• massimo (9/5): sentirsi a casa anche se in vacanza - Puntuali comunicazioni con i proprietari e facili istruzioni per il self check-in. Appartamento ristrutturato e ben curato; Pulizia ottima dei locali; kit benvenuto per colazione, acqua in frigo e ampia scelta di tisane. Camera soggiorno e da letto luminose e munite di oscuranti per la notte. Silenzioso in quanto l'appartamento è all'interno della corte. Vicinanza alla Metro S.Agostino e in zona tranquilla e residenziale. Molti servizi in zona. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. bagno piccolo, ma ben suddiviso internamente tanto che la doccia è comoda. Cosa importante è che il bagno è munito di finestre per l'areazione naturale. Apprezzato il Kit cura personale sia per la doccia e addirittura 2 spazzolini da denti qualora ce ne se dimenticasse.
• Nataliia (10/5): Super - Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich beeindruckt, denn es war absolut alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Sogar Tee und Leckereien stehen bereit. Verschiedene Duschgels, sogar mit Duft… alles war bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht! Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns sogar erlaubt, schon ein paar Stunden früher einzuchecken. Das Bett und das Sofa sind sehr bequem. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für den herzlichen Empfang! Das Einzige war, dass es schwierig war, in der Küche zu schlafen, wegen der lauten Geräusche der Nachbarn und des Aufzugs. Im Schlafzimmer war es ruhig.

Si trova in una zona poco distante dal centro e a due passi dalla fermata del metro. Penso proprio che ritornerò. Non ho nulla da segnalare.

La sig.ra Stefania è molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti visto che all'interno dell'appartamento sono presenti tutta una serie di dettagli che generalmente non ti aspetti di trovare.. • Maria Isabel (10/5): Comodidad y limpieza. - La ubicación. Los detalles del aseo , incluso nos dejaron agua , leche y varias cositas para desayunar. Lo limpio que estaba y las camas eran cómodas. Quizás el acceso está algo inestable porque está en obras la parte de la entrada al edifico.

Caramelos... La cama y el sofá cama supercomodos. Genial!!! El contacto con la anfitriona super ágil, con indicaciones muy precisas para el checking y pendiente de que estuviésemos a gusto. Próximo al centro y a Navigli, en barrio muy bien comunicado, con metro y tranvía, a dos pasos de la vivienda y con todo tipo de servicios de hostelería y tiendas. Para repetir y aconsejar Nada, nos gustó todo.... Por poner una pega, no tiene microondas, pero vamos, calentamos la leche en un cazo y solucionado!!!!
• Zeneli (9/5): Nevertheless everything was superb! - It was perfect, the beds were comfortable, with all the facilities and the small details made the difference. You can find everything is needed there. It was big enough for 4 people and the kitchen makes it better for a long trip even though I stayed just for 2 days.The location is easily reached by foot and also public transport , the metro station and also the tram are 2 minutes far from the property. I can’t say that there was something that I didn’t like but maybe would be better for my preference to had a pair of slippers because usually I don’t find them in hotels or room even though there was plastic bags.

• Gali (10/5): דירה מתוקה, נוחה וכייפית - דירה מתוקה ומושקעת, מאובזרת בתכשירי רחצה וטיפוח, מטבחון ואפילו מדיח. בעלת הקירה השאירה לנו במקרר חלב, מים וסודה ובנוסף סלסלת צנימים מאפינים וריבות. כמו כן במטבח יש הכל לבישול, הרבה סוגי תה, קפה, שמן, מלח וסוכר. חומרי ניקוי למטבח, וכל מה שצריך. הדירה מושלמת לזוג - אנחנו היינו בהרכב של אמא ובת. 2 מזגנים, ונעים בדירה . המיטה נוחה מאוד. אם באים 4 , אז 2 יכולים לישון בספה שנפתחת בסלון. בעלת הדירה מקסימה ומסייעת בהכל. בקיצור חוויה נהדרת. הקירות קצת דקים ושומעים את השכנים בבניין בדירותיהם ובמסדרון. לא קריטי - אפשר להתעלם. המיקום נעים ורגוע אך במרחק של כ- 10 דק הליכה מהדומו. קרוב יחסית לאיזור התעלות. יש מטרו קו ירוק, כ 4 דק הליכה, אז זה לא באמת מפריע.

