• Thao (4/5): - Has food smell in hallway I was located to a room in a building which is a different address from what advertise on website, also was located to a different room, not the room setting that I book on Booking. Also, a deposit is required which was not mention in advance.
• Henna (7/5): Nice and affordable accommodation in Singapore - Working kitchen and spacious room. Both the bedroom and kitchen/living room had tv. Kitchen table was a plus. Several different metro lines were in a walking distance (10-15 minutes walk). Friendly guy was greeting us when we came so getting the keys were easy. AC worked but the "outside unit" was very noisy so light sleepers might have some issues with it. Even there being space, there weren't much room to store your clothes/luggages, so we kept them on the floor.
• TheGouthama (7/5): Best budget place at the centre of everything. - The location is excellent, ideally situated in the centre of everything. Decent beds, and towels were provided every day. Sara was the best host, very warm and helpful. We were five, and the one bathroom for the apartment made it tough, and it won't get cleaned. If you are a bunch who keeps it clean, it's the best place; otherwise, it can be a nightmare. Rooms are considerably small.

• Beth MB (8/5): Quiet Residential Area but convenient for public transport - Location was accessible after figuring out the bus network though buses come on less frequent intervals but still walkable to 2 MRTs ( Great World and Fort Canning ). Room is spacious enough for our group. Having a kitchenette, refrigerator and washing machine was convenient for us staying for 5 nights, we are able to prepare breakfast and do laundry. While there was no proper concierge or front desk, communication was easy using whatsapp. It was quite noisy during the wee hours of the morning esp. around past midnight as our room was right in front of the main entrance, and on the 2nd level. Other occupants made me slightly intrigued.

Wir mussten bar eine Kaution zahlen, ohne Beleg, das Einchecken mit Intercom war schwierig, es wurde nicht einfach ein Zugangscode gesendet.

• Hanna (7/5): Good location, clean and modern property. - Communication with the staff great, property very clean, bed super comfortable. My friend and I booked two bedrooms. Air conditioning units located outside of one bedroom made unbearable buzzing noise. We switched off the air-con in the room but the buzzing noise was still there so probably coming out from other units. We ended up staying in one bedroom which wasn’t as planned and we wasted money renting two bedrooms.

Cleanliness can be improved; there were stains on the beds. Security can also be better with a keycard entrance at the main door, as a lady was standing outside our door from 1 am to after 3 am.

Nach einer Diskussion nahm der Vermieter dann die 2. Key Card mit und wir mussten nichts bezahlen. Weiters veiel rötliche und andere Flecken und einige Haare auf Polster und Decke!! Ein paar Schaben an der Badtür, und generell sehr billiger Baustil und Einrichtung.

• zacariaa (6/5): Séjour tt de même agréable, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir Singapour - L'emplacement Check in et check out La proximité des commodités et transports L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé ( fenêtres et porte donnent sur balcon, qui lui même donne sur la rue ). Le soir nous entendons le moindre bruit provenant de la chaussée. J'ai conseillé au propriétaire de remplacer les fenêtres par du double vitrage avec rideaux occultant et installer une porte isolante du bruit.

• Rymel Rueda Nieto (1/5): - Nada, se reservó un apartamento con dos dormitorios dos camas grandes y un sofá cama y nos entregaron dos habitaciones separadas sucias y con un olor a caño horrible. Ese sitio no está adecuado para hospedarse familias con niños y mucho menos para personas con movilidad reducida, nos dieron dos habitaciones separadas y tocaba subir unas escaleras, incluso fueron tres días y solo un baño de una de las habitaciones tenía un solo rollo de papel higiénico, el otro no, la cocina incompleta, solo tenía una plancha con un fogón, no hay nada, ni siquiera querían dar las instrucciones para saber cómo se maneja la lavadora, y para colmo groseros se les pidió que llamarán un taxi y ese señor lo que hizo fue sacarnos rápido de ese sitio, sofá cama duro imposible de dormir y pretendían cobrarnos a parte el sofá cama. Total fraude no recomiendo para nada ese sitio, no se dejen engañar.

Les photos montraient une chambre supplémentaire qui n’existait pas : à notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un salon avec deux lits et un canapé. Le canapé-lit était indiqué comme inclus, mais on nous a finalement demandé de payer un supplément pour l’utiliser. C’est inacceptable de découvrir ces frais cachés une fois sur place. Le service client n’a pas été réceptif et a refusé toute compensation, malgré les preuves claires de la différence entre l’annonce et le logement réel. Je déconseille fortement cette location : publicité mensongère et absence totale de prise en compte du client.
• Harikrishnan (1/5): Poor cleanliness and not recommended at all - Location is good I had a very bad experience at this hotel, mainly due to poor cleanliness. A cockroach actually crawled over me while I was sleeping. When I reported this the next morning and requested to cancel my next night's stay, the in-charge refused and instead offered another room. However, I had already lost trust in the hotel's hygiene and declined the offer. What made things worse was that the staff mentioned it was "common" to have cockroaches, as if it was not a big deal. That response was completely unacceptable. I checked out early and moved to a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Cleanliness and customer care should be top priorities, but this hotel failed on both.

A few stairs if you have lots of or heavy luggage. A little small for 3 people with a stowaway bed in the dining area. Kitchenette could do with small pot and kettle didn't work. Value for money a little questionable, even for Singapore, particularly since there was a fair extra cost for an additional person with little added value for the extra.

The location is walkable too to Orchard and nearby malls, groceries and convenience stores. The staff, Sarah and Stella were accommodating and professional. I didn't like the beddings ( comforter and bedsheet). It is not pure cotton making it too hot even with aircon on. Cotton absorbs the coolness of the AC. Hence, the longer the aircon is on, the cooler the comforter, pillows and beddings becomes. Our room was 703 and the elevator ends at 6F so we had to carry our luggages upstairs to 7F.

• maelig (7/5): Ok pour une nuit mais ce n'est pas un hôtel. - Appartement propre. Petit mais ok pour une nuit. À 750m du MRT, quartier agréable. Personnel réactif. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant et après pour coller avec nos horaires de départ. Étrange hôtel : pas de réception, pas de hall. En arrivant vous envoyez un message et une personne vous ouvre ce qui était autrefois un garage et qui a été aménagé en pièce commune pour des capsules bed. En réalité on a l'impression d'être dans un Airbnb. D'ailleurs l'établissement n'existe pas auprès des l'administration de Singapour lorsque vous tenterez de vous enregistrer.

• Du Hao (1/5): Travelling in family or group is very inconvenient since the moving space was so little, almost zero mobility in the stu - Much little space than expected, fake photo. Dirty washroom, lots of stain on the sink. Insufficient hot water as well.

• Callum (6/5): It was ok for our short 4 night stay. Any longer it would have been a bit more of an issue. - It was in a good location, 5 minute walk to the great world underground station. Rooms were clean. The room was too small for 5 of us really. They had to bring us an extra fold away bed to sleep is all, that left no room to use the dining table. Shower needs a bit of looking at, water goes all over the floor

• Monica (8/5): Very good - We spent 6 nights here for family travel, and everything was excellent. Location was perfect, walking distance to Orchard, Clarke Quay and Great World City. Nearby also have fairprice supermarket and lots of nice restaurants to eat. As for the room, even though being small, but it is well equipped and suprisingly comfortable. Each unit also have a washing machine, very helpful for longstay trip. The rooms are not cleaned daily, only once every few days.
