In the room, you have everything you need, except that it has no iron, but the owner provided one when I requested . 😅😁 You can cook there too. It is 10/10, I swear!!! Nothing

Wielki targ handlowy bardzo blisko , sklepy otwarte do późnych godzin nocnych, centrum imprezowe kilka minut na piechotę.Muzeum wojny bardzo ciekawe również nie daleko.

• Jacques (9/5): - The apartment has a great location with all/most attractions withing walking distance. The host was friendly and always willing to assist wherever she could, always greeting you with a big smile. Wi-fi was good enough so I could conduct online meetings during my stay. If I return to this city, I will forsure book this apartment again!
• Emily (7/5): - Great for a few nights. Well-equipped. Very central with lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and salons nearby. Easy to come and go as you please.
• Georgie (6/5): Perfect location very helpful host - I liked where it was located we had a little kitchen Nette it’s a perfect place for a couple of nights. Nothing too special. The host was very helpful, very polite and always answering our questions very quickly. There was some mould in the shower and quite a bit of dust and dirt behind the bed and a few stains on the sheets other than that we had a comfortable stay . It was a little bit pricey for what it was but. But it did the job for three nights.

• Gordon (9/5): Excellent small hotel right in the centre of everything - Hot water, air conditioning and position were great, and the ease of access to the building was good. Couple of house keeping issues like tv remote batteries flat. but otherwise there was nothing I didn't like.

• Eleanor (8/5): Our room was smaller than portrayed on the images however it is very good value for money, clean and quiet - Very good location, not a far walk to walking street & the market. Staff were so lovely however we requested an early check in for when our flight came in, this got accepted however staff did not arrive for 3 hours.
• Ingrid (3/5): It is a struggle to recommend this place; you would need to be desperate. - Good location, central to the markets Was promised an early check-in time, less than 24 hours earlier, however despite numerous contacts the owner/manager did not show up. The manager/owner promised a larger room, which did not materialise. The bed was sleeping on concrete, it was so hard, again the manager/owner promised additional bedding to cushion the bed, however this did not materialise. The room is small and could do with a deep clean. The kitchenette had next to no equipment and is most certainly not self-contained. Some of furniture in the room was broken and the internet/wifi cut out for a full day.

• Ipsita (7/5): Good stay with budget - The owner is so sweet and friendly. The main reason to stay here is location. It is located in the centre so you can go all famous street and places hardly 1-2 km walk. And cleanliness is good. Room size is smaller. We didn’t get the room with kitchen and window. So not sure how is those rooms. Basic facilities are available and lift is a available.

Le propriétaire m’a informée le jour de mon arrivée a 13h de l’annulation de ma réservation pour cause de surbookong.. il n’a pour autant pas annulé la réservation malgré ma demande. J’ai dû contester booking directtemét par téléphone afin d’être remboursée. Cela m’a mise en grande difficulté pour retrouver un logement car tous les hôtels étaient complets.

• Francois (4/5): Nice room but no internet one full evening and night - I liked the room. Very Nice and clean room in a lively neighbourhood. And Close to all the center market and main attractions but have to give it a low score because of no internet which should be a no brainer basic service! Internet did not work for a whole evening. With the help of another guest who had a local phone we contacted the manager/owner (who can only be contacted by whatsapp) to let her know and she said she would look into it but still no internet all night. That is really a problem for a travellor. Also my 2 good friends whom i came here to meet and stay tgr at the same hotel with were sent to the owner’s other hotel (igo 2) because here was overbooked (no warning, only told so on arrival) . They were sent about 7 blocks away to one studio with two tiny rooms (instead of two separate rooms) and yet still had to pay the price of the original two rooms. Very unprofessional. I even wondered if this overbokking was not a regular thing done intentionally so as to fill their other hotel.

• david (1/5): Bad experience Ho chi minh - The young lady on reception who had to explain to me my room was not available as the hotel was full. She genuinely didn't know this until I turned up at reception. The faceless owner who left the poor girl to give me the news. I had booked this room several days beforehand and he had ample time to contact me. After travelling 10 hours and arriving at 8pm to be told there is nothing available is not a good experience. I managed to book elsewhere, but didn't get my head down until nearly midnight. AVOID

• Minh .T (7/5): Great place to stay but privacy extremely needs improving. - Great location, great setting with all the appliances one would ever need. There was no "Do not disturb" sign in the room to be hanged outside. And even if you locked your door from the inside to sleep, the housekeeper would still come in anyway to clean without a warning! This is a serious matter to consider.

• EVANDRO (8/5): - Boa localização, perto de tudo. A propriedade tem um ótimo custo benefício. É um pouco pequeno. Apesar de ter cozinha, fica praticamente em cima da cama, e não tem ventilação, ou seja, bastante complicado cozinhar no local. O ralo do chuveiro não funcionava bem, fazendo virar uma piscina. Tinha que parar o banho no meio para dar conta da água sair.

The owner, miss Hang is very friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally quiet which I did not expect in HCMC. I can’t think of any negatives.

• Atsushi (8/5): 寝るだけ！ならコスパ最高です - 24時近くのチェックインでしたが、事前に連絡しておいたので、到着後4分で来てくれました。スタッフ親切な対応に感謝します。 写真とは異なり、お部屋に窓が無い部屋でした。 タオルは300円位でレンタルだったような。。。 リネン類はとても清潔でした。ただ、清掃がしっかり行われておらず、シャワールームには髪の毛が多数、ケトルにはホコリが付着しておりました。
