• Szilagyi (8/5): Overal a good choise for the price. - The apartment is big enough for 3 people and well positioned. Narrow stairs and a lot of noise in some nights. It is challenging to sleep, more suitable for young party people.

• Polina (9/5): Хорошее расположение - Расположение отличное. Если вы хотите квартиру ч самом центре ресторанов, магазинов и баров - жто самое то. Несмотря на то, что вокркг множество шумных заведений, в целом это не мешало сну. Но полной тишины конечно не будет до самого утра. Удобная кровать, хорошо организовано пространство. Очень выручили меня, предоставив возможность выезда на два часа позднее, чем должно было быть. Нет лифта, очень тяжело поднимать и спускать тыжелый чемодан, лестница очень крутая. Довольно темная квартира, даже утром и днем была необходимость включать весь свет в квартире. Из душевой кабины вытекает вода, так как недостаточно широкая стеклянная перегородка. Стоило бы например поменять обивку дивана, так как есть дыры.

• Stefano (7/5): Soggiorno piacevole con riserva - Ottima posizione per visitare la città adiacente a Istiklal Caddesi nonostante il casinò nel week end. Avevo soggiornato tanti anni fa e l’avevo trovata una casa molto interessante dal punto di vista dell’architettura e della funzionalità. Adesso tutto é rimasto uguale ma molte cose sono danneggiate a partire dal pavimento, dalle porte, dal bagno e dalla cucina. Necessita di una rinfrescata.

• mariya (10/5): - Great property for a family, the host Irem was very communicative from the second we booked. When we needed the place cleaned by house keeping she assisted immediately. I cant fault the place itself besides the bathrooms having an off smell but i think that was more sewage problems. Just one thing to be wary of is that there are no lifts in the entire property so staying on the top floor meant carrying suitcases all the way up ourselves but we still loved our stay nonetheless. Another thing to be wary of is the loud noise from local bars that lasted till 3am on certain days but that wasn’t the owners fault. Overall a great stay and very good property in a great location between Taksim and Galata.

• Bruce (10/5): - This is an excellent residence and we would highly recommend staying here. The communication with the owner was quick and very helpful. This unit is spacious with a full sized kitchen. The beds were comfortable. There is the best pizza restaurant on the first floor. It is a walk up (no elevator). It's a minute walk away from the Istiklal Avenue with lots of shopping and restaurants. It's just a few minutes walk away from the funicular which goes to the train station with then can take you to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque areas of Istanbul. I would highly recommend this residence.

• Usman Bin (6/5): An Average stay. Can be more better if proper attention is given to the property. - Location AC was not working and issue did not resolve during the stay. Property owner compensated 25 % cash back but still the stay was not comfortable. Such issues should be fixed quickly and checked before guests check in. Further, expired welcome drink was placed in fridge.

Particularly helpful that the place gets cleaned as requested. The particular street was very loud long into the night. I think the fridge wasn't working very well.
• Rene Artemio Guajardo (10/5): - Muy amable su anfitriona. Al llegar reportamos que no funcionaba la TV y de inmediato lo resolvieron. El apartamento muy limpio, muy amplio, el baño de la planta baja algo pequeño, pero el de la planta alta excelente. Sugeriría poner más ganchos para colgar toallas mojadas y también poner mesas o muebles para poner las maletas. No cuenta con microondas u horno, por lo que si quieres calentar comida, tendrás que hacerlo en la estufa. Aún con esas áreas de oportunidad, lo recomiendo ampliamente. OJO: está en un 3er piso, por lo que tendrás que subir muchos escalones (no hay elevadores).

• PURAZEN (10/5): - The property is secure which gave us peace of mind whenever we were out visiting places and was ideal for our needs as we had visited as a family of 4 people and needed 2 bedrooms. There was ample space for the 4 of us to relax, cook if we needed to and the toilets/bathrooms were in good working order. The place felt cosy and homely and had the added bonus of some good restaurants nearby. The metro was about 5 minutes walking distance and we could catch taxis just outside of the facility. We are glad that we chose Urban Quarters -Asmaili Mescit for our accomodation on our visit to Istanbul.

S-Mart TV, lavadora de platos, lavadora, lo único que es incómodo es el baño por el mármol es muy frío y recomendaría poner una puerta corrediza y regular la temperatura del boiler para que no se acabe el agua caliente tan rápido.
• J (6/5): 3 Nights Boom ! - Very close to Taksim square, not so quiet corner of Istanbul. Facilities were somewhat dilapidated, shower knobs, wardrobe handles. Building was predominantly dark, around the sofas and kitchen bar, lacking standing light. There was a crazy boom bar below banging itself to almost 6am+ with overly generous bass and more, unpleasant for most of anyone.

It was also conveniently close to all the main sightseeing attractions. Communication was seamless; Irem ensured we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to our questions. The apartment itself was lovely, adorned with thoughtful details, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
• Sunandan (9/5): Very nice apartment and helpful host . Fantastic location so will stay there again on next trip - Very nice apartment. Pictures are accurate and facilities are good. The owner was very prompt in fixing a blocked shower drain . Super location with easy access to all attractions via metro and tram. Will reccommend and revisit. Sometimes gets noisy at night due to close proximity of night club , but that is with the spirit and charm of Istanbul. Nothing earplugs cannot fix.
• Miriam (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped and clean. On a busy side street with restaurants and bars, just off the main shopping street of Istiklal Cadesi. You can hear some noise from the restaurants and bars below but the windows do block out most of it. Great communication from the host who was very responsive. Somewhat dimly lit. It's on 4th floor which wasn't a problem for us but would be for some.
• Ruslan (9/5): Superb - The best thing about the place is its location which is just meters away from Istiklal Avenue. That is fantastic for walking around in one of the best city center locations with bars, shops and restaurants all around but may also cause a bit of a problem with taxi access as you may need to walk few meters as road is not accessible by car (no lift also). In case if you have heavy luggage that may cause a bit of inconvenience. Other than that the place was spacious, reasonably clean and well maintained. The host is a fantastically friendly and accommodating person and check in and check out process was a breeze. It was a bit sad that this property doesn't offer some minimal set of kitchenware. At least some glasses, forks and plates would have been nice even if there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around.

You need to give more bath mat as the bathroom floor is quite slippery when the floor is wet.
