• Ania (7/5): Idealne mieszkanie do zwiedzania, lokalizacja perfect - Lokalizacja była idealna, 20 minut pieszo w do Koloseum. Metro 6 minut, wszystko bardzo blisko. Super bo były 2 łazienki i każdy miał swoją sypialnie, było nas 7 osób i 1 dziecko. Kontakt z właścicielką super. Sprzątanie, wszystko posprzątane z wierzchu, na szafach kurz ponad 1 cm, momentami nie było ciepłej wody. Nawet po dłuższym spuszczeniu wody.
• Guest (1/5): No volvería a quedarme allí - La casa está reformada y las camas son buenas. La casa muy sucia, los baños tienen moho, las toallas olían fatal, algunas rotas y manchadas. Los Cristales, ventanas y algunas partes de la casa muy mal limpiados. El barrio horrible, lleno de vagabundos y con ratas en los contenedores. El edificio superantiguo.

• Melissa Irasema (8/5): Big apartment for family/group - Its very big, very spacious, it has all the utensils for kitchen, even extra salt, pepper, and things that can be useful, washing machine, big fridge, ac works super good There was not enough toilet paper for the amount of people and days we stayed, the showers drained were not working properly and needs maintenance and cleaning, no shower mats

• Teresa (9/5): Good place to stay and experience the real Rome - The location is really good. It's a 4 minute walk to Manzoni metro station. There is a small grocery store and convenience store on the street less then 30 seconds walk from the apt. And there is a large grocery store that is about a 2 min walk from the apt which worked well for our group of 8 to buy things to take back to the US as gifts that were cheaper in stores- lemoncello, cookies, etc. We also loved that the apt is in a safe working class neighborhood with good restaurants serving non-touristy food for affordable prices. It allowed us to get a glimpse into Italian living and experience Rome in an organic and authentic way. Access to the apt was easy and seamless. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. Fridge had to be wiped down before use. Needed more toilet paper and paper towels for a group of our size. The stay overall was great but we ended up spending €100 on storage for an hour before being informed that we could access the apt. Money lost. A little better coordination is needed but having a child with us, it was still good to get into the apt a few hours after arrival vs. waiting until 3 pm due to our early flight. Overall, I would recommend the apt for all that the location has to offer, the spacious apt and proximity to the metro station.

• Maja (5/5): Do Not Book Untill They Clean It Properly - The location and the host Our host was very nice and accommodating and even offered to come clean the place BUT we didn't book this accommodation to have someone in it while we are there, or to wait for it to get clean or even to clean it ourselves. The CLEANLINESS or to be more precise, the lack of it!!! This place is dirty and it's not something that was missed in previous cleaning. I'm talking about filthy refrigerator, stains on the linen, holes in the towel, mold in the shower and washing machine, other peoples hair and dust in the drawers...and don’t get me started on the balcony. Do Not Book Untill They Clean It Properly – and that will take time.

• Salome (8/5): It was ok, woth the money. - Good location, big apartment with 2 bathrooms, enough linens and towels. It was not perfectly clean but still ok, one bedroom did not have any windows, water in one of the bathrooms took too long to get hot and the pressure was not great. The owner sometimes took too long to respond.