• Attila (10/5): Perfect place in Milan - I had a great time (just too short) at this apartment. Stefania is a great host who knows what real Italian hospitality is. The apartment is close to the metro and to the Navigli canals. So you have many opportunities in the neighborhood, but reaching other parts of Milan is also easy. The apartment is spacious enough and very clean. It is a very nice gesture that she offered coffee and some biscuits and water in the fully equipped kitchen. So feeling like home. The bed was comfortable as well. So definetly go back for a longer time! 10/10 for me

• Ma Victoria (9/5): - The place is clean and spacious for a family of 4. Good quality toiletries are provided. Plenty of breakfast items and snacks are available. Bedsheets are clean. Room smells good. Kitchen equipment and utensils are also available. The only missing equipment is a microwave.

• Eleonora (9/5): Super piacevole - L’appartamento era davvero accogliente, l’host ha fatto trovare all’interno della cucina tutto l’occorrente per la prima colazione (latte, caffè, the, merendine varie, fette biscottate) oltre che a due bottiglie d’acqua in frigo. Anche in bagno era presente tutto l’occorrente per una routine di beauty care: shampoo, creme, deodorante, sapone intimo, addirittura una piastra per capelli. Questi piccoli dettagli hanno fatto la differenza. La posizione era ottima ed il palazzo abbastanza tranquillo. La posizione del letto, ma è davvero un piccolo neo che non intacca il valore della struttura.

• Cristian (9/5): Very good location for tourists - The location of the apartment is exactly what a tourist needs: you have maximum 30 minutes to walk towards all the main tourist attractions...we saved a lot of money from local transport :) You take 10 minutes of walking to the Navigli cartier and you have 2 restaurants right on your small street. The apartment is clean and you find there all the necessary things, from coffee to hair balsam. We arrived very late due to our late flight and the fact that we could get the keys easy and check in ourselves was very good for us. The apartment is not very well soundproof and you can hear the neighbours early in the morning. Also, being a semi-detached apartment you have to go thru the bedroom to access the bathroom and you can hear everything from one room to another inside the apartment.

• Nick (9/5): A well presented nicely decorated apartment suitable for one couple close to metro. - Nice quiet location close enough to metro and central Milan . Our host provided some breakfast options and fresh milk which we appreciated. Some extra room in bathroom for toiletries would have been nice but overall this was a lovely apartment with a lovely central courtyard with a secure entrance and lift.

Bring ear plugs to sleep if you are a very light sleeper like me because the noise from the courtyard but my husband was not bothered at all.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, located at the end of the corridor, in a quiet corner. We loved the comfort of the apartment, the owner is very considerate of guests and the apartment had everything you need for a short stay. The fridge was big, there was a conditioner in every room, and a nice size quality bathroom. There was a TV with Netflix and Italian programs. The owner provided clear instructions for a parking outside of Limited Traffic Zone, which was very helpful. Nothing.

Easy to collect the keys (directly from the Host) and very well located. The proximity with the Navigli Canal was a must! Losts of things to do in the area and still very close to the city center (walking distance). The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. You can clearly see that the hosts care! Highly recommended! Nothing specific.

• Dianna (10/5): Lovely apartment, would stay again when in Milan. - Stefania was lovely and met us at the property. Communication was great from start to end. The rooms were set up for myself and my daughter beautifully. The bathroom had all of the creature comforts, including a hair straightener. The decor simple but beautiful. She even left a basket of goodies for breakfast. We loved the 20 min walk to the Duomo with shops lining the way. Wish we could have stayed longer, would stay here again when in Milan. We liked everything! Maybe just note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment if carrying suitcases. But all very manageable.
