A localização é ótima com a rua bastante movimentada cheia de bares e comércio. Quem vai a passeio e para curtir, vai gostar. Sem dúvidas eu recomendo e voltarei. Gostei de tudo, mas apenas gostaria de dar uma sugestão: Seria interessante colocar cortinas black-out no quarto principal. A luminosidade do dia entra completamente no quarto, mas isso é apenas um detalhe pequeno em comparação ao conforto do imóvel.
