Traian (9/5): If you pass the test with all the bureaucracy, the apart is a very good option for visiting Milano - The location provided a sense of security for us and the car. The apartment was very clean. It's unpleasent that you discover after you make the reservation (no refunding in case of canceling the reservation) that you have to complete a big list of enquiries, to read and aprove a frightening contract and to pay youself the city tax. Exacly at the last step (the city tax) after al the inconvinience with all the "paperwork" we've had the worst problem. We did not succed in paying online that day and the host notified us that we might lose the possibility to enter the appartment because of that. Fortulately they decided to let us in the appartment and agreed to wait until the next day in order to settle our debt. The air conditioner from the living was not working.
Nikolay (7/5): Good - It is not clear from the description and photos of the room that it is on the ground floor. Personal attention is missing. Broken toilet seat, which we reported upon arrival and were promised that it would be fixed, but this did not happen. Poorly maintained shower cabin, lack of hand soap, used toilet paper roll, bugs (2 pieces) next to the kitchen. Dishwashing detergent was also missing, although we did not use the kitchen. The price is not justified for what is offered. We do not recommend.
