Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (5/5): Great place if you are young and mobile - Convenient location to the old city and basic amenities. Great neighborhood if you are young or young at heart and mobile. Hosts were very responsive. Stairs, unsafe shower conditions for older adults with mobility issues
- Frédéric (8/5): Le loft a répondu à nos attentes, pratique spacieux, équipé.
- even (8/5): - L’espace La salle d’eau
- Amaya (9/5): - Un apartamento amplisimo y súper bien ubicado.
- Caryl (10/5): Wonderful location and space - The location is 5 min walk from the train stn. It’s easy check in. The flat is huge for family of 5 and it has everything we need. It’s exactly what’s in the pictures. There is a grocery, cafe and bar nearby. It’s about 15 min walk to Old Quebec. We walked everywhere the whole stay. The tub and toilet has a couple of steps. Can be a safety hazard for older people. It’s fine for us.
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rémy (10/5): Location extremely relevant! Close to station (train/bus), and historical city center - Space, location Neighbor a bit noisy one evening
- Mary (6/5): Excellent location within walking distance near port of Quebec, which met our needs, but would be improved by attention - Clean, bright & cheery, great location. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to port, within walking distance Hosts communicated well with English translation when asked, until just before we arrived. I don’t speak French, so I asked that they send access info in English. They never did, despite my attempts to communicate about this & another question by text, email & phone call. No response once we arrived. If one in our group didn’t speak French, it could have been a real problem.
No washcloths, only towels.
Bathtub was slippery. Needs a mat. No handlebar leading 2 steep steps up to toilet or shower. No grab bar in shower. We found this hazardous. Suggestion to remedy this: add handlebar to wall in between toilet & shower & grab bar in shower, plus mat.
A few light bulbs need to be replaced.
Not much local info provided. It would be helpful to have a listing of restaurants, stores, sights & churches within walking distance.
- Stephen (9/5): Convent, quirky, what it says on the tin :) - Convenient for railway station, tourist attractions within walking distance / short uber ride, supermarket just around the corner. Quirky interior. Responsive and accommodating hosts. 3rd bed could have had a bit more privacy like a wrap around curtain.
- Bhavyaben (10/5): Exceptional - The vibe of the loft was just amazing. It was so cozy and the best stay in our entire trip where we stayed at 4 different places. Loved the decor of the place!
- John (8/5): Very good - Fun & funky place.
Kids liked the ping pong.
- Bojana (8/5): Spacious loft in downtown Quebec City - The loft is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed it. The rooms didn't have windows which made it a little too hot even though they provided the AC on the other side. Also there is no terrace , but there is a nice park just outside the back exit door.
