El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el televisor estaba roto, cosas y objetos innecesarios en los clóset que los hacen parecer depósitos, el inodoro no funcionaba del todo bien, el wiffi del alojamiento demasiado lento

• joanne (8/5): Location could not have been any better!! - Location was perfect, literally minutes walk to Trevi fountain which meant we were able to visit it early morning before it became crowded. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep We struggled to connect with the Wi-Fi, however the host did try to help resolve this quickly when we contacted them.

• Marina (2/5): La più CATTIVA SPERIENZA che ho avuto - L'unica cosa riscattabile è vera è la posizione; la casa è a due passi della fontana di trevi Niente della loro descrizione è vero. NON VI CONSIGLIO DI VENIRE QUI. Mia sorella si è bruciata la faccia per colpa loro e non hanno mai accettato la loro colpa. La moka del cafè non aveva tutti i pezzi giusti, noi l'abbiamo usata pensando che ci fosse tutto a posto, visto che si riempiono la boca dicendo che sono un posto serio, sicuro è pulito. Alla fine la moka glie è splosa nella faccia a mi sorella. Mi sono lamentata e non hanno fatto niente, non mi credevano, e davano la colpa a noi e si sono lavate le mani. Poi... 1-Ci hanno fatto entrare in ritardo perché il uomo della pulizia stava ancora finendo. (Quando siamo entrati il pavimento è tante altre cosa erano ancora sporchi. 2-Non c'è l'ascensore. 3- il segnale del cellulare è scarso e il wifi non c'è. Vi lasciano delle saponette portatili (che non funzionano come dovrebbero. Allora preparatevi per rimanere senza comunicazione nella casa. 4-Struttura vecchia. Cadevano delle goccine d'acqua dal tetto proprio dove loro avevano posizionato il divano letto(non pioveva, era proprio l'umidità della casa vecchia). 5- c'erano degli animaletti in sala. 6- Elettrodomestici bruciati ed sporchi. 7- Cucina senza attrezzi buoni. 8-Staff antipatico e per niente socievole. È la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere in booking e credo che questa è una struttura che dovrebbe essere controllata, perché non penso che tante cose siano a norma. Mi sono lamentata di tutto, e loro non hanno più risposto. VERGOGNOSO che una struttura COME QUESTA SIA ANCORA APERTA.

• Kamila (5/5): Tylko dla lokalizacji, nic innego - Lokalizacja, kontakt z obsługą i tylko tyle. Niedziałające sprzęty (toster, jeden z palników), brak ogrzewania (możliwość dogrzania jedynie jedną klima na całe mieszkanie), dość brudno. Naczynia, patelnia, garnki zaniedbane - okrutnie stare. Zmywarka, bez soli, bez kapsułek. Pilot od klimy nie działał, drzwi przesuwne od salonu zerwsne, musicie je siłą przeciągać po kaflach. Wyposażenie baaardzo ubogie, 3 herbaty (wynajęliśmy to w 6 dorosłych osób). Mamy wrażenie, że większość wyposażenia to pozostawione rzeczy po innych osobach (typu otwarty dziwny woreczek herbaty). Centralne ogrzewanie oczywiście wyłączone, było mega zimno.

• Sylvia (5/5): Mitten im Zentrum, ganz nett aber größere Gruppen aufgepasst! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Gleich ums Eck ist der Trevi-Brunnen. Sauber war die Wohnung auch. Leider wurde die Sauberkeit durch den ziemlich abgewohnten Zustand einiger Einrichtungsgegenstände überschattet. Wir hatten die Wohnung ursprünglich für 8 Personen gebucht und zum Glück konnten 2 doch nicht mit kommen, denn dann wäre es extrem eng geworden. Selbst zu sechst kam schon Hostel-Feeling auf. In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es keine Türen, außer zum Bad. 4 Personen mussten auf den durchgelegenen Schlafcouchen im "Wohnzimmer" schlafen. Zwei Personen hatten ein Doppelbett in der offenen Zwischenetage, Person 7 hätte ein Einzelbett unter der Treppe zur Zwischenetage bekommen. Wo Person 8 geschlafen hätte?? Vermutlich in nem Kinderklappbett... Das Setting kann unter Umständen ja ganz nett sein, war für uns als Familie und mit nur zwei Nächten auch noch machbar, aber Privatsphäre gibt es hier NULL und gemeinsam Frühstücken ist bei mehr als 3 Gästen und der mini Küche nicht wirklich drin.

