- DEPRE (7/5): - Établissement très propre et idéalement situé. La suite était parfaite, avec deux climatiseurs, un dans chaque pièce, et une salle de bain très spacieuse. La vue depuis le 69ᵉ étage est à couper le souffle, et la piscine ainsi que la salle de sport sont excellentes. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. À partir du 4ᵉ jour, personne n’est venu faire le service de chambre, alors que j’en avais fait la demande via le contact WhatsApp communiqué au début de la réservation. Je me suis donc retrouvé sans serviettes propres, ce qui est assez regrettable compte tenu du prix de la chambre, d’autant plus que je n’ai eu aucun retour du personnel.

The same goes for the common areas in the building, the pool was disgusting. Big disappointment, next time I'll take a hotel. PS: they wanted to charge more for extending the check-out by one hour than for a whole night in another hotel. Never again.

Our apartment was very spacious, and we had all the facilities we needed. Bed was nice and comfy. The pool side restaurant was good value for lunch. Initially our apartment was in a very poor condition and dirty. I complained, and we were then moved to another apartment that was much better. Very disappointed that we were initially put into an apartment of such poor condition.

We booked 2 apartments but were given an ultimatum: take a single apartment or cancel the reservation ourselves. Upon arrival, the host refused to provide any discount for the downgrade and required us to pay the full original price. Very unprofessional.

Has washing machine, kitchen all what you need. Two pools in the building. Good strong cocktails on the floor 6 :)) The only small problem that you have to call by WhatsApp to check in and out. Pay cash only and leave a cash deposit of €50. However it wasn't a problem for me. it would be handy to know before arrival.

- Asif (4/5): I will think twice before making another reservation with this host. - No breakfast provided We informed the host prior to arrival that our flight would land early morning (around 3–4 AM), and we had booked and paid for the room from the previous night specifically to ensure it would be ready for immediate check-in and rest. However, upon arrival, there was no one available to check us in. We tried calling the provided contact number multiple times and left messages, but received no response. Even the security guard attempted to reach them without success. After waiting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, someone finally arrived. He mentioned he was only assisting us and advised us to take the matter up with the host. Throughout our stay, the host never responded or communicated with us. Interestingly, the same individual who eventually checked us in was also present at check-out, which raises concerns about the coordination and professionalism of the arrangement.

- Matthew (10/5): Excellent location, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (don't count the sofa bed as an option). - Location was excellent, in the middle of KL City Centre, close to everything, great views from the apartment and rooftop pool. Easy to get to from the train station and a cheap Grab ride to and from the airport. The building facilities were excellent... pools, cafes and car parking! The place was clean, but not pristine... felt lived in. The 'sofa bed' was not great and uncomfortable. There were not any pool towels provided for using in the pool - tricky to bring your own when travelling.

СУММА ЗА КВАРТИРУ БЫЛА БОЛЬШЕ УКАЗАННОЙ, ГОТОВЬТЕ ПЛАТИТЬ БОЛЬШЕ, ЕСЛИ ВАС НЕ УСТРОИТ ТО ОН ПРОСТО РАЗВЕРНЕТСЯ И УЙДЕТ. ПОПРОСИЛА ПОКАЗАТЬ КВАРТИРУ ПЕРЕД ОПЛАТОЙ, ОТВЕТ БЫЛ - ОПЛАТИШЬ И ПОСМОТРИШЬ САМА. Я читала отзывы на Гугл о таких же хамах в этом кондо. Then when had to ask for a room service after two nights hand towel taken and not replaced. Safe was locked and not able to use despite messaging host.

UWAGA Ostrzegam wszystkich przed dziwnymi praktykami hotelu - dzień przed naszym przyjazdem dostałam informację, że z powodu jakiejś awarii prądu i wody nasz pokój jest niedostępny. Co najlepsze zostałam poproszona o samodzielne odwołanie rezerwacji. Pokój wciąż był dostępny na booking więc skontaktowałam się z supportem i bardzo szybko nasz pokój magicznie się naprawił. Uważajcie na takie kombinowanie ze strony tego miejsca, gdyby nie to dostaliby ode mnie wyższą ocenę bo reszta była w porządku :)

Je had een 7-eleven op 5 min loop afstand. - de hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Riool lucht uit de badkamer, zichtbaar schimmel in de douche, rioolvliegjes, mieren op de keukenblok, rooklucht in de kamer terwijl er niet gerookt mag worden, vlekken op het bedden goed en op de handdoeken. Er werd niet goed schoongemaakt. - gehele bezoek geen wifi gehad, gemeld bij contactpersoon maar werd verder niets mee gedaan. Tv stond gehele tijd op instellen. Als we tv wouden kijken moesten we zelf de zenders gaan zoeken. - de infinity pool op de bovenste verdieping was zeer teleurstellend. Als er 6 mensen al boven waren kwam je plek tekort. Terwijl je aan het zwemmen bent is er een meneer aan het schoonmaken - de airco in de kamer maakt veel kabaal. Zonder airco slapen is lastig vanwege de warmte. - alles zag er vrij uitgeleefd uit

- Axel Cesar Daniel (9/5): Incredible hotel with a view! - Everything was perfect. Room, swimming pools and gym as a 5 stars hotel. The view from the rooftop is incredible. The rooms are clean and with very good furniture. I highly recommend this place to visit Kuala Lumpur ! Lack of communication during the check in. There is no real reception, only a security man who does not really know what to do. There is 2 towers, our checkin was in the second one and we did not have the info. A bit messy but the hotel is really really nice!

