• Bartosz (4/5): - Self check in and out. Good location. The owner ignored our questions and only sent us check-in instructions. A place that feels more like a money-making business than a place of hospitality. Very thin walls, uncomfortable beds, cheaply furnished and poorly designed.

• Matthaios (8/5): - The property is on a great location, 5 minutes from the metro station. It has some nice stores nearby. The host gave us exactly the details it needed for us to get the keys.

• Ilia (7/5): Just okay for 2 night stay! - Location is good, near metro and tram station, 3 stops to city center by metro, shopping mall is nearby 2 stops by tram. Apartment has good warming system and it is cozy and stylish. Easy Check in instructions. I think it must be indicated that apartment is ground floor, you have to walk down -1 floor do get in the room. Our room was not double room at all, two separate mattresses on double bed which was very uncomfortable for couples because whole night mattresses were moving so we have to wake up and fix it so we decided to sleep separately. No disposable slippers and I think it is “must” when you are hosting international travelers, no one carries slippers from home :) we asked for it but unfortunately didn’t got any reply from host. Also our room (Number1) was down to stairs so at night it was little bit annoying. Also you have to keep window blinds closed cuz as it is ground floor from garden side everything is visible to apartment.
• Robert (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i supermarketu oraz wieży telewizyjnej, z której rozciąga się wspaniały widok na Pragę. Lokal jest nowy, czysty, dość dobrze wyposażony (czajnik, ekspres do kawy, lodówka), żeby przygotować sobie samodzielnie śniadanie. Wydaje mi się, że w obiekcie brakuje stolika z krzesłami - biurko pod telewizorem jest niefunkcjonalne, trudno na nim spożywać posiłki, tym bardziej, że brakuje odpowiedniego krzesła. Ponadto pokój, w którym nocowałem znajdował się tuż pod schodami, co powodowało, że jak przychodzili inni goście było dość głośno.

• Aleksandra (9/5): - The location was very good, close to metro station. Check in was very smooth, detailed instruction provided. Contact with the owner was ongoing and everything was clear. Loved the recommendations provided. Even without direct contact with the owner we felt taken care of and welcomed. The bed is comfortable, room has tea and little coffee machine, there is everything that's needed for a short stay. The room is partially underground, I wish it was stated clearly in the listing. There was little to no sunlight in the room which bothered me. That was the only thing that I would change.

• Vladimir (8/5): - Great location in the vicinity of the underground and the tram station. Comfortable check-in and check-out. Very helpful and friendly host. All the necessary facilities were available. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of a wardrobe.

• Yan (10/5): Очень приятное место, хорошее расположение. Советую - Чисто. Удобное расположение, близко к метро, рядом есть кафе и супермаркеты. Также есть много удобств, фен, чайник и т.д. Персонал отвечает на сообщения достаточно оперативно.

Pati vieta šalia metro, o prahoje tenka važinėti dažnai. Vienas nesklandumas, gal labiau juokas buvo įėjimo durys kurios vienos atsidaro stumiant kitos traukiant. Buvo atsitrenkta 🤣

• Rhonda (5/5): Very mediocre and inconvenient room saved only by its good location - Location is very convenient for public transport (metro or tram). Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets around. Clean room and bathroom. Modern facilities. Our room was below ground level, so there is hardly any natural light coming into the room. This also means that whenever you open the windows, you will be letting plenty of dust in, since the windows open right into the ground. On top of this, the room's lightbulbs are not very strong, so the room feels dim all the time. The room sorely lacks chairs. There is no place to sit, other than a single stool which you will likely use as a bedside table since there are no bedside tables either, so you can't use it as a chair anymore. There are also no plates. Overall, the room just lacks things that are very easy fixes and I don't understand why they don't address them, given that the room rate is not cheap. IMPORTANT: If your arrival time is before 15:00 or your departure time from Prague is after 10:00, there is no way you will be able to leave your luggage anywhere, so I really don't recommend this place for people whose flight schedules don't match the check-in and check-out times. And while we're on the topic of check-in and check-out times, it baffles me why their check-in is so late (15:00) and check-out is so early (10:00) when the area to be cleaned is so small.

• Irene (4/5): Decent accommodation but would avoid it it possible. - The location was good. Close to train and trams and in a nice neighborhood. The check in process was smooth. Clean room/building and clean bathroom. The staff promised to help if needed but when we needed help they responded many hours later. When we needed help because we couldn’t access our keys on the second day, we called and they were quite rude on the phone and not responsive by text. Limited storage space in the room.

• Tamara (8/5): Okay price for what you get. It was clean, smelled great and the location is really really nice. Hosts are very hepful! - Very clean and smelled amazing. Location is awesome, much to do in the surrounding area and by metro and tram you can get to the city centre in about 20min. Even though it’s a double bed, it is actually two separate mattresses for one that are next to each other. Not really suitable for couples and not that comfortable. But other than that, everything else was great.

• Antonella (8/5): lovely weekend - Teresa, the host, Is Always available and kind, She send you all the information via email but when I needed I phoned her and She was very kind. The Building Is well connected with the city center, you find the metro around the corner. There Is also a nice cafè where you can have breakfast, like a local. The room Is clean, warm and cosy. The toilets has all you Need. I would have preferred bigger pillows and longer bedsheet (my boyfriend Is 185cm tall and his feet where outsider the sheets😂)

• Sanaz (3/5): Poor - The area is a nice place with very decent coffee shops The room was very small. I am not sure if they have bigger rooms. Ours were very very small that we barely could fit the one luggage and two back pack. They put two beds together to make it as a double but the mattresses were not at the same level :)). I do not recommend it for long stays or a couple. Also the rooms are located at a back of a very sketchy building so you shared a common space and your windows are opened to that area. They were cheap with toilet paper, tissues and towel. We stayed there for 5 nights and we asked for cleaning in the middle of the stand and they told us it will cost extra. Considering the exchange rate of dollar I would pick a hotel in Prague and won’t go very cheap.

• Nadezda (8/5): Very good - Great location, if you use the metro you can be in the city centre in 12 minutes. The host was very nice and replied to our messages promptly. There are a couple of cafes and a mini market nearby. No cleaning. The walls are paper thin so if you are a light sleeper you need ear plugs. The room is in a basement, there is a window, but it is pretty dark in the room in the morning. For total transparency i would suggest that if the room is in a basement it should be noted somewhere : ).

• Laura (8/5): This is a great location, clean and remodeled apartment for good cost. - The location is perfect! Close to all major public transport, near good restaurants and bars, good shopping and groceries too. The apartment was a good size, nicely remodeled. Staff was attentive the whole time. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was very cold at night, the heater didn’t work. Sometimes it was noisy when there were loud neighbors at night, can hear easily through walls. The doors to the outside are locked between a certain hour. I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and was locked in, luckily someone was walking outside and had a key!

• Bahzara (9/5): Superb - This place totally met my expectations. Was met by a staff member who showed me around the property and also gave some nice tips about the city, very knowledgeable guy. The room was super cozy, with everything one may need. Could have used some plates if there were any available, but not a deal breaker. Would recommend and also stay again. Nothing overly negative. You can hear a whole lot of what's going on in the building. My next-door neighbors, a young couple, got too excited at some point late in the night and decided to have some "fun." Obviously, I heard everything. Other than that, the place is very quiet. Unfortunately, the nearest subway station was shut during my stay, so I had to walk a bit longer to get to the next one.