One if our group was trapped and unable to join us due to stairs. Totally inaccurate. I raised this and was told it was due to description by booking.com. The first night my friend had multiple flea bits and saw two on the sofa bed. The following night we were all bitten. Our distress was ignored by owner, our photos of inflamed flea bites was not responded to. We had to leave early for sanitation reasons. Such an uncaring host, terrible apartment.

La rapidez en responder a nuestras consultas y la disponibilidad para facilitarnos desplazamiento del aeropuerto al alojamiento. Los sofá cama eran incómodos y algunos enchufes no funcionaban.

• David (5/5): - The location of the apartment is extremely convenient. The sleeping arrangements were not great, most of the bedding was very old couches. The only modern bed was up in a loft, It was too hot for most of us to sleep up there.

• Gaëlle (6/5): - L'emplacement est tres bien, à quelques metres de la fontaine de Trevi ( pas de vue dessus), au calme et propre. Le réfrigérateur est pratique Aucune communication possible avec le/la propriétaire des lieux. Les couchages sont tres inconfortables. Dans le salon il y a 2 canapé lit qui grincent, les matelas sont creusés au milieu. Dès qu'un dormeur bouge ça réveil la pièce... La douche à besoin de rénovation, la chasse d'eau des toilettes se lance toute seule (colléeau salon on entend tout le briit durant la nuit), le pommeau de douche fuit.

• Melissa (7/5): Great location, ideal for a couple, who do not require wifi during their stay. - The location is great and the restaurant outside next door is very good. This apartment is really just for a couple with a child. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked when you moved and you rolled into the centre of the mattress. The sofas are old and stained . We were 5 people and it was not big enough for us. The wifi hardly worked and when we asked about it , we got a response on the last day asking if we got it to work, not ideal for someone who needs to be working while away. So I had to spend most of my time trying to use the wifi at the restaurant next door when I needed to work.

The owner advertised the other apartments photos as part of our apartment so the photos are very misleading Host requested extra money as I didn’t put kids ages in even though I did put down 4 kids and 2 adults! Internet doesn’t work No washing machine (even after I messaged to ask if there was) Toaster doesn’t work No dining table like on photos Photos on booking .com is not what we got in our apartment this is false advertising! Toilet didn’t flush properly The aircon wasn’t sufficient enough to cool the apartment The loft with bed didn’t have any cooling was boiling hot to sleep. Hardly no power points that work Kettle had all white stuff in it had to boil water on stove Didn’t get told that portal aircon wasn’t plumbed water was going into a bucket and it flooded overnight, water was everywhere.

Would definetly recommend if you’re planning on spending days out as a group of 7. The wifi wasnt great but as we didn’t spend much time inside it wasn’t that problematic
• Alexandra (8/5): The place to be. 10/10 spot. - Location 10/10! Very romantic and authentic place. Beautiful and very cozy. The sofabed in the living room is SO noisy. Everytime you sit up, turn around, sit down in it, it creaks loudly. It wakes everyone up, which is unfortunate. A few other things not working; wifi and toaster. However this was minor.

• Jacqui (10/5): Fantastic location in spacious self contained apartment - Very spacious accommodation for a family of 3. In a fantastic location very close to Trevi fountain. Great options for eating and we walked to all the big sights. Hosts were always on hand to answer any questions through booking.com or WhatsApp. Highly recommend. Shower head wasn’t great. Had both rain water spout and hand held spout and water came out of both.

