• Antonia (8/5): Very good - The location was great, really close to U1 Taubstummengasse, Karlsplatz, Schloß Belvedere, the main railway station and grocery shops. Since U-Bahn is so close, you can reach any place really quick and with ease (while on foot it's 15-20 of a pleasant walk to the Karlsplatz). Easy check-in and check-out. There was a huge hole in the bathroom wall, which itself wasn't a problem, but the plaster inside the hole was covered with mold. Even though we were provided with the Wi-Fi password, there was no internet connection. After contacting the host, they only asked if we used the provided password and after learning that we did, the communication has ceased. There wasn't a single clothes rack for the jackets available, besides some hangers in the wardrobe, which was filled with towels, toilet paper etc.
• Lynn (2/5): Very poor value, fourth floor no lift not in description, refrigerator doesn't work - The apartment itself is very nice. It's nice to have a washer available. It's not nice to have to climb five flights of stairs to get to the apartment and not have that clear in the listing before I reserved it. Nowhere in the listing does it say this is a fourth floor apartment with no lift. If I was handicapped in any way, I could not have reached it. Owner says they do not have to disclose there is no lift, only stairs. The listing did not indicate the apartment was on the fourth floor and there was no lift in the building. Owner says they don't have to tell a renter that information. Yet I had to climb five flights of stairs - had this information been properly disclosed in the description, I would not have stayed here. The road outside the hotel is undergoing transformation to pedestrian only, so road work going on, also not mentioned in the listing. I feel very cheated that the apartment is not properly described as fourth floor, no lift, road construction out the window.
• D (10/5): Authentic beautiful flat close to the city center - The location of apartment is super convenient as it is in a quiet neighborhood, however close to city center. There is supermarket nearby, cafes and bars. We were really satisfied with self check in, instructions were clear. The place is nice and tidy, enough space for duo travelers. There is everything you need in kitchen to cook simple meals, it is nicely equipped including toaster and microwave. The rest is amazing, I really enjoyed our trip to Vienna and staying in authentic accommodation as this flat was a pleasure. Thanks a lot, we would love to stay in your place once again when travelling to beautiful Vienna. The only wish I have is having a washing machine (in case you're staying for a week that would be help out a lot). Maybe AC/fan would be super to have as well as it can be challenging during summer hot days.
• Gruntik (9/5): Cosy old-fashioned apartment close to main sightseeings of the city - The location is awesome, quiet 15 minute walk to major sightseeings of Vienna, the apartment is cosy and beautiful, in the old style, very clean with awesome atmosphere of the past. You have everything you need for the stay, it was a real pleasure. There is no air conditioner, which made it a bit harsh to stay inside during the day, but with windows opened you can get some good circulation of air, so we didn't experience any serious discomfort. It would also be great to have more soft towels as ours seemed a bit too rough, so some kind of softener while doing the laundry would do a great job to the towels.
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - We loved the neighborhood, it was very quiet at night and day ! Walking distance within 20 minutes everywhere ! Also great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a Spar nearby! We had the top floor but it also meant a lot of stairs ! It was not easy to communicate to see if we could drop off luggage early. It could have been very simple to leave a code to get the key to the storage
