- Harry (6/5): - Location to everything and getting around was great. Room was clean and had everything needed for basic stay. Some of back streets and streets near property I felt little cautious at times, but overall was okay, the bedside table looked like it was falling apart, and there was construction going on next door which was pretty loud and walls are thin in apartment so noise travels.

- Olivier (5/5): - The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. - Getting into the flat is a bit of a hassle and the instructions aren't very clear. Just use badges or keys like everybody else please.
- You can hear what everybody else is doing in the house. Some things you probably want to hear. I recommend using earplugs, and you'll be fine.

Embora fosse confortável, a cama pareceu frágil.

- Imogen (4/5): - For London this property is pretty cheap. The kitchenette is reasonably well equipped for basic meals. The water pressure is very low and it made taking a shower a difficult experience. The bed was hard, the curtains let a lot of light through and the walls are very thin so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. There were also issues with the heating as the radiator had been turned off at the wall (not at the normal valve) and the host had to come in and fix it when the room got extremely cold. The property in general is showing a lot of wear and tear with marks on the walls. The gate to the compound is broken (according to neighbours it's been broken for months) and so you have to get an access fob from a tiny lockbox in a dark corner every time you come in. There is also a lot of rubbish and the smell of urine around the entrance to the building.
- Drahoslava (8/5): - Small clean room in share house, little bit thin walls so you can hear other people but everyone was quiet and nice. For just a sleeping it´s a great option. Close to the metro.
- Keski (10/5): - Perfect location for couples.

- Carmen (8/5): Stay overall good - The property was in a prime location for our trip The property access was difficult, there wasn’t a clean dish cloths and bedroom could do with a blackout blind.
- Burak (10/5): Georgious bathroom, bright and nice room. Private entrance. Recommended, will come back again - Georgious bathroom, bright and nice room. Private entrance. Recommended, will come back again Nothing
- William (10/5): Brilliant stay in a very very clean room. Will diff be booking again - Nothing
- Helen (8/5): Convenient location, comfortable bed. The owners very helpful and responded very quickly to my messa - No tv
- Emily (5/5): Comfortable for the price, a nice room, please rethink door code security - The code instructions were really clear. The furnishings were clean, comfortable, and the private bathroom for the price was great - nice shower. Everything we needed facilities-wise. We had a serious concern with the fact there were other rooms in the building, but the code to get into the building was the same as the code to get into our room, so to our mind the room was unlocked to anyone staying in the other rooms of the building as they had our room code, and I was nervous about the valuables we had left there. The walls were also so thin we could hear both sides of a phone call on speaker as clear as if they were in our room, sighing and ‘quiet’ noises were audible through the walls. The other guests were being reasonably respectful though.
- Sarah (4/5): Looks nice in the pictures, but feels very flimsy, loud and uncomfortable - The studio was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and there was always hot water. The studio is located inside a council estate, but the estate itself was very clean, quiet, and didn't feel unsafe even at night. Finsbury Park might be a bit of a surprise for first-time visitors to London, but it's a lively multicultural area with plenty of shopping options, great restaurants, and great transport links. The walls! Oh, the walls. They are paper thin, and you are at the mercy of whoever is staying next door. During our week-long stay, there were two separate groups of adults who didn't know how to use their "inside voices" and shouted, made phonecalls, and even did YouTube karaoke until very early morning. The room next door also has a collapsible table attached to the shared wall, and it makes the wall bang sharply and shake whenever it's used. These are all sounds and thumps that were loud enough to penetrate earplugs, and we experienced some very uncomfortable nights. But even during the day, you can hear the neighbhours yawn and use their cutlery, and even hear the voice on the other side of their phonecalls. So we were constantly bombarded by noise and it felt like we had very little privacy.
Other than that, the facilities all seemed cheaply done and the place suffers for it. The shower door doesn't close properly so you end up getting loads of water on the floor. The faucet of the kitchen sink isn't firmly attached and moves around when you try to turn it on. The door of the room rattled every time a strong wind blew.. even though the windows were shut.
- Patrik (10/5): Big thank you for a lovely weekend spent in this apartment. The feeling of the beautiful background that we had from the - Bathroom and bedroom were clean, fragrant, freshly made bed, location was also good. In the kitchen were all necessary dishes, also coffee and tea, what saved our lives in the morning. It didn’t have a jacuzzi, but over all it was perfect.
- Harry (5/5): Passable -
- Evangelia (7/5): Good - The light in the bathroom was not working and although we texted the landlord and promised to come and fix it, nobody ever came;
- Sinead (1/5): Worst to nights ever spent .an I've stayed in alit of places you c London.this being the worst . - They fail to tell people this properly is in the worst estate yes estate in north London .being the Andover .had I knew I would not of stayed .there was leads loses an had I b down Eletric leads to .the shower was broke .an the main key didn't work .i think they need to put up excilty were this flat in based .. Wee it was not safe atall an no parking we got a ticket on top of are stay to .
- Sachin (10/5): Instructions were clear, and the space as described. Good value for the area too - would recommend! - Instructions were clear, and the space was all as described. Good value for the area too - would recommend.
- Indi (7/5): Simple and pleasant - It was very clean and the facilities were basic but just what you needed for a a couple night stay. It’s tricky to find the entrance to the place, and it’s a clean place but I think there’s some tweaks to be made the tap was a bit leaky and the blinds still let a lot of light in.
