• Jeanine (9/5): It was very enjoyable - Spacious facilities with a washing machine, kitchen and large bedroom. Very good value The instruction process to access the building could be simpler
• Nikola (10/5): Overall Excellent experience - Host was very kind and very responsive, he allowed us to have early check in as apartment was ready. Apartment was quiet and clean. Excellent place near the Milan Central station. Maybe, check in could be a bit better explained with photos, as you get 4 keys for 5 doors and that can be a bit challenging for some guests.

• Codreanu (10/5): - Este relativ aproape de metrou, curat, camere mari, o cazare bună și prețul a fost ok în comparație cu alte cazări. Destul de greu de intrat în locație fără să explice cineva, dar ne am descurcat intr un final

• Sergio (7/5): - Mucha seguridad para llegar al apartamento (5 puertas) Falta de comunicación, llaves virtuales (si no te funciona el internet o se te apaga el móvil a ver luego cómo entras = preocupación constante). Además, el check-in era a las 15h, llegamos a las 15:20h y había una familia de origen africano en el interior, y cuando nos temíamos lo peor, finalmente uno de ellos salió a decirnos que su mujer ya estaba terminando de limpiar, que en 5min nos daba las llaves. La verdad que fue una muy mala experiencia llegar y ver el apartamento que has reservado abierto y con una familia dentro (incluso con un carro de bebé), nos preocupamos mucho.

• Fundament (1/5): Awful! - The service was awful.if you have late flight and need to check in at night or have some issues after 6p m be ready that you won’t receive any help or answer from the manager. No support, no customer oriented communication !

• Cristina (4/5): Disappointing - Good communication with the staff The access in the apartament is made with vikey but before to enter in the apartament you have to make some labyrinth doors. The apartment has the main door comun with an another apartment. Tv doesn't work, the windows from the apartament aren't the best and you can hear everything from outside, the shower drain were full of hair and clogged, there isn't bide and the "best of the best" the check-out is at 10 but at 9:40 the cleaning boy was at my door.

• Dorka (8/5): The price-value ratio is good for a weekend trip - Getting into the apartment is a bit complicated, but the owner clearly described how to use it. The location is very good, a 5-minute walk from the metro and train station. We got a towel. It was a clean, nice place. It's perfect for a weekend, but I don't recommend sleeping on the couch for more than 3 nights because it was uncomfortable. Nice staff, always answered when we had a question The only negative is that there were three of us, one of us slept on the sofa, which was not made into a bed, and the sofa could not be pulled out. We received extra bed linen, but no pillow cover, luckily we did a bit of research and found one.
