Dopo tanti viaggi in tutto il mondo, prima volta a Tirana e devo dire che questo appartamento è indecente, non dovrebbe essere proprio proposto su booking (piattaforma che mi delude moltissimo per l'ennesima volta). La nostra camera da letto è piena zeppa di umidità, la puzza è nauseante e le pareti sono gonfie. I letti appoggiati alle pareti hanno i materassi umidi. La qualità di materassi e cuscini è inferiore a quella degli ospedali. Le lenzuola sono macchiate. I bagni, se così si possono chiamare, sono piccoli, scomodi e sporchi, ragnatele alle lampade da comodino, letti che sembrano cadere. Se si vogliono fare soldi con i turisti, bisognerebbe almeno avere la decenza di sistemare ciò che si vende al pubblico. Questa "vacanza" è stata rovinata da questa sistemazione vergognosa. Tra l'altro nella prenotazione ci sono tre bambini piccoli e fittare una bettola piena di umidità, è al limite del criminale. Se l'affittuaria avesse un minimo di decenza dovrebbe rimborsare il soggiorno come minimo. Ci sarebbero da chiedere anche i danni morali per le condizioni disgustose e la vacanza rovinata. Il frigo è sporco, il divano affossato e che puzza di umido anch esso... Penso possa bastare. Mi auguro che lo standard di Tirana non sia questo.

• Silvana1313 (7/5): Ubicación y precio genial!! - La ubicación es su punto fuerte ya que en pocos minutos estás en la plaza principal. Hay espacio de sobra y de fácil acceso. Facilidad a la hora de comunicarse con el anfitrión y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Desde mi punto de vista podría estar mejor acondicionado. Puede que también el clima húmedo no ayudase, pero la humedad estaba presente en el piso - en varios lugares.

• Mario (9/5): Buona opzione per un soggiorno nella capitale albanese! - Struttura buona, situata al centro di Tirana, molto ben collegata a tutto, sopratutto all’aereoporto, l’host davvero molto gentile, disponibile e simpatico sopratutto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo La struttura non è pessima, ma nemmeno il top…c’erano troppi dettagli poco curati come l’assenza di box doccia, phon non funzionante e forse un po troppa umidità…ma alla fine dei conti non male la struttura

• Birgit (5/5): - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Leider hat sie sehr feucht gerochen und die Bäder haben wahrlich nicht geduftet..wenn man geduscht hat, stand das Bad sofort unter Wasser, da es eine offene und ebenerdige Dusche ist. Aber für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung.

• Karin (8/5): - Apartmán je v staršom dome, čomu zodpovedá aj jeho stav. 3 izby sú dobre vybavené a 2 kúpeľne pri väčšom počte ľudí tiež potešia. Výhodou je, že sa nachádza v centre len kúsok od Skanderberg námestia. Veľmi dobrá komunikácia s majiteľkou. Určite prídeme znovu. Trochu viac by som si dala záležať na celkovej údržbe kúpeľne.

Al momento del check-in la signora che si occupa delle pulizie ci ha assegnato una stanza che però non era la nostra. Nel momento in cui sono arrivati gli ospiti della stanza, la signora in maniera poco professionale, ha intimato di lasciare la stanza ed occupare una seconda stanza presa da altri amici delio gruppo, ma la stanza era per 4 persone e dovevamo conviverci in 6, con un solo bagno in stanze molto ristrette. Nel momento in cui ho fatto leggere (con traduttore) i messaggi del titolare alla signora, non ha comunque voluto credermi. Ha voluto anzi chiamare una signora che vive di fronte, che parla italiano, per farsi rassicurare che non stessimo mentendo.

• Théo (3/5): - Communication bonne avec l'hôte, même si j'ai dû leur demander les instructions d'arrivée (j'ai l'impression qu'ils m'avaient oubliés ...) Bien situé en ville, même si le quartier n'est pas le meilleur. Edit : suite à la réponse du propriétaire, je me permet rajouter quelques éléments. Je pense que les photos parlent d'elles même. Maintenant qu'on vous à dit tout ce qui ne va pas, vous pouvez commencer les travaux de rénovation nécessaire ? Commentaire original : L'appartement est situé en rez de chaussée (j'ai eu l'appartement n°1). Il est très humide et mal ventilé. Il y a de nombreuses traces de moisissures et des fourmis qui se baladent partout. Les salles de bain sont vieilles et peu sûres (câbles électriques apparents, fuites d'eau, évacuations bouchés). Lors de notre séjour, les draps n'avaient pas été changés (poiles et tâches), et les WC n'étaient pas en bon état. Par ailleurs, il est marqué ici la présence d'une machine à laver. Toutefois, celle-ci n'est pas en accès libre et c'est la dame qui fait le ménage qui s'en occupe, sur demande, après négociation avec les propriétaires. Au final, nous regretterons notre choix et recommandons aux visiteurs d'éviter ce lieu.

• FREDY JAVIER (10/5): - We liked the layout of the house. The beds and sofas were super comfortable. It was clean to the top. Congratulations to the cleaning lady. She was very nice and comprehensive with us. Every corner of the house was clean. A three bedroom with two bathrooms apartment is hard to find in Tirana. But it is the best apartment to enjoy space and relaxing moments with family. We definitely will stay there again in the future. We would have liked more pan and pots or cooking utensils. For a short stay it was ok,, but for a long stay I think you need more cooking utensils.
