Les nombreux restaurants au sein du BELLAGIO offre une expérience culinaire incroyable ! J'ai bénéficié d'un sur classement de chambre inattendu ... Un service pressing très professionnel. Petite corbeille de fruits tous les jours déposés dans la chambre. Je le redis, MERVEILLEUX ! Petite anecdote, nous sommes remontés en chambre, nous y avions oublié quelque chose. La responsable de l'hébergement contrôlait dans notre chambre que le ménage avait bien été fait. Quand nous avons voulu entrer dans NOTRE chambre, elle nous a demandé de rester dehors et de rouvrir nous même notre porte (c'était pour vérifier si nous étions bien les occupants de la chambre) ... très professionnel ! Mon mari a pu bénéficier de la WIFI gratuite à tout moment, malheureusement je n'ai pas arrivé à l'avoir sur mon téléphone ... c'est le petit bémol de ce séjour.

Китайцы далеко не все разговаривают по-английски даже в отелях, но здесь с этим проблем нет. Отель дорогой поэтому берут не маленький депозит. Мы оставались на 4 ночи, депозит сняли 1000$. Кстати, пока ещё не вернули обратно. Надеюсь, что с этим проблем не будет.

Ideale Lage Das Restaurant war nicht unbedingt auf den europäischen Geschmack ausgerichtet, auch wenn wir grundsätzlich offen für neue Küche sind. Trotz Nutzung eines Übersetzers kam es wiederholt zu Missverständnissen bei der Bestellung. Zudem waren mehrere Gerichte auf der Karte aufgeführt, jedoch nicht verfügbar; dies wurde teilweise erst nach 20–30 Minuten mitgeteilt. Oder waren falsch übersetzt in Englisch - statt Ente kam Fisch .Wir haben zwei der Restaurants ausprobiert, konnten jedoch kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis feststellen. Außerhalb des Hotels haben wir deutlich besser gegessen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der gute und zuverlässige Zimmerservice.

- Bashir (7/5): - The location is excellent, and both the rooms and overall facilities are of a high standard. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. It was difficult to get coffee, communication was challenging as staff did not speak English, and orders were frequently mixed up with those of other guests. Basic items such as spoons and sugar had to be requested repeatedly. The porter service was also unsatisfactory. Our luggage was collected from the room, but one of our backpacks was not loaded into the transfer car. We only discovered this upon arrival at the train station. The customer service team at the business lounge in the train station was very helpful—they assisted us in arranging a taxi for delivery and communicated with the hotel to expedite the process. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not provide adequate support in resolving the issue. As a result, we incurred additional costs of 300 yuan for delivery and assistance, had to change our train tickets, and ultimately missed our transfer in Beijing.

- Roman (4/5): В целом хороший отель, но за цену хочется более приветливый персонал и более чистый номер - Расположение Номер передали не чистый, на полу волосы, штопор самый дешевый в номере, на ресепшене стояла рулетка с возможностью выиграть приз, но поучаствовать не дали, на звонки отвечают не сразу, нужно звонить несколько раз

The room was very spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The balcony view was amazing. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also very good with a great variety of choices. Nothing in particular. Everything met or exceeded expectations

- Галина (8/5): Месторасположение супер. много можно было гулять. много ресторанов вокруг - Номер с прекрасным видом, с отпаривателем в номере, хорошие завтраки. Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая сантехника. В ресторане режим работы странный , в прочем ка и во всем Шанхае, с 12.00-14.00 и с 17.00-21.30. Бар работает с 9.00-21.30, и половина ассортимента не было в наличии. Персонал не знает английский , только на ресепшене. Не видели рум сервиса в гостинице. Не стабильный интернет.

- Caroline (9/5): Hotel magnifique hyper bien situé et très bien équipé . je reviendrai ! - Nous ne savions pas comment fonctionnait le room service pour le nettoyage des chambres . Le premier matin nous avons été réveillé par l'équipe de nettoyage à 9:00 (de notre faute car nous n'avions pas mis en DNB sur la porte) ; et les autres jours nous avons laissé en DNB et donc la chambre n'a pas été faite ! Heureusement, dès que nous avons compris le fonctionnement nous avons pu bénéficié du nettoyage de la chambre (il fallait juste que nous demandions à l'accueil de faire la chambre ) . Les équipes sont top donc à partir du troisième jour tout était parfait !

- David (10/5): Absolutely superb in all regards. Highly recommend! - The Bellagio was simply amazing! We travel a lot, and I have to say this hotel stands out as exceptional in all regards. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay and outstanding experience. The loction is superb, walking distance from the Bund, restaurants, excellent shopping, even Jazz bars! Really can't think of anything.

- HSIAO-CHIEN (10/5): 令人滿意的酒店，推薦。 - 飯店人員的服務與專業的令人印象深刻，辦理入住時遇到些問題，Penny Zu 耐心的瞭解問題並積極幫忙解決，因為她的專業讓這次旅行有了很好的開始，由衷感謝。飯店各項設備如預期般的好，下次來上海一定要再來。

- Anna (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, большой, комфортный, продуманный номер, отличная работа горничной Выраженный запах сигаретного дыма в холле стоит всегда. Один вечер было ощущение, что кто-то курил прямо у нас в номере. Нам принесли очиститель воздуха- справился через пару часов
