiamo fatto presente anche questo problema e ci è stato risposto che il loro gommino è molto particolare e che, dato che ad agosto molti fornitori erano chiusi, avrebbero dovuto attendere la riapertura. Ciò non toglie che il pavimento era scivoloso dato il problema. Se una struttura si definisce “ Luxury “ questi inconvenienti non devono verificarsi soprattutto nel bagno che è una stanza molto importante, sia per il wc che per la doccia che è fondamentale per rilassarsi soprattutto dopo le lunghe camminate in giro per la città. Voglio, comunque, mettere un buon voto alla struttura perché due delle tre persone che avevano contatti con me via whatsapp si sono dimostrati cordiali ed hanno cercato di risolvere gli inconvenienti.

• Philippa (10/5): Fantastic, high quality apartment in a brilliant location. - The location was great. Apartment was well equipped and furnished beautifully. It was incredibly clean. Communication with the owners was incredible, really helpful with any queries and always really quick to respond. Fab breakfast included at a little cafe round the corner. Could not fault any of it and would look to stay again if visiting Rome as a group or family. We liked everything there isn’t anything else you could ask for. Only thing to bear in mind is that it is on the 4th floor and the lift doesn’t work from 5pm. Not a problem at all unless you are less mobile.

• Haji (10/5): A beautifully furnished guest house in the heart of Rome with wonderful staff, stunning views and a truly local feel. - Piazza di Spagna 51 Luxury Guest House was an amazing place to stay on our last day in Rome. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and perfect for exploring (and shopping!). The flat itself is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff were absolutely wonderful: helpful, easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. It’s only a shame we had just one night there, because I would have loved to stay longer. The view from the room was beautiful and gave us such a nice “local” feeling. Overall, a perfect stay and one I’d definitely return to next time in Rome!

The location couldn’t be better right near major tourist attractions and top shopping spots, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We genuinely loved everything about our stay. • Guest (8/5): Great apartment right in the heart of the Spanish Steps! - We are a family of 4 and stayed on the fourth floor. The room was not large, but definitely sufficient to feel comfortable. (Think New York City hotel room size). We were extremely grateful for air conditioning! Note that this property is in a multi-use building, and not a hotel, so there is no reception or concierge. That said, the the staff is extremely communicative, arranging our transportation to and from the hotel, as well as welcoming us on arrival. I also appreciated their outstanding restaurant recommendations. (If you are staying on the top floor, there is a very small elevator that can fit bags and four people.)

Das gesamte Team war der Hammer - eigene whatsapp-Gruppe und maximal schnelles Feedback. Schlüsselübergabe persönlich auch noch um 23.00 Uhr. Jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung - man konnte echt vom Boden essen. Kapselmaschine auf dem Zimmer mit täglich neuen Kapseln und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Viele Accessoires im Bad. Preis fand ich etwas zu teuer - aber das lag sicherlich an der Reisezeit (Feiertag und Jubiläum sowie Finale Giro d‘Italia). Duschkopf hatte etwas zu wenig Druck, wird aber diese Woche repariert.

Le principali attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili anche a piedi .La camera e' dotata di tutti i comfort previsti per sentirsi a casa .Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

• Carmen (10/5): - Great location in the heart of Piazza di Spagna. Room was very very clean. There was nothing wrong with this property. Will definately stay again and recommend to friends.

Pulita , accogliente,arredamento molto elegante ,piccolo angolo cottura veramente utile per lo stretto necessario, ascensore molto utile per le valigie. Ci tornerò sicuramente Staff gentile e molto disponibile Nulla
• Sergey (4/5): - The location is excellent. The 4-th floor +elevator. No noise from outside. The apartment is new. Instead of kitchen we ha a kitchenette. There was no oven, no microwave. It was impossible no cook or fry anything. No pan or cooking pot. No corkscrew. No shelf for soap or shampoo in shower cabin. The wardrobe without shelves.