When we arrived the place hadn't been cleaned it was a mess.Tried to get in touch with the owner to no avail. Also asked how to work the safe im still waiting on an answer. Eventually the cleaner turned up so we left and came back 2hrs later. By this ttime it had been cleaned

• Theresa (1/5): Great location, but very disappointing apartment. I would not stay there again. - Location I feel like the unit was misrepresented from what was advertised. No instructions were given for Wi-Fi access or trash disposal. There is no door to the “bedroom”, which was a huge suprise. We have never had a bedroom without privacy. The air conditioning was insufficient for the loft bed area , the bathroom door did not latch, the toilet seat was not secure but the most important issue is that the shower door/entry is only about 16” wide. That is unreasonable for a shower opening. The hot water was undependable. The handrail was loose and coming off the wall, that is unsafe and not acceptable for us. The power went off during the night and I’m not sure what happened but the other unit was not affected. The furniture was old and very worn. The sleeper single sofa didn’t even have a covering for the cushion, there was a throw on it. Location was great, but the unit was extremely disappointing.

• Yvonne (7/5): Unique - The location. The amenities. The host went out of his way to bring us a toaster and pots and pans. The accommodation beds were sofa beds not beds. Not comfortable for adults. The bed up the top was challenging for adults to sleep up there as it is quite small.
• Louise (7/5): Great location. - The apartment is in a perfect location, literally a couple of minutes from Trevi fountain and surrounding areas. Rome is a really walkable city and you can get everywhere really easily from the apartment. We didn’t meet the Hosts but they were very quick to respond to any issues. The apartment is on the third floor and inside it is on different levels so wouldn’t be good if you had mobility issues. Also we didn’t have any Wi-Fi at all the whole time we were there, I did mention this to the hosts but they said they had not had any issues before, so it may have been unfortunate timing for us but something to be aware of.

Appreciated the A/C to escape the summer heat between activities. The WiFi didn’t work for us. We liked the coffee machine but would have liked a few more pods.

• James (9/5): It was a small, charming apartment in an ideal location. - The location is ideal. Close to the metro, st Sulpice, the Luxembourg gardens, a grocery store and so many great places to eat. The beds were made, clean and ready to use. Although we didn’t need to use it, the kitchen has what you would need to cook. There is a nice table at which to eat. There is a TV and books (again, we did not use them- but they are there.). The host is easy to communicate with and prompt with his réponses. He is nice and helpful! The street is lively with pubs and people, especially during a soccer game! We were highly entertained by the amount of people in the street cheering on their team. The key box is a few blocks away from the apartment in a launderette. If you leave before 8:30 am you must drop off the key by 9:00 the night before and have a person left behind to let you back in. That was the only problem we ran into. Luckily it worked out for us. We accidentally left something in the apartment and could not retrieve it. Fortunately, the host was so kind as to retrieve the items and hold them for us to pick up on our return.

• Anne (6/5): Great location but not suitable for larger groups. - Location near lots of restaurants and main sights. We were a group of seven male and female adults. The sleeping arrangements for our size of group were cramped and guests had to squeeze between the sofa beds in the living room to get to the toilet during the night. The space in the property is more suitable for 4 guests.The ceiling of the mezzanine floor bedroom was very low and one of our party bumped her head.
• Renate (6/5): location was great but some issues need to be solved in the apartment to make our stay more pleasant - Location was perfect. Air conditioning and one of the fans did not work. Only few power points worked. We booked for 8 people including a 2 year old child but there was no cot or bed made for our child. When contacting owner there was no action taken to solve the sleeping arrangement, however there was spare bed which we could make but no sheets were offered. There were only 2 toilet rolls for 8 people for 3 nights stay. No hand soap and 2 dishwasher tablets. No rubbish bags left and we wanted to clean the floor but no vacuum cleaner worked
• Greg (8/5): perfect location with a ton of potential - you can’t beat the location and the building is to die for. the historical charm and walk to the Trevi and surrounding restaurants is simply the best. we felt very fortunate to be there. very run down and needs updates. beds were horrible and my husband and I rolled into each other because the pullout mattress was caved in. the bathroom lights were broken out and missing and none of the outlets worked. I have read other reviews where they felt the pictures weren’t the same and that is 100% true! we were a family of 5 and basically had to all slept in the same room because there were no doors separating the spaces. the pictures show an a separate bedroom and an updated bathroom and dining table and chairs and we had none of that. I believe that the owners or other people were staying in a separate area inside the front door that was sectioned off. we could here them and I think that’s possibly meant to be part of the apartment. it’s a true bait and switch. I really wish the owner would use the rent money to make some updates to the property and remove any pictures that don’t belong. this place would be a huge money maker if it was updated and had privacy. on a separate note, they did arrange pick up from the airport which was nice but when we arrived at the apartment, they wouldn’t let us check in so we had to sit there for 2 hours with our luggage after a 15 hour flight. they should have said they couldn’t accommodate our early check in is that was the case and we would have made other arrangements
• Sahar (2/5): Very bad! Stay away - Great location This is a divided apartment. The pictures are misleading! The main bed is a sofa bed and the only normal bed is on the gallery floor - very narrow place. The bathroom has only a shower- not the bathtub and the smell in the apartment is horrible. There is no lift and the stairs are really difficult to climb with luggage. The owner has an awful attitude and she didn't even came despite all the complaints I had about the place. The only thing she does was to thrat to call the police and to say I makeup stories. JUST DONT

