Lukas (1/5): Bad - The apartment is full of mold, the toilet flush is falling apart, the lights don’t work, the shower has a pressure problem, and everything is full of mosquitoes because the nets are all broken. The bedroom door is so warped that it won’t close. It’s not allowed to put tables outside. Warning to everyone! Do not rent this apartment – it’s a disgrace! Try to contact Booking and request a refund. Be careful! The power outlet in the bedroom is loose. Life-threatening danger! The beach is not visible from the room, only from the terrace. However, there are no chairs or tables, so you can't sit outside at all! The kitchen is really poorly equipped. There aren’t even basic things like salt. It should not be allowed to rent out such an apartment on Booking!! Its like a horrormovie

Andrew (8/5): Nice place, good location but don’t leave stuff out! - Contacted via WhatsApp prior to trip and they arranged a taxi pickup at the airport (€20) - can get your own taxi for €15 if you haggle but easier to get arranged car which went via office to pick up keys and sort out cc payment. Friendly welcome! We’ll equipped apartment with fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc and a few nice touches provided like water bottle in fridge, washing up liquid + sponge + tea towel. AC + fan in bedroom, fan in lounge. Garden patio area that looks straight out onto the beach. Close to centre of town. Euros accepted everywhere so no actual need to get CVE from ATM! On the down side… the bed/mattress is uncomfortable and needs replacing. Lost if mosquitoes in the bedroom/bathroom x not sure exactly where they get in but the broken mesh on the bathroom window doesn’t help! Some patches of bubbling paintwork that need seeing to. And….. security… we had the 2 plastic patio chairs stolen on our first night while we were out for dinner. The patio gate leads straight out onto the beach which is great for beach access but works the other way round! Requested replacements which never appeared so had to constantly bring dining chairs in and out and very annoying we’re then told that the chair loss was our responsibility and we’d have to pay - refused of course and nothing further said but bad taste! After the chairs went missing we didn’t dare leave anything out which is a pain for drying stuff etc. anyway, I was going to mark it down more but they helped by letting us stay after our flight to Sao Vicente was cancelled due to bad weather, so 8 it is!
Marek (10/5): Great host. Very helpful. Fully contactable very good location for watersports enthusiast. Highly recommended. - The location is perfect for watersport enthusiast. Right in the middle between the Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, schools and the City centre The Seaview is only from the Terrace and not from the window. But this was clearly stated in the description.
