- Irina (2/5): Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays we have ever had - We paid nearly $4,000 for one week and expected a high-end apartment, but the experience was very disappointing. The apartment was outdated, worn, and had an unpleasant smell. The view from the window was terrible, one of the windows did not close properly, and the entrance and staircase were in poor condition. At this price level, we expected a completely different standard. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

- Prakash (8/5): - Location is good. Clean rooms. The main door entrance get stuck and doesn't open after giving right code.. it's very tuff to be on road and keep trying to open the entrance code to go inside. No staff was there anywhere to assist. They need to improve on this..

- FERYAL (8/5): - It’s in the center. The place is comfortable and secure It is like you are sleeping in the streets because of the noise. The windows are so reflective. The sound of the people and the traffic, the cars, the cleaning cars are always with you!
- Elle (10/5): - The property is very central to everything and close to the metro if you want to go further out. It was so clean and spacious and the customer service team are great - they respond asap with any queries which made our stay more relaxing. The keyless door is very handy as you can lock and unlock through the app, which was a good piece of mind knowing we could check that the apartment was locked throughout the day.

- Tigran (10/5): Great place to stay in Milan very close to Duomo - We really liked the apartment. The location was great, and the apartment was pretty big for our small family of 3 people. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The communication with the host was great and everything was smooth. Highly recommended. Everything was great!

- Yasmin (9/5): Appartement très sympa bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement vraiment top à 7 min à pied du Duomo. Le métro est pas loin aussi. L’appartement est très sympa très propre il y a tout le nécessaire, même le café, sucre et thé pour le matin. Il y avait aussi des bouteilles d’eau dans le frigidaire. Le personnel est à l’écoute, disponible rapidement sur WhatsApp. J’ai tout aimé vraiment très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul bémol c’est l’insonorisation de l’appart. On entend vraiment très fort le bruit de la rue, le train, les travaux… on a été réveillé tôt le matin à cause de ça c’est dommage. Ah oui et prévoyez d’avoir de la charge dans votre téléphone et internet parce que la porte s’ouvre sur l’appli à distance.

Квартира очень чистая, комфортная и уютная. Внутри было тепло, нам оставили 4 бутылки воды, а также было достаточное количество капсул для кофе — это очень приятно. В квартире есть абсолютно всё: микроволновка, холодильник и все необходимые удобства. Кровати очень удобные, мы отлично выспались. Местоположение идеальное — всё рядом и очень удобно. Нам всё очень понравилось, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз!

- Delphine (9/5): Excellent - Tout se fait par internet ; très facile et l hôte est très réactif Clé virtuelle très facile d utilisation (c est un code qui est changé pour chaque utilisateur) La localisation est idéale (à 2 pas de la place du Dôme) ; parking payant à 150m (environ 30€ pour 24h), restaurants à proximité Si vous avez le sommeil léger l’appartement est bruyant du fait que la chambre et le salon (canapé lit si vous venez à 4) donnent sur la route principale. Sinon vraiment rien à redire appartement idéal pour une escapade milanaise de quelques jours.
