• sabrina (9/5): - Situation idéale à 200m à pied du parc manuel antonio et à 100m de la plage gratuite à côté. Restaurant donde Alex à 150m à pied très bon. Bref idéal pour ne pas prendre la voiture et payer des parking. Petite maison avec climatisation efficace dans 1 chambre et le salon. 2eme chambre avec seulement ventilateur. Eau chaude à la douche si vous tournez la molette en haut sur le pommeau. Grand étendoir pour sécher linge et évier extérieur pour rincer et douche extérieure pour se rincer. Propriétaire très réactif par whatsapp. Pour 2 nuits ça a été très bien pour nous.
• Rochelle (10/5): Perfect location to visit Manuel Antonio Park - Great location to visit the beach and park because it has parking and is quite private away from the crowds. It was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed including a little laundry room in the rear to hang wet clothes to dry from the beach.

• Heike (8/5): - Das Apartment war sauber und die Lage war genial (wenn man es einmal gefunden hat). Ein Katzensprung zum NP Manuel Antonio und zum Strand. Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch draußen vor dem Apartment hat uns nicht so gut gefallen.

• NELSON (9/5): Cielo Azul: Cercania y Tranquilidad - Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa y del parque nacional. Muy tranquilo en la.noche. Familiar. Don Juan Carlos el dueño muy amable y atento No está dentro del control del dueño, pero la calle de acceso es un poco complicada de transitar con auto por la cantidad de ventas de souvenirs. De ahi la importancia de la ubicacion para caminar y dejar el auto en el parqueo. Dentro de la propiedad todo super bien y muy tranquilo

• RAQUEL (6/5): Para una estadía corta - Está a 100mts de la playa para un lado y 100 mts del Parque Nacional del otro …. El dpto está en una calle estrecha, llena de puestos de vendedores, con un arroyo que pasa por la propiedad que emana muy mal olor, el fondo del dpto da a una playa de estacionamiento del parque….si no cierras las cortinas del dormitorio amaneces con la gente bajando de los autos en la ventana. El dpto en sí es viejo, con un mantenimiento mediano. Nos sirvió para dos noches pero no nos quedaríamos allí más tiempo.
• Denise (9/5): - A localização é excelente! Perto do parque Manuel Antônio e de bares e restaurantes. O proprietário nos deu toda a atenção sempre que precisamos. A acomodação é simples, mas tinha tudo que precisávamos. Voltaríamos com certeza. O trânsito até o local é difícil, principalmente em razão do parque. Mas por outro lado, depois que chegamos no apt podemos fazer tudo a pé.

• Carsten (9/5): - The appartment is very clean, has AC and all cooking facilities you need and a superb location literally 5min walk from the beach and the national park! Even though its close to a touristy area, it feels peaceful, quiet and secluded. Great stay!! We had difficulties finding the place at night and the directions were not super clear. Eventually the owner send us additional pictures and instructions which were helpful but could/should have been provided upfront. We also had issues trying to pay with creditcard with several issues in the payment process. Eventually it all worked out and the owner even offered us a free night as compensation for the hassle:)
• Michael (8/5): The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay - Very close to Manuel National park and the beach We didn’t like the fact it stated payment by visa on booking.com but cash only is accepted. No one travels with $475 in cash so we would have like to be told in advance, so we that we could be prepared. I’m not sure of the prices in M.A but it seemed on the expensive side for 3 nights. I suppose it was the position.
• Jesus (4/5): Lugar para no volver - La ubicacion es excelente Cuando hicimos la reserva, en el apartado de Medios de pago se indicaba "PAGO CON TARJETA". Cuando fuimos al apartamento, el dueño nos dijo que solo aceptaba dinero en efectivo. Al indicarle que en Booking se indicaba pago con tarjeta y no llevábamos dinero, nos contó una excusa infantil para convencernos de que fuéramos a un cajero automático y sacar dinero. El dueño no cedió y nos obligó a ir a un cajero. Resultado, pagamos con dinero y el coste de sacar el dinero en el cajero para pagar a este señor fue de 12 euros. Un incremento en el precio de un apartamento ya de por si caro y que no merece el precio que tiene: muy obscuro, muebles viejos, el baño con la ducha estropeada, etc,.,en fin, para no volver.

• Timothy (8/5): Met all our expectations; we would return. - Location (a block from the park entrance), price, and fully equipped kitchen. Also had utility area for hand washing and hanging laundry. Walking distance to restaurants, ATM machine, convenience store, and the beach! Nothing comes to mind.

• Mclaren (10/5): Lovely place this Apt for a home base while exploring the lovely Manuel Antonio area - Location so close to the National Park, stellar beaches, and lovely restaurants Can't complain, it was as it was advertised yet we thought it was better than we expected especially the location and ease to get here

• Alethea (10/5): It was such a great and relaxing stay. Any questions were answered immediately. Great staff. - The property is a perfect location with easy access to Beach, Park entrance, bus stop, and shops/food while being secluded and quiet. Parking is easy. Just follow signs and photos that are sent ahead of time. The laundry area was a great bonus. The pillows were a bit stiff for me. A bit more comfortable seating in living area would have been perfect since we were old friends catching up on stories after not seeing each other for quite some time.

• Vijaya (10/5): Great - Location was perfect. That way you don't have to worry about parking when you go to the beach or the national park. We like apartments and the space it affords us. It was clean had good ac and was very spacious for 2 people and can accommodate a family of 4. The beds were comfortable. There is a shower outside the apartment to wash off sand. The owner is very nice and easy to contact. Responds promptly. Overall a great experience. The per day tariff was higher than some hotels and could be lower as breakfast is not offered. The upside relative to hotel is space and you can make breakfast on your own. The mercado is nearby. Also accommodates 4. Nothing.

• Tracie (5/5): Cheap stay, close to the beach - Close to the beach and cheap. It was really cool hearing howler monkeys when we woke up. Would I stay here again...No. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and master bedroom (coming from the bathroom). The shower glass was broken. It looked pretty gross around the shower base. The mater bedroom bed squeaked loudly whenever you moved. You get what you pay for.

• Krishna (10/5): Great place to stay in Manuel Antonio . Very close to park and beach - This property is just steps away from Manuel Antonio national park main gate and also Manuel Antonio beach . The location is awesome and very convenient . Most other hotels are up the hill . There are restaurants and convenience stores at walking distance . Also a bus stop is nearby where a bus goes to quepos freauently . The house is in a private compound . It is very quiet and surrounded by greenery . You can see lots of monkeys and birds outside . Owner is super responsive and you get answers to your questions in minutes . There are enough kitchen utensils and towels . You can sit outside and relax too. Area is pretty safe Everything is adequate . It is basic beach house . Nothing fancy but everything works . I would say most convenient address in Manuel Antonio. Only thing to keep in mind that owner will collect the rent In cash during your stay . I thought I already paid thru booking.com , apparently not so I had to run to ATM to draw cash . So keep the money in usd or Colons with you
• Karina (10/5): We were able to just relax and have a great vacation in this hidden gem! Thank you! - It was close to the beach, close to the National Park and we were able to park our car for 4 days and walk everywhere. We liked everything. Two minor suggestions : à tea towel and hand towel in the kitchen would be nice and a dustpan for sweeping sand out of the bedroom