• Oliver (10/5): Great location. Great character. - Location close to Trevi and walking through historical alleys. House is split level 2.5 story beautiful exposed beams and very traditional in style. A truly Roman experience. Nothing. Some people complain about the 3 stories of winding antique staircases but I think they're wonderful and part of the character of the place. Remember it's about the journey not the destination and you are walking through history!

• Onon (7/5): its the amazing location recommended for short stay to enjoy Rome centre - amqzing location if you are travelling to rome with limited time thats the best location… but only if you dont have much luggage as there is no lift. all was ok… its nice for family bonding time as there is no real walls you hear everyone all in one space so if you dont need any privacy thats ok!

• Mariana (6/5): Pleasant - Location is fantastic! Very close to Fontana Di Trevi and other tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants around and shops in general. Riccardo was very helpful and gave us support when needed! Few things the host could improve there.. Fridge and microwave in the kitchen was dirty. There is one toilet only, and it took quite a while for the water in the shower to warm up, and when it did, it was oscillating giving us cold water in the middle of the shower. We were 5 adults and 2 small kids.. Very unpleasant after a whole day walking in Rome.. TV did not work at all!! And that would be helpful to entertain the kids for few minutes. Also the sofa bed is not the most comfortable for a tall/big person. There is a lot of light into the room coming from the ceiling we could not close the gap so the room was quite bright throughout the night. There is no lift/elevator in the building! We had to carry all luggage's and baby buggy three floors up to reach the apartment! Again, after few days this can be exhausting.. For people with no children it may not be an issue. But be aware!

• Michael (5/5): Change lighting. Tidy up the kitchen. Do normal cooling. - Close proximity to all attractions. The apartment is not ventilated. Dark. Air conditioner mobile one for 3 rooms! There is no window in the kitchen, it is not ventilated, it is not properly lit. A family of 5 was not comfortable. House without an elevator. Suitcases on the 3rd floor (the house is old, 3rd floor with a ceiling height of more than 3.5m) are very problematic to carry. Maxim can stay for 1 or 2 nights.
• Leslie (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location, kind host. It doesnt look like the pictures... we didnt expect that we had to sleep with 4 in one room... because on the pictures it looks like there are just seperate bedrooms... also there was not even soap or something.. very basic.

• Yuval (1/5): terrible host. Bad apartment - Nothing except the location First of all the host Riccardo didn’t answer any of our phone calls on checkin day. I was waiting at 15:00 o’clock near the door and he didn’t answer. finally I entered to find out that the cleaning ladies just arrived so we couldn’t get in before 16:30 to relax. Beds are terrible, air conditioning doesn’t really work and leaking and the toilet’s clogged. The worst thing was the attitude of the host that said he doesn’t care about our complaints. You will find better options in Rome
• Annette (8/5): Very good - Great location and very close to the Trevi Fountain and its surrounds. You will not be disappointed when selecting this property as it has everything you need especially when you are staying in the heart of Rome.
