• Jay (3/5): Poor - Property is in good location close by shops and restaurants We stayed five nights. Air-conditioning didn't work at all, we brought a fan because it was quite warm. No microwave and toster in the kitchen and the pots even doesn't look good. Overall flat is untidy, Bedding; Just one sheet top of the metress no metress cover or bed cover, Ventilation fan doesn't work in shower room, no floor mats or face towels, small TV with no batteries in remot. The property is not meet even basic standards but name says Deluxe, my opinion is booking com should not publish this type of properties, we paid 46 UDS per night which is not worth.
• Usman (10/5): The host was very friendly and helped by going above and beyond will definitely repeat - Way better than I expected. I’ve been through other places where the pictures don’t match, but this exceeded my expectations. The parking was an issue, but the security guard was able to help, but they don’t speak much English so you have to translate

• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - I would like to thank the owner for his kindness and help. The apartment was clean. The location is very good. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper, liquid soap, plates, spoons, forks, everything was there.
• Sebastian (9/5): Superb - There's never any need to worry. Although I went the first time, I didn't have any difficulties. I met with the owner and he gave me the keys. The apartment was fine. You can stay with your family or loved ones
• Karoline (10/5): Exceptional - I came alone. I haven't been able to travel around the city much. There is everything you can live in the apartment. I recommend it. Restaurants, cafes, shops, everything is easy to find.
• Christoper (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very welcoming, friendly and ready to help. The apartment is located in a good location near everything necessary. I am a sensitive person about cleaning. I liked that everything is tidy and clean.
• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good. Fully equipped with everything you need! The inside of the apartment was clean and warm. We really liked staying there. The nearest metro station and bus stop were a few minutes walk away. For a short time we had everything we needed, even more.
• Norrisperez (10/5): Good - My son and I had a good time. I love Baku. I am glad that we stayed in this house. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms and the bathroom were very clean. The apartment's location was in a great location. It's easy to find everything.
