• Harsh (5/5): Passable - Big space as what i spent rest property is alot damaged. Toilet seat is shaking while sitting , bathtub has no stopper, kitchen with no lighter or matchstick , no waterbottle, bed and sofa is broken from 1 side its really uncomfortable to sit anwhere in the appartment. Sharp 12 pm they need checkout they are harsh to their words. I will never visit baku again.

• Sagar (3/5): Location wise superb, apartment experience very poor. - I loved the location of the property. The host Teymur was good and cooperative. 1) There was no house keeping on a daily basis. 2) Nobody to clean the toilets 3) Nobody to pick the garbage 4) The toilet pot was shaking 5) Day 4 the bed went down 6) The curtains fell down 7) Day 1 the AC wasn’t working 8) There was no shampoo, conditioner 9) The kettle was unclean and very old 10) The bedroom was little shaky However, Teymur was very cooperative and supported with all my inconveniences. I felt my vacation was ruined but due to the location just 2 mins from Nizami street was a great relief. Request Teymur to fix all the problems I faced to avoid inconvenience to others in future. We come very excited to spend our quality time and when it get ruined it’s very sad and annoying. Thanks !!

• Sven-erik (8/5): Teymur, the host is 10 out of 10 and made our 3 weeks visit comfortable - Nice apartment with strong WiFi. Smart TV with Youtube and more. The location perfect in downtown pedestrian area. The host Teymur made everything to make us feel good. Furniture could have been more convenient. Basic equipment in kitchen is missing. If this is corrected - and that would be pretty easy - it would be a 10 all over. However the host Teymur is a nice, helpful person and very representative for this place. He is 10/10.
• Anastasiakoval (10/5): Exceptional - This is our second time in this city. The owner is so nice that we always want to stay in his apartments. My wife and I love this city very much. The location is very good. A mini vacation and good rest. Temur picked us up from the airport and took us to the apartment. The cleaning lady is friendly and kind.

• Rick (10/5): Exceptional - Location is good. The apartment has high ceilings and light. Super clean and the bed linen smells good. It has a balcony and a nice view. There is only 1 bedroom but it is spacious and sunny. The apartment is located within walking distance to the boulevard. The building has 5 floors and the apartment is located on the third floor. The furniture is not new but very clean.

• Callum (10/5): Exceptional - It's an apartment near the boulevard. Very close to the most beautiful street in Baku. I walked to the old city. Everything was great. I have obsessive compulsive disorder. I wrote to the owner of the apartment and told him. I thank the owner very much. The apartment was very clean and smelled good.
• Erden (9/5): Superb - The building is an old building. There are many old and historical buildings in Baku. It makes this city look beautiful. The location is in a very nice place. I walked along Nizami street, had dinner. There were nice shops. The apartment was clean, everything was fine. I think I'll be coming to this city again soon. There was a washing machine, wifi, hot and cold water, everything.I've never had any problems.

I had a headache, I wanted to take medication. Shops, pharmacy, everything was easy to find. Thanks to the owner...
• Nia (10/5): Nice apartment :) - Baku is a really beautiful city. The apartment was safe. The apartment had 1 bedroom, 1 living room and a kitchen.The apartment was very clean, the guy who came and gave me the keys was kind and friendly, the apartment is close to everything, I loved it. I've never had any problems.
• May (5/5): Great location but very old and incomplete amenities. - The location is perfect for a traveler plus various restaurants nearby. Metro and bus stops are a few minute walks away. The host was a very nice man who will be helpful in any way he can. Safe lock and quiet with enough privacy considering it's in Nizami street. No toiletries in the washroom and all of the furniture and appliances in the house are pretty old. No hair dryer, soap in the washroom and stove + water heater was not working so kitchen was pretty much a bust for me. The building front entrance will lock up and cannot be opened from outside so if you're entering, you will have to use the back entrance which is from the back street.
