• Manuel Eduardo (7/5): - Excelente ubicación ,cerca de todo el apartamento bien, parece que alguien vive ahí y se sale cuando se ocupa aunque no ocupamo casi nada en la cocina puedes encontrar de todo . La única molestia fue el colchón muy incómodo,
• Adriana (7/5): - Posizione perfetta, casa accogliente e silenziosa. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. C'erano anche marmellate per la colazione e altre cose di prima emergenza ( spazzolino, dentifricio, assorbenti). Purtroppo la prima sera non funzionava l'acqua calda per la doccia e dopo un'intera giornata tra viaggio e passeggiata ha un po' rovinato l'arrivo a Firenze. Casa molto buia ma con ottima illuminazione di lampade e lumi. Come suggerimento per migliorare il servizio proporrei delle cialde in più per il caffè ( 2 per due persone per 2 notti sono davvero poche) e una box in bagno dove mettere gli oggetti che ho citato sopra).

• Tatiana (10/5): Quiet spacious apartment in the heart of the historical part of Florence - Great location, wonderful host, property is exactly as it appears on the pictures. It was surprisingly quit and peaceful inside the apartment, even with all the windows open, especially considering you are right in the most crowded area of Florence. Getting water in the shower to turn hot was a challenge every time, but maybe that’s just a part of staying in the historic building

• Burcuazakpazarlar (2/5): Very poor - The property is very centrally located but bit tricky to find. it was very clean, and the building itself has a lot of historic charm. However, since it’s an older building, there are some downsides. The mezzanine level makes a lot of noise—especially at night. When someone walks to the bathroom, the wooden floors creak loudly, which can easily wake others up. The biggest issue, though, is with the hot water. It doesn’t always work consistently, likely due to low water pressure from the old pipes, and the water flow is very weak. You often have to rush your shower in under two minutes, or you risk getting hit with a sudden blast of cold water. We reported this to the host, and she kindly offered to send a technician to check it. However, when you're on a limited schedule trying to explore the city, it's not ideal to spend time waiting around for repairs.
• Noe (10/5): Perfect welcome to Florence - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suite Brunelleschi Florence. The location is excellent—situated near Santa Maria del Fiore and close to everything we wanted to experience, making it incredibly easy to navigate and explore Florence. Despite its central position, the apartment was remarkably peaceful and quiet, offering a serene escape after each busy day. The apartment was immaculate and exceptionally clean. It offered a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Caterina's warm welcome, including the thoughtful touch of a bottle of wine, made us feel right at home. She also kindly assisted us with an early check-in, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment and start exploring Florence without delay. It was truly an unforgettable experience!
• Hazel (10/5): My husband and I had a fab few days in Florence and the authentic apartment was just wonderful. - Great location, fast WiFi, hot shower and fab host. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We would definitely recommend and go back there. We loved it and there was nothing we didn’t like
