There were snacks and fruit when I arrived they really thought of everything I would highly recommend staying here and the location was perfect nice quiet area and there’s a plaza walking distance which was really convenient. They were excellent hosts and I appreciated their efforts in making my stay so comfortable.
• McLovin (10/5): Terrific hood, great hosts, priced fairly. - These hosts were 10/10. They thought of everything. Overhead lighting in the kitchen was too bright but don't let that put you off - a minor annoyance in an otherwise super-spacious fully equipped one-bedroom apartment. They are minutes away from a terrific mini-mall to grab anything you need and the kitchen was full equipped to cook your own meals (which we did more than half the time).

• Sarah (8/5): Lovely, safe, quiet and cozy. - So comfy! We slept well. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the chocolates. We used the washer/dryer combo and it worked perfectly. It can be challenging to find the driveway at 4pm due to traffic. It took me a couple of attempts.

• Judith (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is very well equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and it is attractive. There were nice welcoming touches. It was 17 minutes to the ferry at Horseshoe Bay. My only problem was getting in and out of the high tub for a shower. I am a senior with short legs. But I would still go back

• Jeffrey (10/5): Wonderful. - Hosts were very welcoming. The space was clean, well organized. Beautiful spot to rest your head. Bathroom was big and clean. Would recommend and will stay with them again.

A lot of attention has been given to details that make a stay pleasant and comfortable. It is located close to both nature and the shopping mall. Sylvia met us for the check-in and check-out. She was very friendly.
• Mark (8/5): Cost apartment in Nth Vancouver - Cost with all necessary amenities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. A bit of a trek to get there. Requires train , boat and bus.

Kitchen was well equiped with spaces, oils etc. if so inclined to cook a meal. Nice Little sitting area outside of the door. to ist in the share and have a Glass of wine. Didn't receive thier email through booking.com, but they were going to Look into that. just don't be surprised if youdon't net one.

• Desiree (10/5): We loved our stay there. The outside patio was a bonus for us too 👍 - It felt Iike home away from home, even for just one night. I would certainly stay there again. I reached out to the host and she was quick to respond with a positive outcome 👍
• Barb (10/5): We did not stay at Familiy Home Suite - but Booking.com charged our credit card anyway. - The owners of the Family Home Suite did not accept our reservation because we have a service dog, but they were pleasant to work with and confirmed by email & phone that I did not have a reservation with them. We did not like that Booking.com is impossible to contact. Their Europe phone # did not let me enter our reservation #. I also unsuccessfully tried to contact them in other ways. We had a similar problem with another recent reservation through Booking.com.
