• Andreas (8/5): Ruhige Wohnung zum Innenhof - Alles in Ordnung, geräumige, ruhige Wohnung, Preis-Leistung (2025) gut, recht zentrumsnah, gute Anbindung durch U- und Trambahn. Betten etwas weich, Abdunklung nachts nur teilweise gegeben, da Licht von einem Treppenhaus ins Zimmer fällt (zweites Schlafzimmer).

• Sandhad (7/5): Geräumige Wohnung in Top-Lage, mit Schwächen bei der Sauberkeit - Wir (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) waren Ende Oktober zu Gast und haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die renovierte Altbauwohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage in Wien – U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus sind gleich um die Ecke. Trotz der verkehrsreichen Umgebung ist die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, da sie nach hinten ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet (sogar mit Klimaanlage) und ideal für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie das stark vereiste Gefrierfach und ein verschmutztes Backrohr sollten noch verbessert werden. Alles in allem aber eine schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung mit viel Potenzial – bei Sauberkeit und Vorbereitung muss dringend noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Schnelle, einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Leider war die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft nicht optimal: Staub am Boden und in Ecken, der Staubsauger war voll und nicht korrekt zusammengebaut, und die Polstermöbel hatten bereits einige Flecken. Auch war die Wohnung anfangs ausgekühlt, die Heizung war ausgeschaltet – wir mussten die Steuerung der Gastherme erst richtig einstellen und das Thermostat am Heizkörper im WC richtig montieren. Zudem kam aus einem Abfluss im Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch, das wir aber selbst mit Hilfe eines Plastiksacks beheben konnten
• Ralph (10/5): - Im Prinzip alles, inkl. die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck vor Bezug der Wohnung zu deponieren sowie die raschen Antworten der Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz im (touristischen) Zentrum, dieses ist aber rasch erreichbar per U-Bahn bzw. Fahrbahn.

• Lisa (10/5): Lovely Apartment, Thoughtfully Designed for Travellers, Excellent Value - This beautifully furnished apartment has everything. Beds are very comfortable, living areas are spacious and the bathroom/laundry has everything you need! The kitchen has all the extra little touches you didn’t know you needed on holidays. The location is great and only a short walk from the train station. There’s also a variety of shops within walking distance. We were sad to only have a short stay ~ hopefully we’ll be back some day Everything was Wonderful!

Konum olarakta iki metro hattının arasında yer aldığı için her iki durağa da 4-5 dklik yürüme mesafesinde. Evin önünden Tuna nehri geçiyor ve yürüyüş yapılabilecek yeşillik alanlar mevcut. • ANA MARIA (8/5): A corregir. - La ropa de cama. En el baño no me gustó la ducha y el minúsculo jabón del lavamanos. La falta de té negro y la falta de coordinación entre el personal para lograr conseguir un par de bolsitas, éramos 3 huéspedes y 3 noches de estancia. La reposición del café de maquina tenía un costo de 1 euro cada uno, nos dejaron de cortesía solo 3 para toda la estadía El ascensor muy lleno y lento por los asistentes a la terraza.

• Christof (9/5): Tolle Wohnung mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet, welchen man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Wien braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage), Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne.

Good location and helpful to have shops and cafes very near us - n/a If I had been on my own I couldn't have got into the apartment as couldn't open the key lock box To difficult to open as my hands are not that strong. Fortunately one grandson met me there as he was already in Vienna If he hadn't been able to do that I would have had to wait till 9pm for my other grandson to arrive from England. Even they said it was very difficult. If on my own what could I have done? Also the lift wasn't working so I had to climb 5 sets of stairs which fortunately I was able to do at 86yrs of age
• Király (9/5): Quiet, peaceful, and well located. - The accommodation is easy to reach, located in a quiet and safe area right by the Donaukanal. It's an ideal place to relax in a peaceful environment. Highly recommended! It could have been a bit cleaner.
• Vishnu (10/5): Stayed in Oresta living with a party of 4. The location is very convenient. Just 3 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop - Location, amenities, check-in, convenience everything. The elevator/lift did not work on the last couple of days.
• Rachel (10/5): Perfect for a short getaway - The space was beautiful, with everything we needed. The owner was extremely communicative, and we appreciated the setup of the cot and highchair. The apartment is on a busy road, but we didn't hear any traffic or noise from the outside, nor did we hear or see anyone else at all in the block. It was within walking distance of the metro, good restaurants, and a supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our stay, but just a couple of things to be aware of: The kitchen is very small; it does have everything you need to cook in, but I wouldn't cook anything more than breakfast. It is quite far out from the city centre - about a 45-minute walk. It didn't bother us, as we used the walk to get the baby to sleep, and we were very close to well-connected public transport - 10 minutes journey on the metro.

• Jason (10/5): Our second stay at this apartment left us planning a third visit. - We love the neighborhood! We love the comfy, homey, apartment. It's easy to get to from the airport or the subway system. It's nice and warm in the winter. We love the Prindle bakery and cafe right behind the building and the easy access to Ausgarten park. So many reasons to love this apartment! We couldn't figure out how to turn off the light above the sink in the shower room.

We really appreciated having two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. (So many apartments say they accommodate two or more people, however one of the beds is a pull-out sofa.) The apartment was very clean, and the decor was simple and soothing. We did not know how to work the thermostat or the radiators. It would have been very helpful to have written directions explaining how to turn them on and off, as well as adjust the settings.

It's well-located (metro line 4 is within 5-7 mins by feet), not far from the city center. Near you can also find SPAR, coffee shops and one of the biggest parks in Vienna

• Elisa (7/5): Nicely renovated apartment; city center easily reachable by tram - The style of the apartment is very modern and clean, and 5/6 people can fit quite comfortably. Unfortunately, when the sofa-bed is open, the living room loses a lot of the space. The bathrooms were not properly clean when we arrived; there was quite a lot of dust and hairs. there was not a system in place to do the recycling of the trash.

There were not enough outlets in the small bedroom and kitchen. I asked for extra power strips. The host said he would deliver them the next day, but he did not.

Maybe some instructions on how to work the heater/ac and where important stuff is located or how it works would be better, otherwise it was a great stay! 2 of the space heaters where not working. No instructions on how to work the a/c, elevator or to turn on the fridge. Where the trash outside is located. Small stuff.
