• Cameron (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Excellent location. Right by the downtown shopping district. Easy access with the simple door code. Very quaint interior. The table in the room was too small and made playing a game impossible or eating a meal difficult.

• Yulia (8/5): Overall it was a good stay - Location is perfect. The washroom is modern and clean. We liked the option to park the car before and after check-in and check-out times. You can hear the neighbors, and they can hear you, so you need to be quiet.

• Charlene (10/5): Exceptional vacation stay and hosting - The set up was ideal for us. Decor was lovely bed and comfortable. We appreciated the xtra touches for comfort, privacy, security and garden beauty. Small kitchenette was very handy. Loved being so close to theatre, shops, restaurants. Our host was exceptionally accommodating. We left behind a necklace and he took a picture of it where it was found and sent to us to let us know. We so much appreciated that level of care. He is going to have it couriered to us as Canada Post is currently on strike. We will be back there next year!🤞 Charlene and Brian

The owner was also very accommodating, letting us leave the car after checkout for the afternoon. The room is in the cozy side, however everything was clean and we had everything we needed. It was great value for the location.

Coffee and tea supplies appreciated. Room was smaller than I expected. Would not suit someone with mobility issues ( wheelchair or walker)

Quiet and peaceful and yet so close to shops, bars and restaurants, we will miss not being here. Really nothing at all. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

• Christa (8/5): A nice older quaint plase to stay with all the amenities we needed. - The location was excellent. We were able to park there and walk to our theaters. The apartment had a small kitchen and we were able to make coffee in the morning. It had a little outside space designed for our room and an assigned parking space. We could have brought our own food and could have eaten it on the porch. The gardens were pretty and it was very quiet. We are going to the festival each year and will try to stay in that location again. The host was very kind and helped us to check in as we did not know at first how to use the code, which ended up to be very simple.

Well equipped with everything you need. Private access to the room and own parking space right outside. Small but cute decking area with 2 chairs and an umbrella for shade. Very friendly owners. Always on hand if needed. The room is quite small, but we were aware of that before travelling. For a couple of nights stay, it wasn't an issue. For a longer stay, one of the bigger rooms would be better.

• Steve (9/5): Great Location - The staff was very helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. The Barker House location is perfect and a short walking distance to Queen Street. Suite #2 is very tight. There's very little room to move around on the one side of the bed. If we return to Niagara on the Lake; we will opt for a different, larger suite.

Providing optional morning coffee would have been a nice touch, or easier to make in room.