Luego nos dijo a las 21.00h del día de antes y luego a las 22.00 y finalmente mandó a otra persona con la fianza. Tiene que tener más seriedad y en estas cosas ya que es su trabajo.

- German (9/5): Una estancia de vértigo - La ubicación muy cerca de las Torres Petronas . Apartamento muy amplio y con todas las comodidades . El edificio tiene dos piscinas , un superior más pequeña y la inferior muy grande y común para las 3 torres. La superior tenía el agua clara. Acceso andando cerca de zona interés, restaurantes y minimarket. Es un bloque de apartamentos en el cual no hay recepción disponible. Sábanas ya usadas. Hay que contactar por teléfono y se demoran un rato. El parking supone que está incluido, pero se paga a parte. Es un extra.

- Antonio (8/5): - Ubicación perfecta, habitación amplia y moderna y piscina con vistas a las torres Petronas. El check in es muy tarde (15.00h) y no dan muchas facilidades de aseo en zonas comunes. Si llegas de un vuelo largo como en nuestro caso puede ser un poco incómodo.

- Deva (10/5): Precioso apartamento para conocer KL - Instalaciones, el apartamento tenía todas las comodidades y unas vistas espectaculares. Piscina chulísima. Muy buena ubicación, a 10 min andando de las Petronas. El check in. Si llegas antes de las 15 h tienes que avisar a un chico y esperar a que venga para dejar las maletas. Después de las 15 h tienes que volver a llamar para que vuelva. Y en este tiempo no te permiten utilizar las instalaciones del hotel como la piscina.

- Andres Jaramillo (8/5): Super apartments, excelente amenities and great location. - Location and facilities. Super crowded, it takes quite some time to take the elevators because of it. The AC in the bedroom it was noisy, it needs some maintenance.

- Nura (9/5): Maravillosas vistas - El alojamiento está muy bien, unas vistas a las Petronas desde todos los rincones de la vivienda :) Las piscinas ideales, aún que en las de la última planta había mucha gente para su tamaño. Faltaban toallas, no había ni para secarse la cara en los baños, jabón…bastante limitado.

- TT 3469 (7/5): - L'emplacement proche de tout, l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, la piscine au 6 ème étage, était propre , grande, et la vue du rooftop La piscine au 69 ème étage l'eau était vraiment sale, et le fait de devoir appeler en arrivant a la réception une personne qui vous loue l'appartement au lieu de tout faire avec le réceptionniste comme à l'hôtel ....

Les équipements Pas de flexibilité pour les heures d'arrivée départ. 1 seule carte par logement (obligatoire pour les ascenseurs) donc pas top de devoir partir ou rentrer tous ensemble en même temps... La piscine sur le toit est minuscule.

- Julia (7/5): Apartamento bonito y bien ubicado, pero mala gestión con 7 personas - La ubicación es excelente, muy bien conectada y práctica para visitar la ciudad. El apartamento me encantó: distribución perfecta, decoración moderna, se veía nuevo, cómodo y con un toque lujoso. La piscina es una auténtica maravilla, con unas vistas impresionantes a las Torres Petronas La reserva era para 7 personas pero al llegar solo había 3 habitaciones con 3 camas dobles y 3 baños. Al preguntar por la séptima persona, la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue un colchón individual sin somier ni patas, colocado en el suelo, inicialmente sin sábanas y en el descansillo de una habitación, con ventanas tapadas con carteles. La gestión fue nula y la resolución del problema muy insatisfactoria, ya que no quisieron hacerse cargo y era la única alternativa que nos daban. En la reserva se indicaba claramente que incluía 3 camas dobles y un sofá cama de matrimonio, algo que nunca se cumplió. Cuidado si vais grupos grandes.

- Alessandra (8/5): Accanto alle Petronas Towers - Appartamento molto spazioso con vista panoramica sulla città. Possibilità di utilizzo della piscina sul tetto, con vista sulle Petronas. La posizione è a 5 min a piedi dalle Petronas Tower e vicino alla metropolitana. Per accedere all'appartamento bisogna contattare i gestori via WhatsApp e attendere che arrivino a portare le chiavi (noi abbiamo aspettato circa 30 min).

- Alberto (2/5): Meglio altre strutture - The view L’accoglienza è stata terribile, eravamo in quattro e è stata fatta trovare pronta solo una camera su due e sono dovuti venire ad aprirci la seconda camera. Un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo nonostante la vista.

La posizione è fantastica, bella la vi - La posizione L’unico bagno della casa a vetri dentro una delle camere, scomodo se siete in 4. Oltre al fatto che per muoverti in ascensore occorre la card e in 4 persone ne avevamo solo una.
