• Jörn (8/5): Sehr tolle Woche mit entspanntem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und Ausstattung - Unbeheizter Skikeller, wir hatten deshalb ein Skidepot an der Penkenbahn Immer wieder ärgerlich ist auch wenn Klopapier und Spülmaschinentabs nicht ausreichend vorhanden sind. Das ist blöd, wenn man das extra nachkaufen muss und dann 3/4 mit nach Hause nimmt. Bei dem Preisniveau kann mann doch wohl erwarten, das ein Verbrauchsartikel von 5 Euro inklusiv ist

• Romain (7/5): If you need a large apartment. - Apartment is big, probably too big for a family of 3. The location of the apartment is far from good. It is located near the main road, resulting in some noise. Also it is next to the river water fall and with the windows open it's a lot of noise. Really a lot of noise... Making it hard to sleep with the windows open . While it's probably not a problem in Tyrol for most of the year, we were there while it was pretty hot, and the apartment being on the last floor, we had to sleep the windows open. One more thing: one of the room has a large velux which has no curtains letting the morning light get straight to your face.
• Debbie (10/5): Amazing apartment. Fantastic location. Highly recommend. - 5 minute walk to the Gondola, shops bars and restaurants but still in a quiet location. Also walkable from the train station. We were on the early flight from London and the host kindly accommodated early check in for us. Beds very comfy and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and very useful to have a washing machine in the apartment. Having stayed in Mayhofen a number of times in the past this is by far the best accommodation I’ve found. The apartment was beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. I would highly recommend and will be staying again. Nothing
• Jennifer (1/5): Clean only - Property is excellent inside BUT We booked through booking.com as a family of 5 . The apartment has 3 unit as stated on booking.com - beds being 2 beds and a sofa . We arrived and waiting 30 mins in the cold - so be aware of CHECK IN . Staff do not speak English , told me to be quiet as soon as we arrived at 930 pm ( not impressed! Both parties have messed up my booking and I was instructed to pay €500 for the additional child who was on a sofa of which I had no choice but to pay . Conveniently the owner has never had direct communication- very greedy owners indeed. I was made aware this apartment was being charged for the rooms space and NOT PER PERSON . As a family we were very unhappy and would not be returning . Please make this clear on your website or T&Cs

• Stephen (9/5): Father and daughter ski trip, very enjoyable. - Clean, modern, bright, warm with good facilities. Good WiFi Nice views and easy walk to bars and shops. Would recommend storing skis at base of lift to save carrying them each day. Struggled English Channel on TV
